Dr. Chris Martenson holds a PhD in toxicology from Duke University and is a futurist and economic researcher. Martenson says the FDA just approved a Pfizer CV19 vaccine named Comirnaty, but the public is not getting it. This is classic bait and switch because the public is still getting the same Pfizer jab they have been getting all along. It’s still experimental (Emergency Use Authorization or EUA), and it still gives Pfizer total immunity from liability. Dr. Martenson explains, “For all practical purposes, there are two identical drugs. One stays under EUA, and one has been given approval. The problem is the one given approval, and if you are in the United States, you can’t get it. There is none here. So, they approved something that doesn’t exist. This feels like legal wrangling. People say, oh, they have approved this vaccine, and they have our best interest at heart. I say if that were true, they would have released a lot more data. We did not get any new data on the filing, and they would not have given us this legal Rube Goldberg runaround, and we would not still be seeing people being injected with something still under a EUA, which absolves the manufacturer of liability. That’s the situation we are in right now. If the FDA was looking to build trust with people who were a little hesitant, I think they completely dropped the ball on that and committed a huge error.”
Dr. Martenson says he looked at the Comirnaty data and contends, “So much of this has been unfortunately conducted. We would like to see a lot more data coming out around this. In the FDA release about this approval letter that they just put forward, we can see a lot of things in there that are actually fraudulent in my opinion. They mention in there a 91.3% effectiveness rate, which was the original rate of effectiveness of data that was gathered way back on March 31, 2021. The CDC, all on its own, just 5 days before the August 23 approval of this Pfizer Comirnaty thing, the CDC said the most recent data they had said there is a 79.8% effectiveness, but the FDA is sticking with 91.3%. This is a huge disagreement between the CDC and the FDA. All I can imagine is inside the FDA, they couldn’t flat out bring themselves to approve this. I am sure there are all sorts of legal ramifications and bureaucratic ramifications and on and on and on. Again, if the intent was to make people feel less hesitant and less resistant, they needed to be completely open and completely transparent, and they didn’t. They actually used data that is old, that everybody knows is completely out of date and no longer true. . . .There is so much data that is not there. I am not sure if they just ‘lost it’ or it has not been submitted or it’s being hidden. I don’t know what the story really is, but I can tell you there is a lot of data missing.”
Martenson also talks about the Federal Reserve and how the central bankers have set the country up for a huge economic fall in the not-so-distant future. Martenson contends this fall will destroy businesses, families and cost a lot of lives. There is much more in the 40 min. interview.

Les dirigeants de l’opposition israélienne ont demandé au président de la Knesset, Mickey Levy, de convoquer à nouveau le plénum de la Knesset pour une session d’urgence, malgré les vacances, afin d’aborder la question de l’effondrement des hôpitaux dans le cadre de la pandémie actuelle de COVID-19.
Les chefs de faction des partis haredi (ultra-orthodoxes) United Torah Judaism et Shas ont envoyé une déclaration commune à Levy, l’exhortant à s’occuper de la situation des hôpitaux, qui refusent désormais d’admettre les patients infectés apr le COVID-19 et sont prêts à passer en « mode Shabbat » en raison d’un grave manque de financement.
« Les hôpitaux souffrent d’un manque de financement et d’un arrêt de l’approvisionnement », ont-ils déclaré. « Surtout en cette période d’augmentation de la morbidité du COVID-19, nous demandons que la Knesset se réunisse pour faire face à cette urgence et au mépris prolongé du gouvernement pour les besoins fondamentaux des hôpitaux. »
N’oubliez pas que le vaccin est sûr et efficace.
Si les cas et les décès augmentent parmi les vaccinés, cela ne signifie pas que le vaccin ne fonctionne pas ou qu’il n’est pas efficace. Cela signifie simplement qu’il faut davantage de vaccins !

