Altos Labs : l’entreprise qui promet la jeunesse éternelle et attire les milliardaires

Au début de cette année, la société Altos Labs a été créée par un milliardaire d’origine russe : Yuri Milner. Son objectif : la lutte contre le vieillissement. La société s’intéresse à la reprogrammation cellulaire, « un moyen de rajeunir les cellules en laboratoire ». Selon certains scientifiques, cette technique pourrait être appliquée à « la revitalisation de corps animaux entiers, ce qui permettrait de prolonger la vie humaine ». Des instituts aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni ou encore au Japon sont prévus.

La société a déjà levé « au moins 270 millions de dollars ». Le milliardaire, qui doit notamment sa fortune à Facebook, n’est pas seul à avoir investi dans cette entreprise. Jeff Bezos, l’ancien PDG d’Amazon qui a quitté ses fonctions en juillet dernier, serait également de l’aventure. « Personne la plus riche du monde », sa fortune est estimée à 200 milliards de dollars.

Des ponts d’or pour des scientifiques de haut rang

Pour attirer les scientifiques, la société leur offre des salaires « dignes de stars du sport », « d’un million de dollars par an ou plus, plus des fonds propres », et leur promet qu’ils pourront poursuivre leurs recherches « sans entraves ».

Parmi les scientifiques qui auraient répondu à l’appel d’Altos Labs, on trouve Juan Carlos Izpisúa Belmonte qui a travaillé sur les chimères singes-hommes (cf. Débats éthiques autour d’embryons chimériques singe-homme), Manuel Serrano, de l’Institut de recherche en biomédecine de Barcelone, « qui a été parmi les premiers scientifiques à modifier génétiquement des souris pour produire des facteurs de Yamanaka[1] » (cf. Les premières cellules iPS in vivo aux super-pouvoirs), ou encore Steve Horvath, professeur à l’UCLA et concepteur d’une “horloge biologique” « capable de mesurer avec précision le vieillissement de l’être humain » en se basant sur les marques “épigénétiques” (cf. [TRIBUNE] Edith Heard ; L’épigénétique: le fonctionnement de nos cellules n’est pas que déterminisme). La société est dirigée par Richard Klausner, ancien directeur du National Cancer Institute.

Shinya Yamanaka, prix Nobel en 2012 pour ses recherches sur les cellules souches pluripotentes induites (cf. La découverte du professeur Yamanaka rend caduque la recherche sur l’embryon humain), présidera le conseil consultatif scientifique de la société sans être rémunéré[2].

Un long chemin avant d’espérer des résultats

En effet, Shinya Yamanaka avait montré « qu’avec l’ajout de seulement quatre protéines, maintenant connues sous le nom de facteurs de Yamanaka, les cellules peuvent être instruites pour revenir à un état primitif possédant les propriétés des cellules souches embryonnaires ». Après avoir appliqué ces facteurs à des souris vivantes en 2016 dans le but d’inverser leur vieillissement, le laboratoire d’Izpisúa Belmonte avait observé « des signes de rajeunissement » chez certaines souris. Mais d’autres ont ensuite développé des tumeurs appelées tératomes.

« Pour moi, les facteurs de Yamanaka ne sont pas réalistes pour une utilisation en clinique », précise Manuel Serrano. « Ils impliquent l’introduction de gènes, dont certains sont oncogènes. Il est difficile de faire passer cela par le filtre des organismes de réglementation. » Une technique « risquée », selon Alejandro Ocampo, qui travaillait dans le laboratoire d’Izpisúa Belmonte. « On est loin d’une thérapie humaine. »

Plusieurs entreprises sur les rangs

Altos n’est pas la première entreprise qui affiche des ambitions dans le domaine de la lutte contre le vieillissement. Larry Page, co-fondateur de Google, avait déjà annoncé le lancement de Calico Labs en 2013. Et d’autres start-ups s’intéressent à la reprogrammation cellulaire : Life Biosciences, Turn Biotechnologies, AgeX Therapeutics et Shift Bioscience. Sans résultat jusqu’à présent.

(LifeSiteNews) —  The inventor of mRNA technology has reasserted that natural immunity is much more efficient than COVID-19 jabs at keeping the virus at bay.

Dr. Robert Malone M.D., M.S. told Stephen K. Bannon of Real America’s Voice on Saturday that, according to new data he received, “natural immunity is about 20 times more protective than the vaccine is.”

Malone also told Bannon that he agrees with people who call inoculation with mRNA “gene-therapy.”

“It is gene therapy applied to vaccines,” he confirmed and added that he understood many people’s reluctance to take mRNA jabs.

