Colusa County in Northern California is the top producer of rice in the Sacramento Valley. Colusa County historically produces more than 150,000 acres of rice in a normal year. But in 2022, Colusa officials say they will only be able to produce a fraction of their usual rice crop, costing rice farmers, workers and suppliers hundreds of millions of dollars.
“In April 2022, the water districts serving Colusa County were given their final allocation for the 2022 growing season – 0.4-acre feet per acre,” Colusa County officials said in a statement. “This allocation is not enough to support rice production, and estimates show that the Sacramento Valley will fallow 370,000 of 450,000 acres in the Sacramento River Settlement Contractors service area, primarily in Colusa and Glenn Counties. Currently, less than 7,000 acres are estimated to be planted in Colusa County, resulting in a direct financial loss to growers in excess of $270 million.”
The first 50% of California’s water flows out to the Pacific Ocean for fish and environmental purposes – something the Public Policy Institute of California verified in 2019: “Water in California is shared across three main sectors. Statewide, average water use is roughly 50% environmental, 40% agricultural, and 10% urban.”
Colusa County officials hosted a legislative tour and informative briefing for Assemblywoman Cecilia Aguiar-Curry (D-Winters), “highlighting the crisis-level economic impacts resulting from the unprecedented drought and winter freeze.”
“The event concluded with a request for local assistance.”
The Globe spoke with Colusa County Administrator Wendy Tyler about the meeting with Assemblywoman Aguiar-Curry, and what the county is facing this year after the February Freeze and latest water allocation cuts.
Tyler said their meeting and message was “very well received,” and noted that the Assemblywoman has an agriculture background and understands their plight.
Tyler described the devastation of the county’s agriculture industry similar to what Covid lockdowns did to businesses in urban cities. “We need a payroll protection plan and rental assistance,” Tyler said. “We have the third largest farm worker housing in the state. Thousands of people come to Colusa County every season, and work with Colusa County’s own people. Their children go to Colusa schools, so when they aren’t here it impacts our ADA.”
She said when growers can’t plant, suppliers are hurt – everyone from equipment suppliers to the people who make the bags for farm products. Specifically, this also impacts mills, aerial applicators, crop dusters, pesticide and fertilizer dealers, and ground applicators.
“The economic devastation is unprecedented,” Tyler said. “People aren’t dying, but businesses and communities are.”
California ranks as the second-largest rice-growing state in the United States. “California rice is highly prized all over the world—particularly in Asia and the Middle East. In 2019, more than 498,000 acres of rice were planted on 1,100 farms, Think Rice reports. Rice production contributes more than $775 million to the state economy.”
In addition to the drought and water crisis, Tyler said in February Colusa County and much of the Sacramento Valley experienced a devastating freeze, resulting in a 74 percent loss of local almond crops. The estimated direct financial loss to growers is nearly $210 million. Tyler said the impacts are felt by businesses related to growing almonds, dryers and processors, and added that growers are concerned about future labor shortages.
Tyler said they spoke with Assemblywoman Aguiar-Curry about receiving economic help, “especially going into the budget with the $86 billion budget surplus.”
Colusa County’s request of Assemblywoman Aguiar-Curry’s office is for an economic bridge to support and assist the industry through this crisis. Without assistance, Colusa County officials say generations of local heritage and their place in the global market are at risk. They say it is critical that the State develop and deploy local programs to help assist the industry through this historic crisis.
Tyler added, “The budget surplus should go to a rainy day fund, but how about the day it doesn’t rain?”

Putting honest farmers and citizens in an untenable position through the politicians’ own policies so that hard-working people have to depend on the government to live? By the way, farmers aren’t like other put-upon Californians who are able to move to more friendly states. Farmers, for many reasons, can’t so easily just pick up and go elsewhere. And for what, exactly?As far as the role of environmentalists in the economic troubles of farmers, didn’t we just learn that the greenies are A-OK with rice farming due to the wetlands that are created by farmers flooding the fields in the off-season? I think other wineries in the north stayed open too. And don’t forget that Gruesome’s one-time home of Marin County was made an exception to state affordable housing mandates. He was Lt Gov at the time this happened. And the Marin County exemption was such that it was extended to 2028; thus at the same time Gruesome as Governor was punitively and vengefully suing and going after Huntington Beach for not following state A.H. mandates (even though Huntington Beach WAS), his town of Marin was exempted. Sam Parker of Behind the News has just published an excellent commentary of the imminent, intentional collapse of the Global Food System.
As I have previously written in other articles we have published by Sam Parker, this individual obviously has access to very high level intelligence sources, and he publishes information that I have found nowhere else.
A year ago he published the best historical account of the main families in the Global Food Cartel that controls the world’s financial systems, that I have ever read. If you have not read it yet, you should.
Today he updates this information to explain world events like the war in Ukraine with information you are not likely to read elsewhere.
In short, Sam Parker believes that the Rockefeller and Rothschild Empires are about to collapse, and they are hastening their own destruction by their current actions and policies, particularly in Ukraine.

This is America’s great power grab, and it realizes that it can create/take advantage of a crisis and tell the Global South or poor countries (or ZONE B) your money or your life. This is how most of the great property grabs and conquests have been made throughout history.
This is to say to the rest of the world, you know, we’ve got you completely, but you don’t have any choice, your money or your life. “If you obey us, we can feed you”. We’ve got you trapped. And the Rockefeller Empire is taking every possible advantage of this chaos on global markets- not only to make huge profits on the stock markets, but across the entire spectrum of their various defense, food, energy, mining and energy industrial companies. While all of this is going on, they are constantly pushing the “ICE NINE” game-plan, by introducing a digital currency system.
The Very Top of the Pyramid
BlackRock- a company within the Rockefeller Group wants to use the Ukraine war to usher in the digital currency. The CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, thinks the war in Ukraine and the events surrounding it could be used to accelerate the adoption of digital money controlled by central banks. Along with another two Rockefeller Group companies- Vanguard and State Street, Blackrock is considered one of the “Big Three” index fund managers that dominate corporate America, and ultimately the world.
By November 2020, the “Big Three” managed US$15 trillion in combined assets, equivalent to more than three-quarters the size of the US economy and combined, they were the largest owner in 88% of the S&P 500 companies. By January 2021, the “Big Three” had almost US$18 trillion in assets under management. Only TWO Companies, Vanguard and BlackRock, Control the Planet While World’s Richest 1% Own 82% of World’s Wealth.
Now, in a letter to shareholders sent Thursday 24th March, Larry Fink wrote that the adoption of digital money controlled by central banks could prove to be one of the outcomes of the war that are currently by and large under the radar. With the onset of the war, the US and its allies added Russia’s central bank to their list of entities targeted by sanctions, which brought about a surge in transactions on centralized Bitcoin exchanges in both Russia and Ukraine, and in both of their currencies.
The Looming Diesel Shortage
The reality is that it is the western sanctions that are responsible for being the cause of the ongoing global inflation crisis. What many overlook is the fact that they are increasingly impacting the economies of the West, especially the EU and USA. A closer look at the state of the global supply of diesel fuel is alarming.
But Western sanctions planners at the US Treasury and the EU know fully well what they are doing. And it bodes ill for the world economy.
While most of us rarely think about diesel fuel as anything other than a pollutant, in fact it is essential to the entire world economy in a way few energy sources are, there is a clear link between diesel and GDP, because almost everything that goes into and out of a factory goes using diesel.”
Almost on day one of Russian troop actions in Ukraine, two of the world’s largest oil companies, BP and Shell, both British, stopped deliveries of diesel fuel to Germany claiming fear of supply shortages. Russia supplied some 60 to 70% of all EU diesel before the Ukraine war.
In 2020 Russia was the world’s second largest exporter of diesel fuel behind USA, shipping more than 1 million barrels daily. Most of it, some 70%, went to the EU and Turkey. France was the largest importer, followed by Germany and UK. In the West, some 76% of all road vehicles—cars, trucks—use diesel.
At the beginning of the Ukraine crisis global stocks of diesel fuel were already the lowest since 2008 as the covid lockdowns had done major damage to the demand-supply situation of oil and gas production. Now the stage is set for an unprecedented crisis in diesel. The consequences will be staggering for the world economy.
Because of their greater efficiency and greater mileage per gallon, diesel fuels almost all freight truck motors. It fuels most all farm equipment from tractors to harvesting machines.
It is widely used in the EU, almost 50% for auto fuel as it is far more fuel efficient than gasoline engines. It is used in most all heavy mining machines such as Caterpillar earth movers. It is used in construction equipment.
Diesel engines have replaced steam engines on all non-electrified railroads in the world, especially freight trains. Diesel is used in some electric power generation and in most all heavy military vehicles.
A global shortage in diesel fuel, temporary or longer-term, is therefore a catastrophic event. Goods cannot be moved from container ports to inland destinations.
Without diesel fuel trucks cannot deliver food to the supermarket, or anything else for that matter. The entire supply chain is frozen. And there is no possibility to substitute gasoline in a diesel engine without ruining the engine. Between January 2021 and January 2022 EU diesel fuel prices had almost doubled, and that, before the Ukraine sanctions.
There were several reasons, but primary was the soaring price of crude oil and supply disruptions owing to global covid lockdowns and the subsequent resumption of world trade flows.
To add to the problem, in early March the Chinese central government imposed a ban on its exports of diesel fuel, to “ensure energy security” amid Western sanctions on Russia.
The situation in the USA is not better. What the unfolding global diesel fuel crisis will mean, barring a major turnaround, is a dramatic impact on all forms of truck and auto transportation, farming, mining and the like. It will spell catastrophe for an already failing world economy. The real industrial interconnected global economy is not like a game of lego toys. It is highly complex and finely tuned. That fine tuning is being systematically destroyed, and all evidence is that it is deliberate.