En obtenant leur décapitation ! Comment ne pas voir dans cette publication une provocation quelques mois à peine après l’égorgement de Samuel Paty ? Cette page Facebook ruisselle de publications haineuses, comme l’a constaté le site Boulevard Voltaire.JE SIGNE !Après tout, cette haine n’est guère étonnante de la part d’une association qui exige l’avortement sans limite et dont l’obsession est de forcer les médecins à pratiquer des avortements. Vous et moi savons que le Planning est le bras armé de la culture de mort en France. You’re shocked, right? I just cut in and interrupted the news broadcast you’re watching. I’m sure the cops are busy trying to pinpoint my location. Que ce soit en France, en Israël, en Australie, des voix réputées consensuelles avec l’idée de la vaccination collective et massive pour lutter contre le covid-19 commencent à faire marche arrière en évoquant, qui une immunité naturelle supérieure à l’immunité vaccinale, qui la haute charge virale des vaccinés, qui l’hospitalisation pour des formes graves de nombreux vaccinés…
En Israël, le Premier ministre du pays, Naftali Bennett, a déclaré que le vaccin Pfizer est « considérablement moins » efficace contre le variant dit Delta. Les données du ministère israélien de la Santé publiées le 22 juillet dernier soulignaient déjà que l’efficacité du vaccin Pfizer-BioNTech pour prévenir le COVID-19 est tombée de 90 % à seulement 39 %, coïncidant avec la propagation du variant Delta dans le pays. Un médecin de l’Etat hébreu a été plus loin dans le diagnostic : dans une interview du 5 août avec la chaîne israélienne Chanel 13 , le Dr Kobi Haviv, directeur médical de l’hôpital Herzog à Jérusalem, a déclaré que la majorité des patients atteints de coronavirus dans un hôpital israélien sont entièrement vaccinés, y compris ceux atteints d’une maladie grave. Le Dr Haviv a en outre précisé que : « 95 % des patients sévères sont vaccinés », ajoutant « 85 à 90 % des hospitalisations concernent des personnes entièrement vaccinées » et l’hôpital « ouvre de plus en plus de services COVID ». Cela l’a amené à conclure que « l’efficacité du vaccin s’estompe ». Récemment, Bennett, qui milite pour une 3e dose de vaccin, qui ne passe pas dans la population israélienne, a dû admettre que les vaccinés deux doses étaient les plus vulnérables « parce qu’ils se déplaçaient librement en se sentant en sécurité et protégés du Covid alors que la protection du vaccin diminuait », que le « faux espoir » d’un retour à la normale pour les gens vaccinés « a peut-être envoyé certaines personnes « vaccinées » à la mort. Et de conclure, afin de ne pas désavouer la ligne de la vaccination à tout prix et pour tous, avec une absurdité colossale : si les non-vaccinés n’encombrent pas l’hôpital c’est parce qu’ « ils ont probablement été enfermés dans une pièce pendant un an et demi » explique-t-il !
Aux Etats-Unis, une épidémie de Covid-19 dans un comté du Massachusetts en juillet s’est principalement produite chez des personnes vaccinées. Sur les 469 cas détectés dans le comté de Barnstable, 74% se sont produits parmi les personnes complètement vaccinées, selon une nouvelle étude publiée par le CDC le 30 juillet. Il est également apparu le mois dernier que 49 personnes entièrement vaccinées dans le New Jersey sont décédées du coronavirus.