“I respect their point of view,” Malone said.

“They have a right to be wary about a new technology that’s not well understood.”

Malone explained the key difference between traditional live attenuated vaccines (LAV), such as the ones used against polio, smallpox, and yellow fever, and the various mRNA injections used against COVID-19: spike protein. Live attenuated vaccines are defined as the injection of a killed or weakened organism in order to prevent the disease. These vaccines “express all the proteins of [a given] virus,” he said.

But unlike these vaccines, the COVID-19 jabs, such as the ones manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna, focus on a single spike protein which has been slightly mutated. Malone warned that this technology carries risks of heart inflammation and autoimmune reactions, particularly in young people.

In June 2021, Malone gave several warnings that future autoimmune problems would be caused by the spike proteins within the mRNA injections. He also stated in a podcast (later censored by YouTube) that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was aware that the spike proteins were “biologically active and could travel from the injection site and cause adverse events, and that the spike protein, if biologically active, is very dangerous.”

Bannon gave the mRNA inventor the opportunity to repeat these warnings throughout the show. During the conversation, Malone also criticised the speed with which the mRNA vaccines were created.

Malone added that even some people at Moderna have their misgivings.

“I’ve spoken to the colonel who was [setting] up that Moderna program, and he’s a little embarrassed by some of the things that went on,” he said.

“Now we’ve got to live with the consequences.”

Malone then listed potential adverse effects that the spike protein might have.

“Number 1: I’m sorry, Reuters and all the ankle-biting fact checkers, but spike is a toxin. Whether or not this mutated spike is? Prove to me that it isn’t, but the wild type is,” he said.

“Number 2: It is clear that the virus is rapidly escaping the protection generated by this single spike protein that’s been slightly mutated in these vaccines […] as has been predicted from the outset by experienced vaccinologist and immunologist.”

Malone concluded by saying that recent data suggests the “virus is mutating at faster rates than expected.”

The researcher has more than thirty years of experience in the field of vaccines. He discovered RNA transfection and has explained that while he was at the Salk Institute in San Diego in 1988, he invented mRNA vaccines. His research was continued the next year at a pharmaceutical company called Vical, and between 1988 and 1989 Malone wrote the patent disclosures for mRNA vaccines.

After giving multiple warnings about the dangers posed by the RNA technology used in the COVID-19 vaccines, Malone was removed from Wikipedia and temporarily removed from LinkedIn in July 2021.

June 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Recently published emails revealed that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg collaborated directly with Dr. Anthony Fauci, offering “resources” for COVID-19 vaccine development and a redacted offer Fauci described as “very exciting.”

The emails, released earlier this week, were obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by media organizations.

In one message from February 2020, Zuckerberg wrote to Dr. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and then the top White House COVID-19 adviser, offering help to facilitate development of coronavirus vaccines. 

“I was glad to hear your statement that the covid-19 vaccine will be ready for human trials in six weeks. Are there any resources our foundation can help provide to potentially accelerate this or at least make sure it stays on track?” the Facebook CEO asked. 

“If we start in April (~6-7 weeks from now) with a phase 1 trial of 45 subjects, it will take another 3-4 months to determine safety and some immunogenicity,” Fauci responded. “We may need help with resources for the phase 2 trial if we do not get our requested budget supplement. If this goes off track, I will contact you. On March 15, Zuckerberg again wrote to Fauci, this time with a proposal to highlight a video with Fauci on Facebook’s centralized COVID-19 “hub.” He noted another unknown offer as well that federal officials appear to have been even more interested in. 

“I wanted to send a note of thanks for your leadership and everything you’re doing to make our country’s response to this outbreak as effective as possible. I also wanted to share a few ideas of ways we could help you get your message out,” Zuckerberg said.

“This isn’t public yet, but we’re building a Coronavirus Information Hub that we’re going to put at the top of Facebook for everyone (200+ million Americans, 2.5 billion people worldwide) with two goals: (1) make sure people can get authoritative information from reliable sources and (2) encourage people to practice social distance and give people ideas for doing this using internet tools,” he told Fauci. “As a central part of this hub, I think it would be useful to include a video from you,” Zuckerberg added.

“Your idea and proposal sound terrific. I would be happy to do a video for your hub. We need to reach as many people as possible and convince them to take mitigation strategies seriously or things will get much, much worse,” Fauci wrote back, despite having downplayed effectiveness of mitigation methods in other emails.

Zuckerberg also made another offer to Fauci, though it remains redacted as a FOIA b(4) exemption, that pertains to “trade secrets” or other confidential “commercial or financial information.” 

Fauci called it “very exciting.” An NIAID official likewise described the redacted proposal as “an even bigger deal” than the video. 