Is The Global Food System About To Collapse?
The central aim of the World Bank (a Rockefeller entity) is to prevent other countries from growing their own food. That is the prime directive and that’s part of the corner they painted them into that is going to be creating such a world famine this summer.
Well, as President Putin and Lavrov have said, the fighting in Ukraine isn’t really over Ukraine at all. It’s a fight over what shape the world will take and whether the world will be unipolar or, as it now appears, multipolar. So, the American war in Ukraine is really a war against Germany. Russia is not the enemy. Germany and Europe are the enemy and the United States made it very clear.
This is a war to lock in our allies so they cannot trade with Russia. They cannot buy Russian oil. They must be dependent on American oil for which they will have to pay three or four times as much. They will have to be dependent on American liquefied natural gas for fertilizer. If they don’t buy American gas for fertilizer, and we don’t let them buy from Russia, then they cannot put fertilizer on the land and the crop yield will fall by about 50% without fertilizer.
And so, the effect of this war has been to lock the NATO countries into dependency on the United States because the great fear of the United States in the last few years is that as America is de-industrializing, these countries are looking to the part of the world that’s growing, China, Central Asia, Russia, South Asia.
And the United States feared losing control of its satellites mainly in NATO, but also in South America. So, it sanctioned and blocked their ability to buy non-US energy. They’re blocking their ability to buy non-US food, blocking their ability to invest in or use their surplus to get prosperous by investing in China, Russia, or Eurasia.
So, this is basically a war of America to lock in its allies. The fertilizer companies in Germany have already been closing down because they say, without Russian gas, we make our fertilizer out of gas, and if we can’t get Russian gas, we can’t produce the fertilizer that. So, world fertilizer prices are going way up.
Russia is the largest grain exporter. And now that grain exports are being blocked by the sanctions, the question is, what are North Africa and the Near East going to do that have been depending very largely on Russian grain exports? Their food prices are going to go way up. Since Russia’s counter-sanctions have cut off fertilizer to much of the world, there will likely be a food crisis everywhere, it is important to note.
Worse still, natural gas is required in the manufacturing process for most nitrogen/fertilizer products … so the recent surge in European NatGas prices to record highs will only exacerbate the cost of fertilizer from any halt from Russia “And with wheat prices already at all-time highs, all hell is about to break loose not only among food producers, but soon in your local grocery store once consumers realize that food prices are about to double, triple and more.
This is a serious situation, to say the least. Many people, if not most, do not recognize how the globalization of everything has created interdependence where if one piece falls out of place, the entire thing collapses.
A handful of Eastern European countries, along with Russia, supply much of the grain, energy and fertilizer that the rest of the world needs in order to survive. And this latest “dance” in Ukraine is essentially pulling the plug on the supply chain of all those things.
Two years plague, then war, with famine around the corner, the plague being the COVID-19 and the war and famine being what we are now facing with the Russia-Ukraine debacle- – – It’s like they’re following some kind of script. Such extraordinary moves by the Rockefeller Empire show the desperation of David Jnr, and his allies.
Their desperation has come about because of the fact that America is in terminal decline. To retain global power, these power-mad rulers will do anything. In their minds, this is the thought that hits them every night and morning: “I will rather destroy the world, than lose my empire”. And, this thinking of David Jnr and the Rothschilds is what we are witnessing globally in the food and energy fields- both of which the family has focused on for the past century.
Direct Sabotage
It’s beginning to look like the two families are deliberately taking steps to guarantee a coming global food crisis. Every measure that the Biden Administration strategists have been making to “control energy inflation” is damaging the supply or inflating the price of natural gas, oil and coal to the global economy.
This is having a huge impact on fertilizer prices and food production. That began well before Ukraine. Now reports are circulating that Biden’s people have intervened to block the freight rail shipping of fertilizer at the most critical time for spring planting. By this autumn the effects will be explosive.
With the crucial time for USA spring planting at its critical phase, CF Industries of Deerfield, Illinois, the largest US supplier of nitrogen fertilizers as well as a vital diesel engine additive, issued a press release stating that, “On Friday, April 8, 2022, Union Pacific informed CF Industries without advance notice that it was mandating certain shippers to reduce the volume of private cars on its railroad effective immediately.”
Union Pacific is one of only four major rail companies that together carry some 80% of all US agriculture rail freight. The CF company CEO, Tony Will stated, “The timing of this action by Union Pacific could not come at a worse time for farmers.
Not only will fertilizer be delayed by these shipping restrictions, but additional fertilizer needed to complete spring applications may be unable to reach farmers at all. By placing this arbitrary restriction on just a handful of shippers, Union Pacific is jeopardizing farmers’ harvests and increasing the cost of food for consumers.”
CF Industries noted that they were one of only thirty companies subject to the severe measure, which is indefinite. They ship via Union Pacific rail lines to serve key farm states including Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas and California. The ban will affect nitrogen fertilizers such as urea and urea ammonium nitrate (UAN), as well as diesel exhaust fluid, DEF (called AdBlue in Europe).
DEF is an emissions control product required for diesel trucks today. Without it engines cannot run. It is made from urea. CF Industries is the largest producer of urea, UAN and DEF in North America and its Donaldsonville Complex is the largest single production facility for the products in North America.
Only the skyrocketing prices for food, energy, and other commodities is not a result of Russian actions, but of Washington Green Energy decisions to phase out oil and gas. The energy price inflation is also about to go vastly higher in coming months owing to US and EU economic sanctions on export of Russian oil and likely gas.
However the central point is that every acre of US farmland dedicated to growing corn for biofuels removes that food production from the food chain, to burn it as fuel. Since passage of the 2007 US Renewable Fuel Standards Act, which mandated annually rising targets for production of corn for ethanol fuel blends, biofuels have captured a huge part of total corn acreage, more than 40% in 2015. That shift, mandated by law, to burning corn as fuel had added a major price inflation for food well before the covid inflation crisis began.
The USA is by far world’s largest corn producer and exporter. Now to mandate a significant increase in corn ethanol for fuel at a time of astronomical fertilizer prices, and fertilizer rail shipping are being blocked reportedly by White House orders, will send corn prices through the roof. Washington knows this very well. It is deliberate.
Globally, the situation is being dramatically aggravated by USDA demands for chicken farmers to kill off millions of chickens, allegedly for signs of Bird Flu infection. The H5N1 Bird Flu “virus” was exposed in 2015 as a complete hoax. The tests used by the US government inspectors to determine bird flu now are the same unreliable PCR tests used for COVID in humans. The test is worthless for that. At least 23 million chickens and turkeys have been culled in the US alone, tens more millions across the globe.
The upshot is sharp rises in prices of egg by some 300% since November and severe loss of chicken protein sources for American consumers at a time when overall cost of living inflation is at a 40-year high.
To make matters worse, California and Oregon are again declaring water emergency amid a multi-year drought and are sharply reducing irrigation water to farmers in California, who produce the major share of US fresh vegetables and fruits.
That drought has since spread to cover most agriculture land west of the Mississippi River, meaning much of US farmland. US food security is under threat as never before and Washington is doing everything to make the impact worse for its citizens.
For what purpose? To reduce food availability, and make it easier for the Empire to close the trap of putting mankind in an electronic prison camp.
For what purpose? Once a person is fitted out with biometrics and a digital passport, that person transitions from a free person to a slave. Next step is to “freeze” or “steal” their money.
For what purpose? To save the banking sector from bankruptcy. That’s what started the Covid hoax. And the people became sheep.
In recent comments US President Biden remarked without elaborating that the US food shortages are “going to be real.” His administration also is deaf to pleas of farmer organizations to allow cultivation of some 4 million acres of farmland ordered left out of cultivation for “environmental reasons.
However this is not the only part of the world where crisis in food is developing.
Global Disaster
These deliberate Washington actions are taking place at a time a global series of food disasters create the worst food supply situation in decades, perhaps since the World War II end.
Russia is the largest grain exporter. And now that grain exports are being blocked by the sanctions, the question is, what are North Africa and the Near East going to do that have been depending very largely on Russian grain exports? Their food prices are going to go way up.
In the EU, which is significantly dependent on Russia, Belarus and Ukraine for feed grains, fertilizers and energy, sanctions are making the covid-induced food shortages dramatically worse. The EU uses its foolish Green Agenda as an excuse to forbid the Italian government from ignoring EU rules limiting state aid to farmers.
In Germany, the new Green Party Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir, who wants to phase out traditional agriculture allegedly for its “greenhouse gas” emissions, has given farmers who want to grow more food a cold response. The EU faces many of the same disastrous threats to food security as the USA and even more dependence on Russian energy which is about to be suicidally sanctioned by the EU.
The fertilizer companies in Germany have already been closing down because they say, without Russian gas, we make our fertilizer out of gas, and if we can’t get Russian gas, we can’t produce the fertilizer that. So, world fertilizer prices are going way up.
The major food producing countries in South America, especially Argentina and Paraguay, are in the midst of a severe drought attributed to a periodic La Niña Pacific anomaly that has crippled crops there. Sanctions on Belarus and Russia fertilizers are threatening Brazil crops, aggravated with bottlenecks in ocean transport.
China just announced that owing to severe rains in 2021, this year’s winter wheat crop could be the worst in its history. The CCP also has instituted severe measures to get farmers to expand cultivation to non-farm lands with little reported effect. According to a report by China watcher Erik Mertz, “In China’s Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning provinces, officials have reported one in three farmers lack sufficient seed and fertilizer supplies to begin planting for the optimum spring window… According to sources within these areas, they are stuck waiting on seed and fertilizer which have been imported to China from overseas – and which are stuck in the cargo ships sitting off the coast of Shanghai.”
Shanghai, the world’s largest container port, has been under a bizarre “Zero Covid” total quarantine for more than four weeks with no end in sight. In a desperate bid by the CCP “ordering” increased food production, local CP officials throughout China have begun transforming basketball courts and even roads into cropland. The food situation in China is forcing the country to import far more at a time of global shortages, driving world grain and food prices even higher.
Africa is also severely impacted by the US-imposed sanctions and war ending food and fertilizer exports from Russia and Ukraine. Thirty five African countries get food from Russia and Ukraine. Twenty two African countries import fertilizer from there. Alternatives are seriously lacking as prices soar and supply collapses. Famine is predicted.
David M. Beasley, executive director of the UN World Food Program, declared recently on the global food outlook, “There is no precedent even close to this since World War II.”
Notably, it was the Biden Treasury Department that drew up a list of the most comprehensive economic sanctions against Russia and Belarus, pressuring a compliant EU to dutifully follow, sanctions whose impact on global grain and fertilizer and energy supply and prices was entirely predictable. It was in effect a sanction on the US and global economy.
These are but the latest examples of deliberate US Government sabotage of the food chain as part of the Biden Green Agenda, of Davos WEF, Bill Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation, as part of their dystopian Great Reset eugenics agenda. Traditional agriculture is to be replaced by a synthetic lab grown diet of fake meats and protein from grasshoppers and worms, worldwide, all for the supposed glory of controlling global climate.
This is truly mad.
SEVERAL Very Large Food Processing & Distribution Plants Have Recently Exploded or Burned Down
As food uncertainly lingers on the horizon thanks to US sanctions and government decimation of the economy during the past two years, there is another factor contributing to the problem. Since the beginning of the year, there have been several very large food processing facilities that have exploded or burned to the ground across the U.S.
This month, a vegetable and nut processing facility in Darfur, Oregon became engulfed in flames for unknown reasons. The independent distributor of natural, organic a non-GMO foods which employees around 150 people, burned to the ground.
One week before that fire in Oregon, a massive fire brought down a meat processing plant in Conway, New Hampshire. After burning for 16 hours, multiple fire crews finally put out the fire at East Conway Beef and Pork but the facility is completely destroyed.
That same week, in Salinas, California, a massive fire at the Taylor Farms Processing Facility led to the evacuation of residents as it burned for over 17 hours. Taylor Farms is a major agriculture company that processes and delivers many of the salad kits seen in grocery stores. The cause of this fire is currently under investigation.
The fact is that since last year, more than a dozen of these fires and explosions have taken place at food processing and distribution centers. However, the main cause of these fires is arson.
What’s more, fires in food processing facilities are not that common and occur far less often. To claim that all of these incidents are related would be pure speculation.
But given the current supply chain situation and looming food shortages, the very idea of critical infrastructure burning to the ground for any reason, is unsettling to say the least.
So who wins? The short answer is, the new Russia-led Bretton Woods III economy & financial system, including China and the BRICS.
So who loses? Again, the short answer seems to be the Western economies & their financial systems at large, most particularly Europe.
From its planning stages, U.S. diplomatic strategists viewed the looming World War III as a war of economic systems. What side will countries choose: their own economic interest and social cohesion, or submission to local political leaders installed by U.S.
In the face of all this political meddling and media propaganda, how long will it take the rest of the world to realize that there’s a global war underway, with World War III on the horizon? The real problem is that by the time the world understands what is going on, the global fracture will already have enabled Russia, China and Eurasia to create a real New World Order that does not need NATO countries and which has lost trust and hope for mutual economic gains with them. The military battlefield will be littered with economic corpses.
Russia is the largest grain exporter. And now that grain exports are being blocked by the sanctions, the question is, what are North Africa and the Middle East going to do that have been depending very largely on Russian grain exports? Their food prices are going to go way up.