De l’autre côté de l’Atlantique, les premières analyses de Public Health England suggèrent que les personnes vaccinées infectées par le variant Delta peuvent être aussi infectieuses que leurs personnes non vaccinées. Le briefing technique de PHE indique que « bien que la vaccination puisse réduire le risque global d’un individu d’être infecté, une fois qu’il est infecté, il existe une différence limitée de charge virale entre ceux qui sont vaccinés et non vaccinés ». Une étude, en préimpression dans The Lancet, du 10 août, du groupe de recherche clinique de l’Université d’Oxford, affirme que les individus vaccinés portent 251 fois plus de virus COVID-19 dans leurs narines que les non vaccinés. « Tout en modérant les symptômes de l’infection, le vaccin permet aux personnes vaccinées de porter des charges virales inhabituellement élevées sans tomber malades au début, les transformant potentiellement en super-propagateurs pré-symptomatiques. Ce phénomène peut être à l’origine de la vague post-vaccination choquante des populations fortement vaccinées dans le monde » analyse, à partir de l’étude, le professeur McCullogh pour Global Research avant d’ajouter :
« Les scientifiques ont étudié les travailleurs de la santé qui n’ont pas pu quitter l’hôpital pendant deux semaines. Les données ont montré que les travailleurs entièrement vaccinés – environ deux mois après l’injection du vaccin Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 (AZD1222) – ont acquis, transporté et vraisemblablement transmis le variant Delta à leurs collègues vaccinés. »
En France c’est le médecin de plateau Martin Blachier, qui change d’avis après avoir soutenu mordicus l’obligation de la vaccination pour tout le pays :

Rattrapé qu’il est par le réel de la situation sanitaire, de l’échec de la vaccination et des conflits générés par le passe sanitaire, il en vient à déclarer :
« L’idée que l’on doit vacciner tout le monde et que l’on fera disparaître la circulation virale grâce à ce vaccin s’éloigne toujours un peu plus. »
« Quoi qu’en fasse le virus continuera de circuler ».
L’immunité collective conclut-il est un « faux objectif », et l’immunité naturelle est meilleure que celle vaccinale.
Mieux vaut tard que jamais. La vaccination des enfants, la vaccination obligatoire et le pass sont obsolètes. #GameOver.

If you aren’t a big-picture-type person, this Vortex is especially for you. Some folks are very detail-oriented; others are big-picture types. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. Big-picture types are the ones who « get it. » But they also have a tendency to blow over or not even notice little markers along the way that are creating the big picture they see.
Likewise, detail-oriented people understand a level of minutiae that confounds the « average Joe. » But they also often simply get lost in the weeds. At Church Militant, we have a decent grasp of what the big picture is and how it develops. The big picture, of course, is salvation/redemption and the eternal destiny of each soul, Heaven or Hell.
But that overarching theme of human history isn’t all there is; it’s just the most important as it’s the capstone of existence under which everything else is fitted.The failure to understand that is yet another indication that the bishops, collectively, are simply horrible shepherds.
With their insanity in never mentioning Hell, sin, the Devil or spiritual warfare (with the Barron-promoted evil that we have a reasonable hope that all men are saved), not only do they not get the big picture, but all the smaller « big pictures » make no sense either. The good news is that you don’t have to end up in Hell. If you ignore that escape hatch, however, you will.GabTweet
Human history has a plot, just like a good story. Stray from the plot and nothing in the story makes any sense: the characters, their motivations, their actions, the flow — nothing. Such a story just becomes a rambling chaos of disconnected events. It still might be cleverly written here and there, but, in the end, there isn’t an end.
There’s a simple reason every good book, movie or stage play has a plot, a good guy, a villain, critical moments and a conclusion. It’s because art imitates life, the spiritual life, the ultimate reality. Everything on earth — the natural order and how it is set up — is merely a reflection of the supernatural order. Justice, love, mercy, truth, sacrifice, joy, evil, malevolence, lies, pride, lust and violence all exist on earth because they first existed in the supernatural realm and then flowed into the natural order.
They are the building blocks, so to speak, of a fallen world, and the war on earth is a battle over which of these sets of qualities will win out in each individual person. All of this is human history, but among those building blocks are ones that actually prevent the building from being properly built.
With those in the mix, man can never successfully build anything. It is impossible. So we need an outside agent to help us overcome and eliminate the negative and the evils as much as possible so that we can build successfully. Mankind needs a savior or it is condemned to radical failure, here and in the next life. And let’s be very clear that fallen man’s destiny is misery and eternal death. From that truth, there is no escape. In short, on our own, we are doomed.