“The sooner we get that offer up the food-chain the better. I gave Bill Hall a heads-up about this opportunity and he is standing by to discuss this with HHS and WH comms, but I didn’t want him to do anything without being aware of the offer,” the official, Courtney Billet, told Fauci. 

“Is it OK if I hand this aspect off to Bill to determine who the best point of contact would be so the Administration can take advantage of this offer, soonest?” she asked. Within days of Billet’s email, reports emerged that Facebook was working with the White House to provide the federal government with location data of social media users. 

Facebook admittedly has been in close communication with the U.S. government throughout the COVID-19 crisis, consulting the Biden White House on alleged coronavirus misinformation, for example. 

Besides offering resources for COVID-19 vaccines, Zuckerberg notably poured around $400 million of private money into election processes across the country last year ahead of the 2020 election. Many of the details of the unprecedented funding remain unclear, though experts who obtained documents from entities sponsored by Zuckerberg have estimated it gave Democrat-leaning counties massive spending advantages in battleground states.

Wisconsin lawmakers announced last week that they will be expanding an investigation into Zuckerberg’s funding after revelations that employees of a group backed by the tech founder may have violated election law and had access to ballots.

(LifeSiteNews) – New documents have been released detailing United States funding provided by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) into coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

The Intercept obtained more than 900 pages of documents as part of a Freedom of Information Act litigation the publication is conducting against the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which oversees NIAID.

Evidence contained in the pages prompted Rutgers molecular biologist Richard Ebright to describe White House COVID-19 advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci’s prior denial of U.S. funding of gain-of-function research as “untruthful.”

Millions channelled to EcoHealth to study bat coronavirus

The pages detail a grant from the NIH to Peter Daszak’s now-controversial EcoHealth Alliance, which has long partnered with the WIV in conducting gain-of-function research, particularly in coronaviruses.

Gain-of-function research “improves the ability of a pathogen to cause disease” in order to “help define the fundamental nature of human-pathogen interactions, thereby enabling assessment of the pandemic potential of emerging infectious agents,” according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The grant, titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,” totaled over $3 million and was awarded May 2014 until 2019.

Daszak’s own description of the purpose of the study states that he was to “investigate the ecology, evolutionary biology and transmission dynamics of bat coronaviruses at the human-wildlife interface.”

In addition to conducting “field studies in China to obtain high quality samples from bats, and identify, characterize and isolate known and novel coronaviruses,” EcoHealth announced they would analyse, along with the WIV, “patterns of coronavirus transmission among bats and other wildlife, and the risk of spillover to humans.”

Details in the funding document repeatedly refer to the risk involved in the research, noting that “[f]ieldwork involves the highest risk of exposure to SARS or other Co Vs, while working in caves with high bat density overhead and the potential for fecal dust to be inhaled. There is also some risk of exposure to pathogens or physical injury while handling bats, civets, rodents or other animals, their blood samples or their excreta.”

The NIH funded research noted EcoHealth’s partnership with Dr. Shi Zhengli, the WIV’s lead coronavirus researcher and so-called “Bat Lady.” One aspect of the joint research to be undertaken, involved studying “future coronavirus” specifically linked to bats, and to develop “models” of “bat CoV emergence risk and host range” as well as testing “CoV inter-species transmission.”

It has already been documented how Shi was shown to work with EcoHealth in 2015 to use spike protein from a “novel coronavirus” to infect mice with humanized lungs, to determine their susceptibility to the pathogen.

A second grant is detailed in the new documents, titled “Understanding Risk of Zoonotic Virus Emergence in Emergent Infectious Disease Hotpots of Southeast Asia,” and was awarded by the NIAID to EcoHealth in August 2020, and runs through 2025. The research, funded to the tune of over $6 million, will identify “spillover risk of high zoonotic potential viruses from wildlife,” as well as any “novel viruses from Southeast Asian wildlife.” Once identified, the researchers would assess the viral capacity to infect humans, and the means of transmission.

Documents ‘make it clear’ that Fauci’s statements about gain-of-function research ‘are untruthful’

After the new documents were released, Ebright, a prominent molecular biologist at Rutgers University, wrote on Twitter: “The materials show that the 2014 and 2019 NIH grants to EcoHealth with subcontracts to WIV funded gain-of-function research as defined in federal policies in effect in 2014-2017 and potential pandemic pathogen enhancement as defined in federal policies in effect in 2017-present.”