This is their hope. Good luck with that.
There is an old saying in my family, traditional business people: – “if we have goods, we can trade” the reverse also holds true – “no goods, we can’t trade”. The West now finds itself in that position.
The funny part in this is that the two families shut down the world economy for two years, in the hope of accelerating their plans to herd mankind into an electronic prison camp, steal their money, and usher forth a new global slave state.
Putin’s bold move into Ukraine has upended their plans, and also threatens the very survival of the empires. Reason seems to have deserted them. The ongoing sanctions and financial war against Russia, China and Iran has had a blow-back effect on the West.

Credit union and banking trade groups have released a joint letter to the chair and ranking member of the House Financial Services Committee, warning of “devastating consequences” if the Federal Reserve moves forward with a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). The letter was sent on May 25, one day before the Committee convened a hearing on “Digital Assets and the Future of Finance: Examining the Benefits and Risks of a U.S. Central Bank Digital Currency.” That hearing took testimony from only one witness, Lael Brainard, the Vice Chair of the Federal Reserve.
The fact that credit unions, which frequently serve unionized labor, joined with banking trade groups to sign off on the letter, lends credibility to the “devastating consequences” the letter enumerates of a Central Bank Digital Currency.
A CBDC would allow the Federal Reserve to compete for deposits with credit unions and banks. The letter correctly assesses the downside of such a move as follows:
“Private money is created through financial intermediation by banks and credit unions– the process in which financial institutions take deposits and lend out and invest those deposits. Private money is used by financial institutions to provide funding for businesses and consumers and thus supports economic growth. Introducing a CBDC would be a deliberate decision to shift some volume of private money to public money, with potentially devastating consequences for the cost and availability of credit for consumers and businesses. In sum, the savings of businesses and consumers would no longer fund the assets of banks – primarily, loans – but instead would fund the assets of the Federal Reserve – primarily securities issued by the Treasury Department, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.”
In a similar vein, the letter warns:
“In effect, a CBDC will serve as an advantaged competitor to retail bank deposits that will move money away from banks and into accounts at the Federal Reserve where the funds cannot be lent back into the economy. These deposit accounts represent 71% of bank funding today. Losing this critical funding source would undermine the economics of the banking business model, severely restricting credit availability, increasing the cost of credit, and causing a slowdown of the economy. ABA estimates that even a CBDC where accounts were capped at $5,000 per ‘end user’ could result in $720 billion in deposits leaving the banking system.”
The joint letter also calls out the absurdity that the dollar is not already digitized. (Anyone who uses a “pay by phone” method to pay a monthly bill in seconds from their checking account or a debit card to pay for purchases fully appreciates how rapid and streamlined the digital dollar already is.) The credit unions and banking groups write as follows:
“Contrary to the assertions of some CBDC proponents, a U.S. CBDC is not necessary to ‘digitize the dollar,’ as the dollar functions primarily in digital form today. Commercial bank money is a digital dollar, and is currently accepted without question by businesses and consumers as a means of payment.”
In July 2019, NYU Professor and economist Nouriel Roubini also touched on the existing speed of the Visa credit card system versus digital currency in a Bloomberg News interview. Roubini stated:
“…nobody, not even this blockchain conference, accepts Bitcoin for paying for conference fees cause you can do only five transactions per second with Bitcoin. With the Visa system you can do 25,000 transactions per second…Crypto’s nonsense. It’s a failure. Nobody’s using it for any transactions.”
One of the key concerns in Congress and at the Fed appears to be that another country, such as China, might get ahead of the U.S. in the development of their own Central Bank Digital Currency and endanger the U.S. dollar as the world’s reserve currency. At the House Financial Services Committee hearing on May 26, Fed Vice Chair Brainard testified as follows:
“The future evolution of international payments and capital flows will also influence considerations surrounding a potential U.S. CBDC. The dollar is the most widely used currency in international payments and investments, which benefits the United States by reducing transaction and borrowing costs for U.S. households, businesses, and government. In future states where other major foreign currencies are issued in CBDC form, it is prudent to consider how the potential absence or presence of a U.S. central bank digital dollar could affect the use of the dollar in global payments. For example, the People’s Bank of China has been piloting the digital yuan, and several other foreign central banks are issuing or considering issuing their own digital currencies. A U.S. CBDC may be one potential way to ensure that people around the world who use the dollar can continue to rely on the strength and safety of the U.S. currency to transact and conduct business in the digital financial system. More broadly, it is important for the United States to play a lead role in the development of standards governing international digital finance transactions involving CBDCs consistent with the norms of privacy, accessibility, interoperability, and security.”
The credit unions and banking groups’ joint letter addressed that issue as follows:
“…a CBDC does not appear to be necessary to support the role of the U.S. dollar internationally. While many countries have experimented with a CBDC, many have focused on a wholesale model, something not contemplated by the Federal Reserve’s discussion paper. In addition, many have pulled these experiments back as the costs of implementation have become apparent. The Federal Reserve notes that the dollar’s status as the global reserve currency is driven by 1) the strength and openness of our economy, 2) the depth of our financial markets, and 3) the trust in our institutions and rule of law.”
Wall Street On Parade has been skeptical of the invisible hand(s) behind this push for a Central Bank Digital Currency at the Fed – (the Fed being the perpetual provider of bailouts to Wall Street’s casino banks) – ever since a similar invisible hand pushed Saule Omarova forward as President Biden’s nominee to head the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the regulator of national banks (those that operate across state lines).
In October of last year, the Vanderbilt Law Review published a 69-page paper by Omarova in which she proposed not just a Central Bank Digital Currency but a hair-raising, radical restructuring of the Fed that would include the following:
(1) Move all commercial bank deposits from commercial banks to so-called FedAccounts at the Federal Reserve;
(2) Allow the Fed, in “extreme and rare circumstances, when the Fed is unable to control inflation by raising interest rates,” to confiscate deposits from these FedAccounts in order to tighten monetary policy;
(3) Allow the most Wall Street-conflicted regional Fed bank in the country, the New York Fed, when there are “rises in market value at rates suggestive of a bubble trend,” such as with technology stocks today, to “short these securities, thereby putting downward pressure on their prices”;
(4) Eliminate the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) that insures bank deposits in the U.S. and that prevents panic runs on banks;
(5) Consolidate all bank regulatory functions at the OCC – which Omarova was nominated to head.