However, there is hope in the Creator, the Eternal Logos Who comes to this fallen, doomed world and shows the « escape hatch. » There is a way out. It’s a very narrow opening in the wall. It takes a mighty struggle to first reach it and then go through it. But it exists and, even better, every single human being is capable of finding it and escaping.
That is what is meant by what Christians call « the good news. » The good news is that you don’t have to end up in Hell. If you ignore that escape hatch, however, you will. Despite our inability to save ourselves, there is still hope that we can be saved. We’d say that ranks pretty darn high on the list of « news that is good. »
All of that, of course, is the ultimate big picture. But as we dive down deeper into all this playing out, this is where you need to stay alert, both for other big pictures and the details which create them, all the while never losing sight of the ultimate big picture.
Turning to the world media, for example (something Church Militant is very focused on), it is interesting that while we have the good news, we always have fake news. Fake news on earth is set up to directly counteract and oppose the good news given us from Heaven, and the reason is simple: Fake news is comprised of lies aimed at making you lose sight of the big picture.
The term « fake news » was, of course, popularized by Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign and employed regularly during his presidency. Donald Trump obviously was not and is not the savior, but he did help create a political and cultural environment where the good news could be more easily preached and pursued. He was, and still is, at least on some level, cooperating with natural virtue, a necessary first step on the road to discovering the escape hatch. For that reason, he had to be opposed by the anti-God forces. So the fake news began.
Whatever we think about the so-called vaccines, it was Trump who got them to market in record time, something the fake news lies about. Trump also pushed for hydroxychloroquine, but the fake news lied about its efficacy. Trump’s southern border policy was extremely successful compared with the current crisis that has no end in sight. Last month alone, nearly a quarter-million illegal immigrants were apprehended, the highest total ever, and no one knows how many successfully made it in.
Fake news not only lied about but actually created the entire Russia narrative to drive an impeachment effort. Fake news lied about and covered up the Hunter Biden laptop story. They lied about the Lafayette Square being cleared for a photo-op incident, a lie that Cdl. Wilton Gregory was quick to embrace and, like so many others, has never backed away from.
What else did fake news lie about?
They lied about the effectiveness of the life-ruining, economy-demolishing lockdowns in blue states
They covered for fake Catholic governor Andrew Cuomo’s killing of thousands in nursing homes

Each one of these examples is a detail, but each detail feeds into a larger narrative, a bigger big picture, which then feeds into an even bigger big picture, with the ultimate goal of preventing you from finding the escape hatch because your mind is so confused. De toutes les idées ineptes que l’on a fait passer à la nation au cours de ces années de virus Covid-19, « arrêter la propagation » était certainement la pire. D’une part, c’était impossible, car le cadeau du Dr Anthony Fauci & Associés s’est propagé de toute façon, malgré toutes les tentatives de s’en protéger par des mesures de confinement, d’éloignement social ou le port de masques. Tout ce que cela a permis, c’est de détruire 40 % des petites entreprises américaines.
Les virus se propagent, surtout ceux qui sont nouveaux pour le système immunitaire d’une population, parce que c’est ce qu’ils font, et ils finissent par s’épuiser. C’est aussi simple que cela. Mais notre état psychologique actuel de techno-narcissisme collectif a permis aux autorités de santé publique de faire passer facilement l’idée stupide suivante : qu’un vaccin miraculeux pourrait être conçu à la « vitesse de la lumière » pour vaincre la propagation de la Covid-19, un virus dont le taux de mortalité est étonnamment bas. Dimanche 8 août, 171 personnes en sont mortes aux États-Unis, pour une moyenne de 516 décès sur sept jours (statistiques du New York Times), sur plus de 330 millions de citoyens, et Dieu sait combien d’autres en situation irrégulière. C’est ce qu’on a appelé « une poussée ».