Ebright concluded by noting that the documents were clear proof that Fauci, long-time director of NIAID, had been lying in his statements denying the NIH’s support gain-of-function research by the WIV: “The documents make it clear that assertions by the NIH Director, Francis Collins, and the NIAID Director, Anthony Fauci, that the NIH did not support gain-of-function research or potential pandemic pathogen enhancement at WIV are untruthful.”

Commenting on the documents to The Intercept, Alina Chan, a molecular biologist at the Broad Institute, stated they showed that EcoHealth should have taken the lab-leak seriously: “In this proposal, they actually point out that they know how risky this work is. They keep talking about people potentially getting bitten — and they kept records of everyone who got bitten,” Chan said. “Does EcoHealth have those records? Further evidence linking Fauci to COVID origins

EcoHealth and Fauci have come under sharp scrutiny in the wake of COVID-19, due to the growing evidence of Fauci’s links to the potential origins of the virus.

Speculations were raised about the possibility of the virus hailing from a Wuhan laboratory in the early days of coronavirus reporting at LifeSiteNews, as can be seen here, here, and here. Indeed, the Wuhan lab, located at the initial epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic, was named the “most likely” source of the virus by a U.S. intelligence report from April. At least one Chinese whistleblower backed up that assessment, as have British intelligence agents, according to Fox News’ Steve Hilton.

Fauci repeatedly downplayed such a possibility, as well as any U.S. link to the laboratory.

Eventually having to face political scrutiny in May, Fauci denied to Sen. Rand Paul that the NIH and NIAID were connected to “gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

However, the new documents released by The Intercept greatly add to the already significant amount of evidence disproving Fauci’s denial. Leaked personal emails have notably already revealed that Fauci was informed early about the possibility of COVID-19 having originated in a laboratory, yet consistently downplayed the so-called lab leak theory.

Professor Madhav Das Nalapat, the Director of Geopolitics and International Relations and UNESCO Peace Chair at Manipal University in India, claimed recently that anyone who attempted to disagree with his denial of the lab leak theory was silenced. “Any scientist who spoke up was strictly warned that ‘Look here, you are going to have your career destroyed’,” claimed Nalapat.

With the growing evidence seeming to disprove Fauci’s rejection of the COVID lab-leak theory as well as his denial of U.S. funding of gain-of-function research, attention has been drawn to his own role. Appointed as Director of NIAID in 1984, Fauci’s wife, Dr. Christine Grady, heads the Department of Bioethics at NIH, raising questions about potential conflicts of interest.

In its research and operation, Fauci’s NIAID is guided by the ethics of the NIH. This means essentially that Grady’s decisions on ethics are intimately linked to, and inform her husband’s decisions on vaccine research and development. The NIAID participated in the development of COVID-19 vaccines (namely the Moderna jab), and the trialing of the vaccines.

(NewsBusters) – The American Civil Liberties Union — financed with tens of millions of dollars from leftist billionaire George Soros — justified Orwellian vaccine mandates being forced on Americans by redefining the meaning of “civil liberties” to mean the lack of liberty.

ACLU National Legal Director David Cole and ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief Director Daniel Mach penned an asinine New York Times op-ed headlined: “Want to Enhance Civil Liberties? Embrace Vaccine Mandates.” The headline has since been stealth-edited. The piece tried to gaslight readers by claiming that “we see no civil liberties problem with requiring Covid-19 vaccines in most circumstances.”

In a bizarre twist, the authors claimed that “far from compromising civil liberties, vaccine mandates actually further civil liberties.” The ACLU’s leftist vaccine logic makes about as much sense as when the organization tried to claim that “[m]en who get their periods” and “give birth” are men. It’s worth noting that Soros funded the ACLU with at least $37,359,845 between 2000-2014 alone.

Soros’s Open Society Foundations has also given $975,000 collectively between the ACLU Foundation and its affiliated organizations in Maryland and Idaho between 2016 and 2019.

The ACLU directors referred to the mandates as a “justifiable intrusion” on autonomy, which is literally counterintuitive to the entire concept of “civil liberties”:

The ACLU is arguing as if someone making a personal medical decision about their own health is inflicting harm on others, even when others have the ability to get vaccinated if they choose. “Therefore,” pontificated the ACLU, vaccine mandates are “permissible in many settings where the unvaccinated pose a risk to others, including schools and universities, hospitals, restaurants and bars, workplaces and businesses open to the public.”

The University of California, Irvine Director of Medical Ethics Aaron Kheriaty, and University of Notre Dame Professor of Law Gerard Bradley, blasted universities arbitrarily mandating vaccines on students in June. The authors argued that the mandates violated medical ethics, undercutting the ACLU’s broader argument that vaccine mandates “further civil liberties”:

A person may freely choose to accept medical risks for the benefit of others, as when one donates a kidney for transplant. But there is no moral duty to do so. This is why we don’t harvest organs without consent, even if doing so would save many lives. Those who make such sacrifices for others must truly be volunteers, not conscripts drafted by college administrators.”