Mais quand il s’agit du russe, personne en Europe ne s’en soucie.Notre opération militaire était inévitable. Nous essayions de raisonner l’Occident depuis longtemps. En décembre 2021, nous avons de nouveau proposé aux États-Unis et à l’Otan un traité de sécurité européenne. Nous n’avons pas été entendus. En 2009 encore, la Russie a proposé le Traité de sécurité européenne qui permettrait de fixer le principe d’une sécurité égale et indivisible et l’obligation de ne pas renforcer sa sécurité au détriment de la sécurité d’autrui. Tous les pays membres de l’Otan et de l’OSCE y ont souscrit. Cependant, en dépit de cet outil politique et de ces obligations, l’Alliance continuait de s’élargir, tout en ignorant les préoccupations de la Russie et les intérêts de notre sécurité. En 2009, nous avons proposé de signer un accord pour légiférer cet engagement politique. On nous a dit de ne même pas y penser, car on ne donne les garanties de sécurité juridiquement contraignantes qu’aux membres de l’Alliance. Nous avons été assez patients. Une autre tentative a été faite en décembre 2021. Le 7 février 2022, le président français Emmanuel Macron s’est rendu à Moscou. Apparemment, il voulait savoir comment la situation évoluait. Il a tenu des entretiens intéressants avec le président Vladimir Poutine, y compris sur la question dont nous parlons maintenant.Lors de la conférence de presse à l’issue des négociations, le président Vladimir Poutine a publiquement déclaré que la Russie était prête à mettre au point des garanties de sécurité de l’Ukraine, de la Russie et de tous les pays européens, mais des garanties qui n’entraîneront pas l’élargissement de l’Otan.Le président Macron a également parlé à plusieurs reprises de la nécessité d’une nouvelle architecture de la sécurité européenne. Mais les États-Unis ne le permettent pas et ne permettront pas de le faire. Les États-Unis ont complètement assujetti l’Europe. Nous voyons la volonté de la France de promouvoir l’idée d’une autonomie stratégique. Le président Macron a toujours appuyé ce concept. Mais aucun autre pays ne se montre enthousiaste à cette idée. Même les Allemands disent que la sécurité de l’Europe est impossible sans l’Otan.Ces problèmes sont devenus encore plus graves dans le contexte de la situation en Ukraine. La férocité avec laquelle l’Occident défend sa “créature”, le régime de Kiev, a montré que ce régime avait été spécialement conçu pendant des années pour créer une menace pour la Fédération de Russie, saper notre place légitime dans l’architecture de la sécurité, diminuer le rôle réel de la Russie et l’assujettir.J’ai mentionné la visite du président Macron et ses bonnes relations de confiance avec le président Vladimir Poutine. Malheureusement, la France joue un rôle actif dans l’attisement du nationalisme et du néonazisme en Ukraine. Paris arme activement l’Ukraine, y compris avec des armes offensives. J’ai passé trois mois dans le Donbass, voyageant entre Donetsk et Lougansk, et je me suis rendue à Marioupol plusieurs fois. La ville est complétement détruite, j’ai vu beaucoup de souffrance. Et tous les militaires que j’ai rencontrés m’ont dit que cette guerre allait durer, qu’elle serait sanglante. Cette bataille sur le front du Donbass est-elle la dernière? Est-ce que l’opération militaire russe va s’arrêter après? Y aura-t-il de réelles négociations de paix? Que demandez-vous à l’Ukraine aujourd’hui? Contrairement à ce qui a été écrit et signé par le président français et la chancelière allemande, la France et l’Allemagne ont rejeté le dialogue direct entre Kiev et les républiques autoproclamées.Je voudrais souligner qu’il serait difficile de comprendre la situation actuelle sans connaître l’histoire de cette question, le fait que l’Occident a alimenté ce conflit en faisant de l’Ukraine un ennemi de la Russie. Il n’y avait pas d’autre choix que de protéger les populations russes en Ukraine soumises à l’arbitraire néonazi, et de protéger la langue et la culture russes.Que ferait le président Macron si la Belgique interdisait la langue française? J’en doute.Nos objectifs sont de protéger la population et de démilitariser l’Ukraine (il ne doit plus y avoir d’armes sur son territoire qui représentent une menace pour la Fédération de Russie), de rétablir les droits de la langue russe conformément à la Constitution de l’Ukraine, que le régime de Kiev a violé en adoptant des lois antirusses, et aux Conventions (dont l’Ukraine est membre), et de dénazifier l’Ukraine. Les idées et les actes néonazis sont ancrés dans la vie et la législation en Ukraine. Nous avons également attiré l’attention sur ce point. Nos amis occidentaux gardaient le silence. Il est clair maintenant qu’ils l’ont même trouvé utile. Ils avaient pour objectif de créer des menaces pour la Russie et d’endiguer notre pays.Certes, des gens meurent. Notre priorité absolue, c’est la libération des régions de Donetsk et de Lougansk qui sont désormais reconnues par la Fédération de Russie comme des États indépendants.Pour le reste des territoires ukrainiens où se déroule l’opération militaire spéciale, le peuple doit décider de son avenir dans ces régions. Ils devraient décider par eux-mêmes dans quel environnement ils vont vivre: celui créé par Vladimir Zelenski où la langue, la culture et les médias russes sont interdits, où un autre où ils pourront élever leurs enfants comme ils voudront.Question : Les républiques RPD et RPL ont-elles été annexées par la Russie?Sergueï Lavrov: Il ne s’agit pas d’annexion. Si vous avez été sur place, vous savez probablement qu’en réponse au coup d’État anticonstitutionnel de 2014, lorsque les signatures de la France, de l’Allemagne et de la Pologne ont été simplement ignorées (l’opposition a rompu l’accord avec le président de l’époque se moquant de ces signatures), en réponse au putsch et aux déclarations des dirigeants de l’opposition sur la nécessité de chasser les Russes et d’interdire la langue russe en tant que langue officielle en Ukraine, les habitants de l’est de l’Ukraine ont déclaré qu’ils ne reconnaissaient pas le coup d’État et ne voulaient pas reconnaître les autorités qui avaient pris Kiev et s’étaient proclamés gouvernement. Le président français de l’époque François Hollande a mis en place le format Normandie. Pendant des mois, nous essayions d’arrêter le conflit. Nous avons persuadé Donetsk et Lougansk de renoncer à leur souveraineté proclamée si les Accords de Minsk étaient mis en œuvre, il fallait seulement accorder un statut spécial à ses territoires.La France et l’Allemagne ont elles-mêmes signé ce que devrait être ce statut: la langue russe, leurs propres forces de l’ordre et les liens économiques spéciaux avec la Fédération de Russie. In the video above, which is part of a larger « Great Reset » documentary series, Rebel News highlights the origins of the World Economic Forum1 (WEF), its founder Klaus Schwab, and other key players, and the WEF’s central role in The Great Reset, which promises (read: threatens) to overturn society and life as we know it in ways that are hard to imagine.

The WEF’s Plan
As noted by Rebel News, the WEF is an organization that profits from famine and disease; it uses tragedies and fear to further its own agenda — « one that dictates what you eat, what you own, what you think, under the guise of a ‘sustainable future.' »
According to the WEF, capitalism is dead and we can no longer allow for free markets. Instead, we need a top-down governance, a New World Order, that can ensure « fair and equitable » distribution of dwindling resources, including energy and food. What they’re really saying, however, is that soon-to-be-useless people are gobbling up « their » resources. They see us — you and me — as an existential threat to their luxurious lifestyle.
So, their decades-old plan is to seize control of it all, transfer all wealth and private ownership into their own hands, and centrally control who gets what and when. It’s important to realize that this WEF-led cabal believes in transhumanist and technocratic principles.
What Is Technocracy?
Technocracy is at its core an economic system, not a political one. However, it’s wholly unnatural, and therefore also requires unnatural means to keep it going. Rather than being based on common pricing mechanisms such as supply and demand or free commerce, the economy of technocracy is based on energy resources, which then dictate the types of products being produced, bought, sold and consumed.
The technocratic system requires extensive surveillance and artificial intelligence-driven technologies to keep everyone in check.
In essence, energy replaces the concept of money as a commodity. That’s strange enough, but it gets stranger still. Technocracy, which emerged in the 1930s during the height of the Great Depression, the brainchildren of which were scientists and engineers, also requires social engineering to work.
If people are allowed to do what they want, consumer demand ultimately drives commerce, but that won’t fly in a technocratic economy. Instead, consumers need to be directed, herded if you will, to consume that which the system needs them to consume, and in order for that to happen, they need to be more or less brainwashed. As a result, the technocratic system requires extensive surveillance and artificial intelligence-driven technologies to keep everyone in check.
Understanding the Mind of the Technocrats
As Schwab himself has declared on many occasions, they want a society in which humans are merged with machine and artificial intelligence (AI). They look forward to extreme longevity, if not immortality through technological means.
They place no value on spiritual ideas such as the survival of the soul. They don’t believe in the nonlocality of consciousness. If they did, they wouldn’t believe consciousness can simply be uploaded into a synthetic body. They believe that, through technology and AI, they will be able to replace God and the natural order with reengineered lifeforms of their own creation, including a reengineered humanity.
They actually believe they’re better, more evolved than the rest of us, and this superiority gives them the right to decide the fate of mankind. They also reject the notion of free will.2 Once you understand this basic mindset, it’s easier to understand why they think nothing of stripping you of your freedom and ability to make choices for yourself. But regardless of whether they believe themselves to be the good guys or the bad guys, their thirst for total control is a pathological, anxiety-driven expression. Annual Meeting in Davos
Each year, the WEF holds a meeting in Davos, Switzerland. Thousands of global movers and shakers fly in on private jets to decide how best to stop the working class from driving gas-powered cars, heating their homes and eating meat. Does anyone still believe that a bunch of billionaire « elites » can make life « fair and equitable » for everyone?
Attendees include corporate executives, bankers and financiers, heads of state, finance and trade ministers, central bankers, policymakers, the heads of international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the Bank for International Settlements, the United Nations and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Many academics, economists, political scientists, journalists, cultural elites and celebrities are also invited.
This year’s meeting took place May 22 through 26.3 On the first day, participants were treated to an immersive experience of the metaverse in their own digital avatar. Essentially, this is where they want to bring the masses of mankind — into a digital reality where enjoyment of resources doesn’t involve actual use of real-world resources. For example, rather than buying clothes for your biological body, you’ll spend digital currency on a wardrobe for your digital avatar.
Day 2 included a discussion about how manufacturing companies can accelerate their implementation of automation. The idea is to replace most of the human workforce with robotics and AI. As you might expect, this will render large portions of humanity superfluous and « useless. » What to do with them all? Professor Yuval Noah Harari, a Schwab adviser, has stated he believes the answer will be a combination of « drugs and video games. »4
Haves and Have Nots Among Journalists
Among the journalists invited to the 2022 meeting was New York Times managing editor Rebecca Blumenstein. Rebel News reporter Avi Yemini confronted Blumenstein in Davos (video above), asking how the public is supposed to trust the NYT’s reporting on the event when she’s an invited guest. Blumenstein refused to answer the question, thereby cementing the impression that she’s really not there as an independent journalist. She’s part of the event. She’s part of the club.
Additional evidence that not all journalists are equal was evidenced by the attempt by armed WEF police officers to detain conservative journalist Jack Posobiec (video below).5 When other journalists got involved and started filming and asking questions, the police took off. The fact that the WEF has ITS OWN police force should be a wakeup call. Clearly, they’re far more than just another nongovernmental organization (NGO).
Sustainable Development Is Technocracy
Many of the terms we’ve heard more and more of in recent years refer to technocracy under a different name. Examples include sustainable development, Agenda 21, the 2030 Agenda, the New Urban Agenda, green economy, the green new deal and the climate change movement in general.
They all refer to and are part of technocracy and resource-based economics. Other terms that are synonymous with technocracy include the Great Reset,6 the Fourth Industrial Revolution7 and the slogan Build Back Better.8 The Paris Climate Agreement is also part and parcel of the technocratic agenda.
The common goal of all these movements and agendas is to capture all of the resources of the world — the ownership of them — for a small global elite group that has the know-how to program the computer systems that will ultimately dictate the lives of everyone. It’s really the ultimate form of totalitarianism.
When they talk about « wealth redistribution, » what they’re really referring to is the redistribution of resources from us to them. The WEF has publicly announced that by 2030, you will own nothing. Everything you need you will rent — from them — and deciding factors for what you’re allowed to rent will include things like your carbon credits and social credit score.
Gone will be the days of putting in a day’s work, receiving a paycheck and spending it to your heart’s content. No, the digital currency will be programmable, so the issuer can decide when and what you can spend it on, based on the data in your digital identity. This will all be automated and run by AI, of course, so there won’t be anyone to complain to.
What the Green Revolution Is All About
While « going green » sounds and feels like the right thing to do, it’s becoming imperative for people to understand what the green agenda is really all about. Shocking as it may sound, the green agenda was invented, fabricated, by the Club of Rome (a scientific think tank allied with the WEF) to justify a depopulation agenda.9
The need for population control is described in the 1972 book, « The Limits to Growth, »10 which warned that « if the world’s consumption patterns and population growth continued at the same high rates of the time, the earth would strike its limits within a century. »
Then, in the 1991 book, « The First Global Revolution, »11 the Club of Rome argued that depopulation policies might gain widespread support if they could be linked to an existential fight against a common enemy. An excerpt from « The First Global Revolution » reads:12
« In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. »
So, in plain English, the intended result of « going green » is depopulation. This intention is now finally becoming visible when you consider the implications of eliminating oil and gas production without having viable alternatives in place, which is what Biden and other global leaders are in the process of doing.
Not only do you need oil to make fertilizer, but we also don’t have farm equipment that can run on solar or wind power. So, food production essentially grinds to a halt. Heavy construction machinery also can’t run on these alternative sources of energy, so there go the infrastructure and home building businesses.
To many, it seems these global leaders are acting out of ignorance, but it’s quite possible their actions are intentional. It’s just that no one wants to consider that the intention is to harm as many people as possible — to actually rid the planet of soon-to-be « useless » people.
It may be quite chilling to realize that the climate change threat narrative was cooked up in the late 1980s for the sole purpose of being able to implement a global depopulation agenda without stirring up excessive resistance. But depopulation and eugenics are at the heart of what the WEF and its allies are trying to achieve.
The WEF even admits they’re using the Club of Rome’s « planetary emergency plan » to provide « a new compass for nations » to follow.13 So, the WEF and its allied nations are all following a plan that has depopulation as an admitted intended end result.
Phase 2 of the Great Reset: War
As I discussed in « Phase 2 of the Great Reset: War, » the drums of war are also part and parcel of The Great Reset plan. Why? Because war will accelerate the economic collapse required before nations can « Build Back Better. »14 The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is helping to catalyze The Great Reset in a number of different ways.
For starters, supply chains of all kinds are being disrupted at an unprecedented level and pace by the war between Russia and Ukraine. Fuel shortages and inflation are also taking off. Geopolitical tensions may also trigger stagflation, an economic situation in which inflation and unemployment rates are high while economic growth slows.15
It’s a precarious dilemma for economic policy, because strategies that help lower inflation can also make unemployment worse. You can learn more about this in the March 10, 2022, Conversation article, « Why Stagflation Is an Economic Nightmare. »16
The end result is increased dependence on government subsidies, and this is a clear goal of The Great Reset. Universal basic income is one planned strategy that will create dependency. It will also ensure we’re all equally poor and unable to threaten their monopoly on power and wealth.
Universal poverty is really what they mean when they talk about making the world « fair and equitable. » No one will have anything. Everyone will be equally poor and dependent, without hope of ever being able to rise into the « elite » technocratic class.
The Ukraine war is also reducing Europe’s reliance on Russian energy, thereby reinforcing the urgency of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In lockstep with The Great Reset, policymakers around the world are using the sanctions against the Russian energy sector to accelerate the transition to « green » energy, the intention behind which is what I just discussed.
Russia’s decision to block exports of fertilizer and food crops in response to being deplatformed from the Swift system will also create food shortages, and this too plays right into the Great Reset plan. In recent years, we’ve been urged by Great Reset front men like Bill Gates to stop eating real meat and switch to synthetic lab-grown meat instead.
Making people reliant on patented synthetic food will benefit the globalists in more ways than one. People will get sicker, and hence more reliant on government aid. They’ll be dependent on food produced by monopolies and hence easier to control. And, over time, as people forget how to grow and raise food, the ability to control the global population will increase.
In closing, Michael Osterholm’s report from the 2010 Davos meeting, which was aflame with talks about pandemic planning, having just gone through the 2009/2010 swine flu pandemic is quite telling. All those years ago, he wrote:17
« I learned much in Davos, but I was troubled by the complete lack of attention to such critical questions as:
How do we protect global supply chains when we face another inevitable pandemic that could bring about widespread, severe illness? …
How do we take the lessons we’ve learned from our experience with H1N1 and embed them into our organizations so they’re not forgotten?
Instead, the tenor of the conversations at Davos was about globalization … »
Twelve years ago, the Davos billionaires, bankers and heads of state had the opportunity to prove they were capable of stewarding this Earth ship. But after the swine flu pandemic, they didn’t solve the problems that had become apparent.
They didn’t solve the supply chain issues, and we had the same but worse issues when COVID came along. The only thing they solved was how to silence the critics. Back then, there was talk that « heads should roll » because of mismanagement of the pandemic.