En parlant de personnes en situation irrégulière, les mêmes responsables gouvernementaux qui déplorent la nouvelle « poussée » des cas de virus sont ceux-là mêmes qui autorisent délibérément un afflux incontrôlé de migrants venus des quatre coins du monde pour entrer aux États-Unis depuis le Mexique, dont beaucoup sont infectés par de nouvelles souches de Covid-19. Et, comme si cela n’était pas assez diabolique, le régime les met dans des avions et des bus à destination de villes de toute l’Amérique comme cinquante mille Typhoid Marys. En d’autres termes, le gouvernement fédéral fait tout ce qu’il peut pour aggraver la propagation de nouvelles souches de Covid-19.
C’est la même organisation, sous la direction de « Joe Biden », qui fait du bruit à propos d’un mandat national de vaccination, pour des vaccins qui ne sont pas vraiment des vaccins, à proprement parler. Nous les appelons simplement ainsi pour renforcer notre foi techno-narcissique dans les remèdes miracles. Après huit mois d’expérimentation de ces cocktails biochimiques, il y a de très bonnes raisons de penser qu’ils sont dangereux, notamment les effets latents de leur principal ingrédient actif, la protéine spike, qui peut insidieusement induire des dommages aux vaisseaux sanguins. Non, merci.
Cela vient s’ajouter à la proposition selon laquelle les tentatives de « vaccinations » massives au plus fort d’une épidémie accélèrent l’évolution des variants par le biais d’une augmentation des anticorps chez les personnes vaccinées, ce qui fait que le virus devient plus infectieux et se réplique à des niveaux plus élevés – ce qui s’est produit dans tous les autres programmes de développement de vaccins contre les coronavirus jamais tentés – tandis que l’efficacité des vaccins diminue au bout de quelques mois.
Pourriez-vous nous décrire un plus grand fiasco de politique de santé publique ? En réalité, les questions qui se posent à propos de tout ceci doivent être les suivantes : 1) L’ont-ils fait exprès ? Et 2) Toute cette confusion dans les messages est-elle le résultat d’une tentative désespérée du Dr Anthony Fauci de se couvrir pour son rôle dans le développement de la Covid-19, ainsi que des prétendus vaccins rassemblés pour le vaincre héroïquement ? Peut-être les deux.
On peut penser que cela a été fait exprès et, en cette ère de récits fabriqués, certains ont proposé l’histoire selon laquelle la maladie n’était qu’une excuse pour introduire un pseudo-vaccin mortel à action lente afin de réduire efficacement et radicalement la population mondiale – de sorte que des « élites » malfaisantes puissent profiter de la vie (et de sa suite trans-humaine menant à l’immortalité) sur une planète non encombrée par des milliards de racailles humaines.
Cette histoire m’a paru assez absurde. Il est plus probable que le Dr Fauci, hyper-ambitieux et insouciant, s’est simplement trop impliqué dans le laboratoire d’armes biologiques de l’Armée populaire de libération de la Chine, dans sa quête de savant fou pour rester dans les mémoires comme l’homme qui a vaincu tous les coronavirus avec une seule balle d’argent – permettant une « libération » de ce virus, avec (du point de vue de la Chine) l’affaiblissement avantageux des économies occidentales, et la destruction socio-politique de leurs cultures autrefois cohésives. Si c’est le cas, bien joué !
A ce stade, au moins la moitié du pays se méfie et ne croit plus aux messages incohérents émanant du gouvernement de « Joe Biden » à propos de ce problème de Covid-19 et toute tentative de forcer les vaccinations sur le public « hésitant » fera sauter la goupille de la grenade nationale qui attendait d’exploser. La prochaine fois, l’« insurrection » sera réelle, et non le feuilleton truqué de Nancy Pelosi.