(WND News Center) – Nearly three-quarters of unvaccinated Americans would quit their jobs if they were required to take a COVID-19 vaccine, according to a poll by the Washington Post and ABC News.

Only 16% of unvaccinated workers would get a COVID shot if required, 35% would ask for a medical or religious exemption and 42% would quit their job, according to the results reported by the Daily Caller.

But if a medical or religious exemption were not available — which essentially is the case for Washington state employees, for example — 72% said they would quit their job.

Just 18%, the poll found, would get the shot.

Meanwhile, a survey of 961 American employers found that 52% will have some sort of vaccine requirement by the end of this year.

In a Fox News poll in August, 44% of Americans said they are more likely to shop at a business that requires employees and customers to be vaccinated or have a recent negative COVID-19 test. Only 24% were less likely.

The Seattle Police Department, which has lost about 300 officers since last year’s defund effort, could lose more than 200 more officers over Democratic Mayor Jenny Durkan’s COVID vaccine mandate for city employees, reported KTTH talk-host Jason Rantz.

State employees, under Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee’s mandate, also face the loss of their job if they don’t get vaccinated.

Rantz previously reported there is strong resistance to the governor’s mandate, including from State Patrol troopers and teachers.

Rantz obtained an internal poll of the State Patrol Troopers Association conducted Aug. 9-17 that found 295 troopers said they would refuse vaccination at the risk of being fired.

In a more general question, 449 troopers said they disagree with mandatory vaccinations. Only 19 said they supported it.

The association said in an email to members: “Important questions need to be addressed, including what the agency will look like with a 20-35 percent loss of employees? How will the agency deploy resources to the areas that are most impacted?”

A group called Firefighters 4 Freedom said in a statement that its objective “is to stop the mandated vaccinations for all City employees as well as the citizens of this great country.”

“We want to bring education and truth to the people without being censored,” the group said.

On its website, the group states it’s “not a vaccine versus non-vaccine issue, this is not a left verse right political issue.d”

This is a human rights issue,” the group states. “We hope you stand with us, for we believe all members and citizens have the freedom of choice and natural rights. Your body, your choice. My body, my choice.”

Doctors are also challenging the mandates, including with lawsuits.

University of California Irvine School of Medicine psychiatrist and medical ethicist Aaron Kheriaty is suing the university system to recognize his natural immunity from COVID-19 recovery, Just the News reported.

He has the help of six UC medical professors who wrote that the UC system’s 90-day medical exemption for recovered faculty is “not supported by scientific data and underestimates the durability of natural immunity,” which is far better established than for COVID-19 vaccine-induced immunity.

They cited the many studies worldwide that establish “prior infection with SARS-CoV-2 appears to provide greater than 99% efficacy from reinfection” due to “antibodies to the nucleocapsid and to the spike protein, T-helper cells, B-cells, natural killer cells, and innate immunity.”

Ferrada a été ordonné prêtre pour l’archidiocèse de Santiago du Chili et est à la Congrégation pour le clergé depuis 2018.

Jusqu’en 2010, il appartenait à l’Unión Sacerdotal du père Fernando Karadima‘s (+2021). Ferrada a quitté l’Unión avec neuf autres prêtres juste avant qu’une enquête de l’église ne déclare Karadima coupable de violences homosexuelles sur mineurs (février 2011). Mgr Michel Aupetit, l’archevêque conservateur de Paris (1,3 million de catholiques), a remis à ses prêtres, le 8 septembre, une lettre qu’il a tenue secrète et dans laquelle il annonce qu’il n’autorisera que cinq messes tridentines sur les quelque 15 actuellement célébrées dans son immense diocèse.

Selon La-Croix.com, Aupetit a limité cette autorisation à un nombre non divulgué de prêtres ayant reçu « une mission écrite. »

« J’espère que pour favoriser la communion, les prêtres appelés seront ouverts aux deux missels », a ajouté Aupetit en imposant que « les lectures devront être faites en français dans la traduction liturgique officielle de 2013 » – ce qui est impossible puisque les lectures de la messe tridentine et de l’eucharistie ne sont pas les mêmes.

Il semble que l’ordre d’Aupetit ne concerne que les prêtres diocésains, et non les apostolats parisiens de la FSSP et de l’Institut du Bon Pasteur.

Avec ce geste peu glorieux, Aupetit a légèrement augmenté ses chances d’être nommé cardinal par François.