A research team at University College London discovered a 20 percent increase in Guillain-Barré syndrome cases among those who had taken the AstraZeneca COVID shot.
(LifeSiteNews) – New data suggests that AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 jab is associated with an increased risk of the degenerative nervous disorder Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), an autoimmune condition which can cause “devastating paralysis.”
Researchers at University College London’s (UCL) Queen Square Institute of Neurology identified the Oxford/AstraZeneca-designed COVID jab as correlative with a rise in cases of GBS between two and four weeks of receiving the shot, the Telegraphreported.
The research team, led by Professor Michael Lunn, said that the same effect had not been discovered in either Pfizer of Moderna’s mRNA-developed jabs, leading them to speculate that the “Trojan horse” delivery system utilized in the AstraZeneca jab could be the cause of GBS development.
“At the moment we don’t know why a vaccine may cause these very small rises in GBS. It may be that a non-specific immune activation in susceptible individuals occurs, but if that were the case similar risks might apply to all vaccine types,” Lunn told the Telegraph.
AstraZeneca developed its COVID shot using a weakened chimpanzee adenovirus to deliver the COVID spike protein into the body of recipients. While the UCL team suggested that a negative reaction to the mitigated adenovirus could be responsible for the rise in GBS cases, a Swedish research team discovered last October that the spike protein introduced by the jab can embed itself in cell nuclei and “significantly inhibit DNA damage repair,” affecting “adaptive immunity.”

Lunn stated that “[it] is therefore logical to suggest that the simian [chimp] adenovirus vector, often used to develop vaccines, including AstraZeneca’s, may account for the increased risk [of GBS].”
According to the U.K.’s Yellow Card reporting scheme, which documents physicians’ reports of adverse events arising after the administration of medications in Britain, 497 people in the U.K. have developed GBS (with five cases being fatal) in the days and weeks after taking the AstraZeneca jab, representing four times as many such reports arising from the Pfizer and Moderna jabs combined.
According to the UCL researchers, there was an unexpected spike in GBS cases between March and April of 2021, during which time reports rocketed by 40 percent. Further analysis showed that 20 percent of GBS cases from January to October last year occurred within six weeks of receiving the first shot of AstraZeneca’s jab.
Although reports are now surfacing in mainstream media regarding the association of AstraZeneca’s COVID jab and GBS, the danger has been known for some time.
In July last year, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) announced that data at the time “neither confirms nor rules out a possible association” between Guillain-Barré syndrome and the shot, and told healthcare providers “to be alert to signs and symptom of GBS.”
Consequently, the agency’s safety committee “recommended a change to the product information for Vaxzevria [AstraZeneca’s COVID jab] to include a warning to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and people taking the vaccine of cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) reported following vaccination.”

In response to the UCL analysis an AstraZeneca spokesman said that “Guillain-Barre Syndrome has been reported very rarely following vaccination with Vaxzevria,” adding that “in the U.K., Vaxzevria had been administered to more people than any other vaccine during the time frame studied in the manuscript.”
Despite the increased danger of GBS, alongside other life-threatening conditions such as myocarditis and pericarditis (inflammation of the heart and surrounding sac), the spokesman highlighted that the “EMA and other international bodies including the WHO [World Health Organization], have all stated that the benefits of vaccination continue to outweigh any potential risks.”
Coroners have confirmed at a number of recent U.K. court hearings that AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 shot led to the early deaths of Britons who took the shot as part of Britain’s COVID jab rollout.
Despite confirmation of the “key” role played by the “vaccine” in the deaths of numerous individuals, and the injuries of more still, by the end of last month the U.K. government had not payed any of the 1,200 claimants to the Vaccine Damages Payment Scheme.
Many vaccines use a similar system as that found in the AstraZeneca COVID shot, some of which have already been associated with the subsequent development of GBS. Although symptoms of the condition are usually limited to numbness, tingling, and paralysis, the Mayo Clinic estimated that between 4 and 7 percent of cases lead to death.
Like AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson in the U.S. relies on adenovirus technology in its single-shot COVID jab, leading to surge in reports of GBS following reception of the shot last year.
Lunn recognized that while Johnson & Johnson uses a human adenovirus rather one derived from chimpanzees, the “commonality link is an adenovirus vector … and the implications are broad because adenoviruses are used in quite a lot of vaccines and genetic therapies.”
After 100 preliminary reports of GBS were submitted to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) before July, 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an official warning and added a label to Johnson & Johnson’s COVID jab alerting of the risk of GBS.
Those vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson shot are believed to have a three-to-five times greater risk than would typically be observed in the U.S.
The number of those who identify as either gay, lesbian, or bi-sexual, is on an ‘increasing trend,’ according to Britain’s Office for National Statistics.

(LifeSiteNews) – A U.K. survey has shown that record-breaking numbers of young adults in Britain now identify as lesbian, gay, or bi-sexual (LGB), with numbers doubling over a six-year period.
New figures from Britain’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) show that the proportion of people in the U.K. aged between 16 and 24 identifying as “LGB” in 2020 stood at 8 percent, or almost 1 in 12.
The most recent figures, taken from the Annual Population Survey, represent a jump up from 6.6 percent “LGB” identification the previous year, in 2019, and just under double that of the 4.1 percent result garnered for the same age group in 2016.
While there has been “an increasing trend for this age group since 2014” towards identifying as “LGB,” the ONS writes, the overwhelming majority of respondents, 87.3 percent, told surveyors they identify as heterosexual. That number has dropped by just over 6 percent from 2014.

The Annual Population Survey results showed that the 16–24 group contains the highest single category of “LGB” identifying individuals, with the proportion dropping gradually as the age groupings get older. In 2020, just 0.8 percent of over 65s identified as anything other than heterosexual, slightly up from 0.6 percent in 2014.
More broadly, 3.1 percent of all British adults surveyed said that they are “LGB” in 2020, almost double the 1.6 percent from 2014. Meanwhile, those identifying as heterosexual, though still overwhelmingly high, has seen “a decreasing trend,” going from 95.3 percent in 2014 to 93.6 percent in 2020.
Regionally, London reported the highest proportion of “LGB” identifying individuals over the age of 16, at 4.6 percent, while the east of England has the lowest number, at 2.3 percent.
Meanwhile, the Protestant Church of Scotland (CoS) has voted to allow so-called same-sex “marriage” within its churches at the 2022 General Assembly in a move described by former CoS minister Dr. William Philip as “trying to reflect wider society, rather than leading the nation in the path of truth against error.”
In the process of endorsing same-sex “marriage,” the church has rewritten its Recognition of Marriage Services Act to now refer to the two parties of a marriage as “each other” instead of the original “husband and wife.”
Nigel Kenny, the Scotland officer at pro-family lobby group The Christian Institute, noted that “the Church of Scotland has committed itself to the bible as its supreme authority in all matters of faith and practice” but that “the bible is crystal clear that true, God-honouring marriage is only between one man and one woman.”