Il est également possible que la « poussée du variant delta » et toutes les menaces qu’il suscite ne soient qu’une distraction fabriquée pour détourner l’attention du lent naufrage du récit de « l’élection la plus sûre de l’histoire des États-Unis », alors que des preuves réelles de fraude généralisée émergent. Qui serait surpris, d’ailleurs, si notre sympathique communauté locale des services de renseignement n’était pas en quelque sorte derrière tout cela, à la fois la fraude électorale et les distractions – et surtout la gestion des informations à ce sujet que les gens reçoivent de la télévision et des derniers grands journaux ?
Toutes les pièces de l’histoire se désagrègent : le virus, l’élection, la débâcle à la frontière, la course effrénée des Éveillés, la folie fiscale, le dérangement sexuel inventé, les médias captifs….. Toute l’histoire récente des États-Unis commence à ressembler à une grande fraude globale commise par des forces qui cherchent à détruire le pays. La tension découlant de cet état des lieux surprenant est enfin prête à se résoudre. La libération pourrait être dangereuse.

La cour européenne des droits de l’Homme (CEDH) a rejeté le mardi 24 août une requête effectuée par 672 pompiers professionnels et volontaires contre l’obligation vaccinale contre le Covid-19 qui leur est imposée par la loi du 5 août 2021, a annoncé la cour ce mercredi 25 août. La juridiction internationale a estimé que ces demandes étaient hors du champ d’application de l’article 39 de son règlement qui permet de la saisir selon une procédure d’urgence lorsque les requérants sont exposés à « un risque réel de dommages irréparables ». Ce rejet est la preuve que, dans cette crise covidesque, l’on ne peut rien attendre des instances européennes, suppôts de la dérive hygiéniste des gouvernements occidentaux, eux-mêmes courroie de transmission des desiderata mondialistes.
Le mépris de leur profession révolte le corps des sapeurs-pompiers, bien décidés à ne pas se laisser écraser. Un appel à la grève illimitée avait déjà lancé début août par l’un des principaux syndicats de pompiers professionnels français, la FA SPP-PATS. Si c’est avant tout une question de liberté bafouée, c’est également un problème de bon sens : au début de la crise, les pompiers travaillaient sans masque, puis devaient être présents même en étant positifs au Covid, et désormais le gouvernement voudrait qu’ils se fassent tous sans exception vacciner.
L’obligation à la vaccination, concernant les pompiers mais également les soignants en tout genre et les militaires, est progressive. Il faut présenter au moins un test négatif jusqu’au 15 septembre, puis au moins une dose de vaccin contre le Covid-19 jusqu’au 15 octobre. Toute personne ne répondant pas à ces obligations se voit interdite d’exercer son métier et son salaire est suspendu. C’est ce qui est arrivé à une petite dizaine de pompiers de Haute-Savoie, suspendus à partir du 16 août pour n’avoir pas présenté de test négatif : « Je me suis présenté à la garde et je me suis fait jeter comme un moins que rien, après 21 ans de service. Mon autotest n’a pas suffi », a raconté l’un d’eux au journal. « Il a fallu faire des exemples et on a été les premiers à en faire les frais. »

Les participants sont testés chaque semaine pour détecter à la fois les infections symptomatiques mais aussi asymptomatiques. La quasi-totalité du personnel de santé vacciné avait reçu les sérums de Pfizer ou de Moderna. Entre décembre 2020 et avril 2021, l’efficacité des vaccins pour empêcher l’infection était de 91%, selon ces données publiées par les Centres de lutte et de prévention des maladies (CDC), principale agence fédérale de santé publique du pays. Did FDA really approve the Pfizer COVID vaccine? Wait. What?

The pressure is building. “Take the vaccine.” Many people are looking for a successful way to refuse the COVID vaccine in situations where the shots are mandated. I fully support such efforts. Some people believe they can make the argument that the FDA didn’t actually give full approval to the Pfizer vaccine on August 23rd. Therefore, these people can refuse the vaccine on the grounds that it is still experimental, meaning it has only been granted Emergency Use Authorization. I’ll discuss that practical strategy later in this article. But first, I need to analyze the claim that the FDA didn’t truly approve (license) the Pfizer vaccine. OK. Here we go. The first FDA document I’ll reference is “Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine,” dated August 23, 2021. The document opens with this statement: “On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.” “The FDA approved” means full approval. The FDA has fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine. And this vaccine “will now be marketed” as the Comirnaty vaccine. They are the same vaccine, medically speaking. The ingredients are the same. The FDA document ALSO says the vaccine will continue to be available under the prior Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), for uses that are not yet fully approved. For example, injecting children 12-15, and as a third dose for certain immunocompromised people. The full approval and the EUA status are riding together, side by side. The EUA status covers uses of the vaccine not covered under full approval. The rest of this FDA document offers links. One of the links leads to an FDA news release, dated August 23, titled, “FDA Approves First COVID-19 Vaccine.” The release states: “Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty…” “To support the FDA’s approval decision today, the FDA reviewed updated data from the clinical trial which supported the EUA and included a longer duration of follow-up in a larger clinical trial population.” The FDA, in this news release, is again asserting that the Pfizer vaccine is now approved, and makes a clear distinction between the prior EUA and this new approval. Next, we move to a letter, also dated August 23, sent from the FDA to BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, and Pfizer Inc. The letter is marked, “BLA Approval.” BLA stands for “Biologics License Application.” Here are key quotes: “Please refer to your Biologics License Application (BLA) submitted and received on May 18, 2021, under section 351(a) of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) for COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA.” “We are issuing Department of Health and Human Services U.S. License No. 2229 to BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, Mainz, Germany…Under this license, you are authorized to manufacture the product, COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA…You may label your product with the proprietary name, COMIRNATY…” The FDA officially licensed this vaccine. This is approval. It is not merely a continuation of Emergency Use Authorization (EAU). And now we come to another key FDA document, a letter sent to Pfizer Inc. on August 23, 2021 (addressed to Ms. Elisa Harkins). It also mentions the full licensure (approval) of the vaccine: “On August 23, 2021, FDA approved the biologics license application (BLA) submitted by BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 in individuals 16 years of age and older.” This letter is further acknowledgement that the vaccine has been fully approved. ~~~ Now we enter the thick weeds of the letter, during a discussion of how Emergency Use Authorization will continue to be used. The language is very dense. It’s taken me a while to separate out the strands. To help you with what I’m going to untangle, understand that the FDA is making a distinction between what we could call the “old Pfizer vaccine” and the “new Pfizer vaccine.” They are identical in their ingredients. They are the same vaccine. But the “old vaccine” vials were granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) before the August 23rd FDA full licensure of the vaccine; and the “new vaccine” vials will certainly be used under full licensure (approval). Splitting hairs? Yes. But in order to understand what the FDA is saying in this letter, you have to grasp the distinction between “the old” and “the new.” The “old” vaccine is labeled “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine,” and the “new” vaccine is labeled “COMIRNATY.” Again, they are exactly the same vaccine. The FDA letter to Pfizer (the one addressed to Ms. Elisa Harkins) states: “On August 23, 2021, having concluded that revising this EUA [Emergency Use Authorization for the vaccine] is appropriate to protect the public health or safety…FDA is reissuing the August 12, 2021 letter of authorization in its entirety with revisions incorporated to clarify that the EUA will remain in place for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for the previously-authorized indication and uses, and to authorize use of COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) under