“Jesus is extremely clear on this in Matthew 19,” he added.
Recognizing the latest move to incorporate same-sex “marriage” as a departure from the Scriptures, Kenny said “it seems that the majority of the Kirk’s [CoS] presbyterates are more keen take their cue from culture rather than Christ.”
While the CoS attempted to quell backlash by guaranteeing “freedom of conscience” for those who would object to presiding over same-sex “marriage” ceremonies, its legal questions committee confirmed that it “could not future-proof any such legal protection” for dissenters.

(LifeSiteNews) – The iconic toy company Mattel has created its first-ever transgender Barbie doll modeled after actor Laverne Cox, a male who has undertaken extensive efforts to look like a female.
On May 25, Mattel announced the retail sale of the first transgender Barbie doll as part of the company’s “Tribute Collection Barbie.”
The doll will become available for purchase for $40 on Tuesday at Amazon, Walmart, Target, and MattelCreations. “Laverne uses her [sic] voice to amplify the message of moving beyond societal expectations to live more authentically. Laverne embodies the values of the Tribute Collection, and we’re thrilled to make her a part of it,” Mattel said in a press release.
“What excites me most about her being out in the world is that trans young people can see her and maybe get to purchase her and play with her,” Cox told PEOPLE, “and know that there’s a Barbie made by Mattel, for the first time, in the likeness of a trans person.”
Cox, formerly Roderick Laverne Cox, is most famous for his role in the award-winning series Orange Is the New Black, which chronicles the lives of incarcerated lesbians and other women.
Executive Vice President and Global Head of Barbie and Dolls at Mattel Lisa McKnight said that the company was “proud to highlight the importance of inclusion and acceptance at every age and to recognize Laverne’s significant impact on culture with a Tribute Collection Barbie.”
Cox said that his mother would not allow him to play with barbies as a young boy. “I begged my mother for a Barbie doll and she said no because I was assigned male at birth.”
“I think in an environment where trans children have been used as a political football, when over 250 pieces of anti-trans legislation have been introduced in state legislatures all over the country in 2022 alone, and access to gender-affirming [sic] healthcare has been denied by policies signed into law in my home state of Alabama, in Arkansas and other states,” he said, “that in this environment where trans kids are being attacked, that this can also be a celebration of transness, and also a space for them to dream, understand and be reminded that trans is beautiful.”

But before we move on to substance and ask you about your assessment of the world political situation, especially with regard to the so-called Corona crisis, please tell us a little bit about your personal history so that viewers who don’t yet know you will realize who you are.
First of all, I would like to express to you, lawyer Reiner Füllmich, and to all your collaborators and colleagues, my most cordial greetings and my appreciation for having conceived the idea of the Corona Commission. You have an impressive resume – but if one searches your name in the old (mainstream) media, one finds defamatory articles that accuse you, among other things, of spreading Kremlin propaganda and making confused statements. On closer inspection, this does not seem to us to be the case at all, quite the contrary; rather, you remain true to your reputation of being a sincere man even in insincere environments, even if it is to your personal disadvantage. Where do you identify the “caesura” or “break” in your resume, where this virtue was reinterpreted by the old media as a flaw? What red line did you cross; on what issue did your candor become a danger to the public narrative?
False accusations are one of the means used by those who want to eliminate an adversary whom they fear and cannot fight fairly. In this case, I am considered inconvenient both by the exponents of the deep church and the Bergoglian cabal, whose scandals and cover-ups I have denounced since the time of the McCarrick case. And I am equally inconvenient for the deep state, which has been able to count on the complicity of the Holy See as well as almost the entirety of the global Episcopate in the events of the last few years. The dissonant voice of a Bishop, especially when he formulates reasoned complaints based on irrefutable facts, risks putting the official narrative into question, both on the alleged renewal of the Church under this “pontificate” as well as on the pandemic farce and mass “vaccination.” Even the recent Russian-Ukrainian crisis significantly finds the globalist elite, NATO, the American deep state, the European Union, the World Economic Forum, the entire media machine, and the Vatican all aligned on the same side. Putin’s intervention in Ukraine is considered a threat to the New World Order that must be neutralized even at the cost of a global conflict.
Thu, if I must identify a “breaking point” on the ecclesial front, it definitely coincided with my denunciation of the network of complicity and the scandals of corrupt clergy and Prelates which Bergoglio has deliberately and obstinately sought to cover up. On the civil front, it seems to me that the red line was crossed with my Appeal for the Church and the World, launched two years ago in May 2020 by which I denounced the threat represented by the silent coup carried out by means of the health emergency. The energy and food emergency, in addition to the war emergency, are always part of the disturbing “scenarios” that the World EconomicForum and the United Nations have described in great detail well in advance. When, one day not too far in the future, a tribunal judges these criminals and their accomplices in the institutions of almost all of the Western nations, these documents will constitute the proof of the premeditation of the greatest coup d’état of all time. And the same thing will happen with regard to ecclesial affairs, demonstrating that the doctrinal and moral drift that originated with the Second Vatican Council created the necessary premises for the doctrinal and moral corruption of the clergy and the simultaneous delegitimization of the authority of the Shepherds. Let us not forget that the revolutionary processes have always relied on the vices and weaknesses of its representatives, both to destroy the State and to weaken the Church.
3. Your Excellency, the Corona and Measures crisis is now entering its third year; in the meantime, warfare in the East, and especially massive political and media warmongering, has been added to the mix. How do you assess this development?
Let’s clarify a fundamental point: the Ukrainian crisis was deliberately provoked by the deep state in order to force the world to carry out the Great Reset reforms, in particular the so-called “technological transition” and the “green shift.” It is the second stage of the globalist technocrat coup, after the pandemic farce.

The psycho-pandemic marked the first level of a true and proper attack initiated to seize control of governments. In reality, today they are only trying to bypass political power, which until now served only as a mere executor of orders. Under the pretext of the pandemic they have imposed systems of detailed population control, including systems for tracing individual citizens who have been inoculated together with the experimental gene serum.
[In 2018] at the Davos Forum the CEO of Pfizer Albert Bourla said: “Imagine a biological chip that is included in a pill, that when it is swallowed goes into the stomach and emits a signal. And Albert Bourla says “what is happening” because he is talking about existing technologies, not imaginary projects. The presence of graphene and self-assembling nano-circuits is now admitted even by those who a year ago called those who were sounding the alarm “conspiracy theorists.” The populations of the nations adhering to the Agenda 2030 are now mostly “vaccinated,” or rather they have been genetically modified and their immune systems have now been compromised in an irreversible way. And perhaps – as some lawyers are now denouncing – it will be discovered that along with the genetic serum they have injected chips that are capable of controlling even people’s reactions, interfering with their behavior, and making them docile if there are riots, or violent if it is necessary to have a pretext for military interventions. We are well beyond a global coup: this is the greatest, most sensational, unprecedented attack on the human person – on man’s freedom conscience, and will.
You can well imagine the risk deriving from giving the WHO sovereign control over the health systems of various nations in the case of an emergency pandemic, when those who must decide about vaccine campaigns and treatments, on containment measures and lockdowns, are all financed by the big pharmaceutical companies and by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which theorizes about the perpetual pandemic and the perpetual booster vaccine. Even the resolution that was planned to be voted at the WHO – and which at least for now has been avoided – went in the direction of total control by the globalist synarchy. We should therefore not be surprised if, in the pitiful attempt to hide the adverse effects of the experimental gene serum, the WHO is now sounding alarms about the alleged monkeypox, whose symptomology is curiously similar to some of the side effects of the mRNA “vaccine” (here). Both the WHO and the European Medicines Agency (75% of which is financed by Big Pharma) have shown themselves to be in a clear conflict of interest and totally dependent on the pharmaceutical industry.
Regarding the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, what should have been an operation of peace to put an end to the ethnic persecution of the Russian-speaking minority in Ukraine by neo-Nazi extremists, has been deliberately and culpably transformed into a war. The repeated appeals of president Putin to the international community for the Minsk Protocol to be respected have fallen on deaf ears.
Why? For the simple reason that it was an excellent opportunity.
First, it was an opportunity to improvisorily create a global energy crisis with which to force the transition to alternative energy sources, along with all the business this represents. Without a crisis, how could the increase in the price of gas and petrol be imposed as an instrument to force companies and individuals to make the famous “ecological transition” that no one has ever voted for and that has been imposed by bureaucrats who are enslaved by the elite?
Second, in order to destroy in a controlled and ruthless way all of the companies considered useless or harmful to the global economy of the multinational corporations. Millions of artisan companies, small businesses that make the nations of Europe unique, and Italy in particular, were forced to close because, after the disasters caused by the lockdowns and the rules of the psycho-pandemic, an increase in gas and oil prices was provoked, with criminal speculation by the “market” and without the Russian Federation getting an extra penny. All of this was desired by the European Union, taking orders from NATO, by means of sanctions that have repercussions on those who have imposed them. The cancellation of the traditional economy is not an unfortunate consequence of an unexpected conflict, but rather the premeditated criminal action of a global mafia, compared to which the traditional mafia seems like a beneficial partnership. The advantage of this subversive operation benefits the multinational corporations that can acquire companies and real estate at bankruptcy prices, and also the financial companies that profit from loans to millions of new poor people. Here too, the ideological – and infernal – purposes of the elite make use of the complicity of economic potentates whose aims are merely to make profit. With the war, the military industry and the no less flourishing industry of information technologies and mercenaries now have the opportunity to conclude lucrative deals, with which they generously reward the politicians who have voted to send arms and support to Ukraine.
Third, one purpose of the war in Ukraine was to allow for the cover-up of the scandal of Hunter Biden, who was involved with the Metabiota society in financing biolaboratories in which bacteriological weapons of mass destruction are produced. The siege of the Azovstal steel plant was motivated precisely by the need to hide both the members of foreign NATO forces along with the neo-nazis of Azov and Pravij Sektor, as well as the biolabs banned by international conventions which were intended to be used to carry out experiments on the local population.
Fourth, because the psycho-pandemic narrative, despite the complicity of the mainstream media, did not prevent the truth from getting out and gradually spreading to ever-wider sectors of public opinion. The crisis in Ukraine was intended to have been a well-run operation of mass distraction, in order to avoid visibility of the increasingly uncontrollable news about the lethal effects of the experimental serum and the disastrous consequences of the measures taken by nations during the emergency pandemic. The falsification of data is now overt; the deliberate concealment of the results of the first phase of the experiment is admitted by the pharmaceutical companies themselves; awareness of the uselessness of masks and lockdowns has been certified by multiple studies; the damage done to the psycho-physical balance of the population and in particular to children and the elderly is incalculable, just as there has also been incalculable damage to students as a result of distance learning. Keeping people glued to their televisions or to social media with anti-Russian propaganda in order to prevent them from beginning to understand what has been done to them is the least these crazy criminals can do, criminals who are just as responsible for the pandemic as they are for the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
If we take the script of this screenplay planned out by the globalist elite, we find that beyond the scenario of the pandemic there are other planned scenes that are no less disturbing, which we have already seen anticipated by the media since last year. The energy crisis, which is not an unfortunate consequence of an unforeseeable crisis in Ukraine, but rather a means by which on the one hand to impose the “green economy” motivated by a non-existent climate emergency, and on the other hand to destroy national economies, making companies fail for the advantage of multinational corporations, causing unemployment and thus creating underpaid labor, forcing nations to go into debt because they have been deprived of their fiscal sovereignty, or in any case to go into perpetual debt because of seigniorage.
The food emergency is also in Klaus Schwab’s script. It has begun for certain products in the United States and Europe, and more generally for grain and cereal products in many nations of Africa and Asia. Then we discover that Bill Gates is the largest landowner in the United States just when there is a shortage of grain and agricultural products; and that Bill Gates is the head of a start-up that produces “artificial human milk” just when there is a shortage in the United States of powdered milk for babies. And let’s not forget that the multinational agricultural companies are succeeding in imposing the use of their sterile seeds – which must be re-purchased every year – and banning the use of traditional seeds, which would allow poor countries not to depend on them.
Whoever designed the series of present crises, whose roots were laid down at the beginning of the 1990s with the privatization of state-owned companies, also made sure to place people trained by the World Economic Forum for this purpose in governments, institutions, and international agencies, at the head of central banks and large strategic assets, in the media, and in the main world religions. Look at the Prime Ministers of the principal European countries, of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: they were all recruited from the “Young Global Leaders for Tomorrow” group, and the fact that they are at the highest levels of leadership of these nations, of the UN, and of the World Bank ought to be more than sufficient to put them on trial for subversion and high treason. Those who have sworn to apply the laws in the interests of their own nations commit perjury at the moment in which they have to answer for their own actions not to the citizens of their nations but to faceless technocrats whom no one has elected.
It is easy to make the accusation that all this is a “conspiracy theory,” but such a dismissal no longer holds water, just like the accusation of “collaborationism” no longer works against anyone who expresses perplexity about the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its management at the international level.
Those who do not want to understand the plot because they are afraid of what they might discover persist in denying that there is a script and a director, that there are actors and extras, sets and costumes. But can we really believe that the richest and most powerful people in the world would have agreed to launch such an attack on humanity in order to realize their delusional globalist dream, deploying an enormous amount of energy and resources, without having first planned everything in great detail and just leaving it all to chance? If people who intend to purchase a house or start a business carefully plan it all out, why should it be a “conspiracy theory” to recognize that in order to obtain unconfessable and criminal results, the elite must resort to lies and deception?
If you will allow me to make an analogy, I would say that our attitude towards the present facts is similar to someone who finds himself having to put together a puzzle composed of thousands of pieces but without having the final completed picture in front of him. Those who have constructed the globalist “puzzle” have done so with the intent of making the final picture of what they wish to obtain unrecognizable. However, anyone who sees the entire picture, or even only one significant part, starts to recognize how the pieces fit together. And anyone who has seen the final picture also knows how to interpret the silences and connivances of government officials and even of the opposition parties, how to explain the complicity of doctors and paramedics in crimes committed in hospitals that went against all of the scientific evidence, and the complicity of bishops and priests who even reached the point of denying the Sacraments to those who are not vaccinated. Once large areas of the puzzle become visible – and this is exactly what is happening now – it will be much easier to put the remaining pieces into place. And by that point Klaus Schwab, George Soros, Bill Gates, the other conspirators, and those who, remaining hidden, preside over this criminal, global conspiration, will be on the run to avoid being lynched.