this EUA for certain uses that are not included in the approved BLA.” The “old vaccine” will continue to have EUA status: it can be injected in people 12 and older, and it can be used as a third dose for certain immunocompromised individuals. The “new vaccine”—which has full FDA approval—CONTINUES TO ALSO HAVE EUA STATUS—and therefore it too can be injected in people 12 and older, and used as a third dose for certain immunocompromised individuals. Strange? Yes. The “new” and fully approved vaccine retains its former EUA status. It’s BOTH fully approved and certified as an emergency experimental product. I believe the FDA reasoning goes this way: the agency wants to make sure vials carrying the label of the “new” fully approved vaccine can be injected into people to whom the full approval doesn’t apply—people between 12 and 15, and certain immunocompromised people, as a third shot. In other words, people covered under EUA status. If you continue to read this FDA letter, you’ll see this reasoning spelled out. Bottom line, and my conclusion: The FDA has fully approved the “new vaccine” AND it has also retained the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the “new vaccine.” Both. ~~~ So what does all this mean for people who want to find a workable reason for refusing the vaccine? For example, suppose you work for a major corporation or a government agency, and you’re told you must get the shot. You say, “No, I won’t take the shot, because the FDA never approved it. It’s still an experimental medicine, because it only has EUA status.” I believe you’ll lose. You’ll be told, “The FDA HAS approved it.” Suppose you take a somewhat different approach. You say, “I’ll need to see the actual vial containing the vaccine you want to inject me with. Is it labeled ‘Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine’ (the ‘old’ vaccine) or ‘COMIRNATY’ (the ‘new’ vaccine)?” Your boss says, “What difference does it make? Either way, it’s the same vaccine.” And you say, “Not legally speaking. I understand it may take some time for the new shipments of the COMIRNATY to arrive. I won’t take the Pfizer-BioNTech shot because it only has Emergency Use Status, and therefore it’s an experimental medicine. Under federal law, I have the right to refuse an experimental medicine. I’m invoking that right.” Will that fly? I’m giving you non-lawyer opinions here. Understand this. It’s possible this approach could buy you time. Maybe your boss will suddenly become a bit nervous—he tells you he’s going to talk to his company/agency attorneys, and he’ll get back to you. Or maybe he threatens to fire you on the spot, and he tells you to hire (and pay through the nose for) a lawyer. You do. Do you think your argument will stand up in court? I don’t. Maybe I’m wrong. I’d like to be wrong about that. Maybe your lawyer will suggest other approaches. A religious exemption, for example. Or, depending on the circumstances, a medical exemption. But after reading the FDA documents I’ve cited above, I say that if you think the FDA hasn’t actually approved the vaccine, you’re mistaken. This country, and other countries, are being split into the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Communities are dividing. Families are dividing and fracturing. It isn’t a pretty picture. Here in America, we’re used to living life as usual and believing that coercion isn’t going to come to our front doors. Despite the lockdowns and the mask mandates and the vast financial destruction of the past year, many people still think things are “all right.” That’s not true. I support all legal efforts to keep freedom of choice alive. I support the unions that are demanding NO VACCINE MANDATES. I also support those governors who are defending their states against COVID restrictions and vaccine mandates. People who criticize these governors because they aren’t perfect or are partially compromised are barking up the wrong tree. We need all the help we can get. However, as far I’m concerned, putting all our eggs in the basket of court cases, legal filings, unions, and governors is shortsighted, to say the least. Freedom always needs more. Freedom needs brave business owners to stay open and maskless, despite government edicts. Freedom needs parents to keep showing up at school board meetings, to demand an end to COVID restrictions and mandates. Most of all, freedom needs patriots, in the best sense of the word, to do what people in Europe and Australia are doing: come out in the street in great numbers. Over and over. Not by the thousands. By the millions. For as long as it takes. The enemies of freedom have to feel the heat. They have to see that the people can’t be forced beyond a certain point. Whether we like it or not, whether we know it or not, the day is coming when, not the minority, but the majority of us will know we are living under tyranny. Not just insanity; tyranny. We will know it in ways that are undeniable. Some of us already know it. We’re all living through a test of faith. Each individual; and whatever he/she has faith IN. How deep is that faith? How strong?