As you would expect from brain-dead Biden and the people controlling him, American policy has been moving in the wrong direction. Whatever you think about the situation in the Ukraine, one thing is obvious. It’s a crisis. Shouldn’t we try to stay out of danger? Instead, the US has led the way in imposing drastic economic sanctions on Russia, backing Putin into the wall. What if he gets desperate and uses atomic weapons? This could result in the end of civilized life on our planet. Is this what Americans want?
The danger isn’t just something I and other critics of American policy have conjured up.
President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday [March 5] that Western sanctions on Russia were akin to a declaration of war and warned that any attempt to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would lead to catastrophic consequences for the world. . . “These sanctions that are being imposed are akin to a declaration of war but thank God it has not come to that,” Putin said, speaking to a group of flight attendants at an Aeroflot training centre near Moscow. He said any attempt by another power to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would be considered by Russia to be a step into the military conflict.
The neocon warmongers brush this danger aside. They say that “we” have to do something to defend the Ukraine from an unprovoked Russian attack. But this totally distorts what is happening there. The Ukrainian government started things by moving against Donbass, a territory that declared independence and is allied with Russia. According to the Ukrainian government, the Ukrainians can secede from Russia but people can’t secede from the Ukraine. As Rick Rozoff pointed out in an article on February 2,
Two-thirds of Ukrainian army servicemen have been amassed along the Donbas contact line, Eduard Basurin, spokesman for the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) militia, said on Thursday.
“Another three brigades are on their way [to Donbas], which is 20,000 to 25,000 troops more. The total number will reach 150,000, not to mention the nationalists. This is about two-thirds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ personnel,” Basurin said on the Rossiya 1 television channel (VGTRK) on Thursday.
The Ukrainian troops are stationed along the 320-kilometer front line, he said…. The situation in Donbass has reached a critical mark in the past week due to Ukraine’s aggressive actions, Donetsk People’s Republic representative at the Minsk talks, DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova said on Thursday.
But the provocative actions against Russia go much further back. Vasko Kohlmayer gives an excellent account of these and highlights the danger of nuclear war that reckless American policy has caused:
The war drums are, of course, beating for US involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.
“Declare a NoFlyZone over Ukraine,” tweeted Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.).
Lindsey Graham, a powerful US Senator, went so far as to publicly advocate the assassination of the Russian head of state. Tweeted he:
Is there a Brutus in Russia? Is there a more successful Colonel Stauffenberg in the Russian military? The only way this ends is for somebody in Russia to take this guy out. You would be doing your country—and the world—a great service.
Such brazen incitement to murder by a highly positioned US official could be construed as a war act by the other side.
Watching the mounting hysteria, we can be certain that the beating of the war drums is going to become only louder in the days ahead…. Before the situation escalates into a nuclear Armageddon, ordinary people would do well to ask themselves whether we have any dog in this fight.
And if we do, what is the size of this dog? Is it big enough to run the risk of nuclear annihilation?
Until last week, most Americans knew almost nothing about Ukraine. If you asked them what is its capital or major river, you would get no response…. What triggered Putin was the globalists’ push to expand NATO to Russia’s doorstep in Ukraine. The globalists wanted to make it part of their New World Order which they use to prettily enrich themselves.
Joe Biden’s family has been at it for years already. They pulled millions from that land through the President’s son Hunter in one of the most brazen and shameless schemes of influence peddling in American history…. If Trudeau, Biden and their friends want us to go to war with Russia, they must explain to common people how exactly it is in their vital interest that Ukraine join NATO.
The Russians have made it amply clear what they want. They want a neutral Ukraine that is free of NATO. This is a reasonable demand. To start World War III over this would be an act of most regrettable foolishness.
Is there anything we can do to deescalate the situation? The greatest congressman in American history, Dr. Ron Paul, has the answer. American should end its encirclement of Russia and disband NATO. Let’s look at his vital message to us:
When the Bush Administration announced in 2008 that Ukraine and Georgia would be eligible for NATO membership, I knew it was a terrible idea. Nearly two decades after the end of both the Warsaw Pact and the Cold War, expanding NATO made no sense. NATO itself made no sense.
Explaining my “no” vote on a bill to endorse the expansion, I said at the time:
NATO is an organization whose purpose ended with the end of its Warsaw Pact adversary…. This current round of NATO expansion is a political reward to governments in Georgia and Ukraine that came to power as a result of US-supported revolutions, the so-called Orange Revolution and Rose Revolution.
Providing US military guarantees to Ukraine and Georgia can only further strain our military. This NATO expansion may well involve the US military in conflicts unrelated to our national interest …
Unfortunately, as we have seen this past week, my fears have come true. One does not need to approve of Russia’s military actions to analyze its stated motivation: NATO membership for Ukraine was a red line it was not willing to see crossed. As we find ourselves at risk of a terrible escalation, we should remind ourselves that it didn’t have to happen this way. There was no advantage to the United States to expand and threaten to expand NATO to Russia’s doorstep. There is no way to argue that we are any safer for it.
NATO itself was a huge mistake…. I believe as strongly today as I did back in my 2008 House Floor speech that, “NATO should be disbanded, not expanded.” In the meantime, expansion should be off the table. The risks do not outweigh the benefits!
The same people who imposed covid tyranny on us now want us to risk war with Russia. Let’s stop them before it’s too late.

As the world is moving slowly but surely to the edge of the abyss, there is a parallel crisis going within the nations that claim to exemplify the best of “western values” while undermining and violating them at every point.
Of course, the West blames all the problems of the world on the East, particularly Russia and China but there are some “dissident” voices that need to be heard at least for the sake of those who are interested in searching for ideas that might avoid Armageddon.
Rudyard Kipling once wrote:
“East is East, and West is West, and never the twain shall meet, Till Earth and Sky stand presently at God’s great Judgment Seat.”
In his poem, Kipling was expressing his belief that cultures of the East and West were so intrinsically different that any hope for harmony or mutual interest was little more than a delusion.
How could such a worldview possibly mesh with the cultures of Orthodox Russia, Confucian China, or the Islamic world? To the degree that those cultures maintained their ancient traditions and values, it obviously could not, as only total submission to a hegemon could resolve the conflict.
However, instead of looking to those modern heirs of Kipling’s vision based in Washington D.C. as the role models for ‘western civilization’, it would be much more appropriate to look instead to the much more dignified example of the founding fathers of America. Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, John Jay and John Quincy Adams were men who believed in peaceful conflict resolutions, promoted diplomacy over war, and sought solutions based in mutual self-interest for all parties.
Those were also the days when Russia helped the newborn nation to withstand the pressure of the colonial British Empire. This spirit of friendship was rekindled when Russia saved the union during the Civil War, and again as both nations fought to put down fascism in WW2.
The 1991 collapse of the USSR presented a unique chance for America to return the favor and exercise a geostrategic vision by sharing its best accomplishments in a win-win paradigm.
Russia and even the USSR under the late Gorbachev time frame were ready for the full integration with the West but instead, she was hollowed out under the dark age of looting overseen by the administration of Bill Clinton and IMF-imposed regime. They ensured that Russia’s industries were crushed, new oligarchs were built up on the riches of privatized state assets, which lead to the 1998 default of its economy.
At the same time, instead of dissolving itself as the Warsaw military block did, NATO continued its “drang nach Osten” with a broader ‘full spectrum dominance’ agenda encircling Russia with a missile shield that countless experts have warned can be made offensive in short notice.
At the same time another most visible destruction took place in Ukraine which today has become the sparkplug for a potential thermonuclear WW3.
This country that enjoyed one of the highest per capita economies of Europe in 1990 could have prospered by choosing neutral military status, while taking the best that the West and East could offer. Instead the West decided to turn it into anti-Russia strategic beachhead.
As a result, the Ukrainian economy has been devastated. It has lost its once powerful rocket/aviation/space/automotive industries, and is now ranked among the poorest in Europe and most corrupt states on Earth.
Along with the destruction of industry came the collapse of the population that has fallen from 52 million in 1990 to 37 million today. Outraged by the continuing resistance of the Ukrainian people to join NATO, the West orchestrated the 2014 regime change coup that resulted in the current military collision with Russia.
At the beginning of this war, it looked like Kyiv was ready to reach a compromise with Moscow, but Washington said NO. Instead, the USA, and NATO countries pour billions of dollars and huge numbers of the most sophisticated weapons to Ukraine urging it to continue the fighting that now threatens all of humankind with a nuclear catastrophe.
These are the gifts of the ugly counterfeit of ‘western values’ which proclaimed its absolute victory in the Cold War as ‘an end of history’. Then-senator Joe Biden in his 1992 ‘How I learned to love the New World Order’ embodied this arrogant paradigm stating: “Having contained Soviet Communism until it dissolved, we need a new strategy of ‘containment’ based, like NATO, on collective action”.
These champions of western values don’t mind Ukraine’s glorification of WW2 Nazi collaborators and modern day neo-Nazis. They pretend not to notice the elimination of Ukrainian political opposition parties, nor the destruction of the free media. These pretenders of western values even look the other way when the water supplies are cut off to the people of Crimea.
Back in 2015, the US Congress banned the Pentagon from training and equipping the Azov Battalion. Congressional representatives called it a “disgusting Nazi formation”. Now its members are presented as valiant heroes, the “defenders of Mariupol”.
This and the horrifying results of the western wars in the Middle East with hundreds of thousand killed, millions wounded, and tens of millions war refuges prove that those who keep speaking about western values, are like Kipling, merely Utopians ideologically committed to an age of total world’s domination under a modern remix of ‘the white man’s burden’.
This ideology underlies the downfall of every major empire throughout history, as it is only capable of destroying the diversity, and creative vitality so necessary for humanity to thrive and progress. It is a culture of dark ages, war and ignorance and it is everything that those leading figures of the renaissance and American Revolution sought to extinguish forever from the face of the Earth.
When the very thing which both Reagan and Gorbachev ruled out now presses ominously upon our future, it is worth asking if the West has lost the moral fitness to survive, or is there the power to restore the true heritage of 1776 with a look towards cooperating with nations of Eurasia before we light the world on fire?

5G is now installed and switched on across millions of sites all over the world and so my testing has begun. Many are wondering: what does 5G sound like?
Today I’ll share with you the radiation levels plus the eerie sound of 5G radiation coming off the transmitters.
The radiation from 5G (RF/microwaves) is an invisible environmental pollutant, beyond our awareness.
My goal – using specialized equipment, is to reveal both what 5G beam forming radiation sounds like and how much radiation I’m being exposed to 600 meters away from the 5G transmitters.
Location of tested 5G installation
The 5G site tested was in Kings Cross, Sydney and goes by RFNSA ID number 2011007. I set up 615 meters away from the 5G transmitters with an unobstructed view of the entire installation.
The testing equipment used was some of the best available in the world. The Gigahertz Solutions HFW59D + HP33 filter and directional antenna to measure only the 5G radiation at a frequency of 3.5 GHz.
A maximum power density of 12,600 uW/m2 (crest factor applied) was detected from 615 meters away (2,018 ft) – that’s 12 times the IBN extreme level. This is also from the 5G transmitters alone, not including 3/4G which is also present at the site.
This is a concern, especially since almost no one is using 5G phones (when I conducted this test in December 2019). Meaning that the radiation from 5G transmitters is likely to power up even more as people start using 5G enabled devices.

5G is dramatically increasing exposures
Since the early 1900s, our exposure to non-native EMFs has been creeping up slowly. However, it’s only been in the last 25 years or so that our exposures have exploded beyond belief.
This is thanks mainly due to the increased cell tower density (demand for high bandwidth data on mobile devices) and the wireless technology we’re bringing into our homes (Wi-Fi, cell phones etc).
However, in early 2019 as 5G was being installed around the globe, most people were very unaware of something of great significance. A major escalation of our exposure to radio frequency / microwave radiation – specifically from 5G.
A small study I conducted proved that once 5G was installed at cellular base station sites – there was almost always a significant increase in radiation.
From the graph below, you can very easily see the radiation levels before and after 5G was installed.
Those affected most will not only be those living in direct line of sight to a cell tower. It’s going to impact all of us when just simply driving around.
When driving (or walking around for that matter) you’re getting significant exposures as you pass the 4 / 5G transmitters. Which are now basically everywhere.
Often, 5G (and 4G) transmitters are placed hanging off highway signage, rooftops, cell tower structures – even inside tunnels and right above their entrance / exits.
What does 5G sound like?
During my investigation I also managed to capture the sound of 5G which is something else! It has no resemblance to the smooth high pitch sound of 3 / 4G transmitters. It’s highly erratic and almost sounds like static electricity.

I’ve been getting a lot of people experiencing symptoms, not only from 5G but from all 4 EMFs of concern in general. Very common is headaches, ringing in the ears or feeling a vibration in the head.
This has me concerned… It would be interesting to hear what others are feeling around 5G towers, especially those suffering from electro-hypersensitivity (EHS).

Senator Rand Paul appeared on Fox News Thursday and discussed the ongoing World Economic Forum gathering in Davos Switzerland, remarking that it is not a conspiracy theory to suggest the organisation is seeking a one world government, rather it is “in their mission statement.”
Paul urged that
“The real danger here that’s even more dangerous than all their phony caring about carbon footprint, the real danger is this; look how bad your government is in a country where you get to vote for these people.”
“This would be a government, a world government where you don’t get to vote on anybody. This is everybody’s worst nightmare,” Paul asserted, referring to the ‘penetration’ of the WEF, to quote its head Klaus Schwab, into national governments.
“The bureaucracy that we have trouble in our United States because we don’t get to vote on them, we vote indirectly,” Paul said, adding “Can you imagine the one-world bureaucracy of all these elitists and their private jets that would rule our country and we wouldn’t get to vote?”
The Senator continued,
“So I’m dead set against this and they used to call people that talked about one-world government used to say it’s a conspiracy. We would always say no, it’s in their mission statement.”
“They say it at every meeting. That’s what they’re for,” Paul proclaimed, adding “lack of sovereignty means lack of freedom, it means lack of responsiveness and it’s completely antithetical to everything our country stands for.”

The governments of the United States, the United Kingdom and other NATO members are preparing a major new stage of the US-NATO war against Russia by using their warships to break the Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports, creating the conditions for a direct shooting war between NATO and Russian naval forces.
This massive escalation by the US and NATO is being billed as a “coalition of the willing,” echoing the words used by the Bush administration to describe the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
Retired four-star General Jack Keane, chairman of the Institute for the Study of War and chairman of AM General, the maker of the Humvee military vehicle, called on Wednesday for the creation of an “international coalition of warships led by the United States” to secure control over the Black Sea.

“We… go to the port of Odessa and let the ships… pick up the grain that needs to be picked up and escort them out,” Keane told Fox News.
“The other risk is the Russian Navy is there. They could see this as a provocation, and we could have a prospective confrontation.”
He said it was “well within the risk profile to get this done.”
Keane developed the comments of Admiral James Stavridis, who earlier this month said that the Black Sea would be “the next major front in the Ukraine war.”
Responding to an earlier version of Keane’s remarks, the Wall Street Journalpublished an editorial entitled “Breaking Russia’s Ukrainian Grain Blockade.” It declared, “A Black Sea mission to escort commercial ships may be needed to prevent a global food shortage.”
The Journal enthusiastically agreed with Keane’s proposal and wrote:
The mission would be to form an international coalition of warships to escort commercial vessels safely out of Odessa and the Black Sea. This would work as a coalition of the willing, and not a North Atlantic Treaty Organization project that would let Mr. Putin claim it is another NATO provocation.
The Journal continued:
There are military risks… Some critics will claim an escort mission would be too risky as a naval version of a “no-fly zone.” But it is much different… No military engagement would be needed if Russia doesn’t interfere.
Technically, this could be said about any military conflict. If the opposing army simply lays down its arms, no fighting will be necessary.
Of course, despite the optimistic assurances of Keane about the “risk profile,” the idea that Russia would simply stand by while US and UK ships break its blockade is highly unlikely.
In almost any conceivable scenario, this operation could rapidly turn into a major naval battle, just like “no-fly zone” is a synonym for open and direct war between Russia and NATO.
Not even bothering to hide its cynicism, the Journal made clear that this major escalation would be “best planned and pitched as a humanitarian operation.” That is, a direct shooting war between the two largest nuclear powers would be “pitched” as a way to end world hunger.
The language of Keane and the Wall Street Journal dovetails perfectly with the rhetoric of US officials and those of its imperialist allies.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland on Tuesday, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen accused Russia of bombing Ukrainian food infrastructure and “hoarding its own food exports as a form of blackmail.” She said, “holding back supplies to increase global prices, or trading wheat in exchange for political support. This is using hunger and grain to wield power.”
Secretary of State Antony Blinken accused Russia of carrying out “a deliberate effort” to undermine global food supplies.
Blinken stated,
“[T]he Russian military has repeatedly blocked safe passage to and from Ukraine by closing the Kerch Strait, tightening its control over the Sea of Azov, stationing warships off Ukrainian ports. And Russia has struck Ukrainian ports multiple times.”
He added,
“The food supply for millions of Ukrainians—and millions more around the world—has quite literally been held hostage by the Russian military.”
Earlier this week, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced that the US would provide Ukraine with Harpoon anti-ship missiles via an intermediary, Denmark. The Harpoon is the standard anti-ship armament of the US Navy, capable of sinking large warships.
On Friday, Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs adviser Anton Gerashchenko tweeted that
“The US is preparing a plan to destroy the [Russian] Black Sea Fleet” as part of a “plan to unblock the ports.” He continued, “Deliveries of powerful anti-ship weapons (Harpoon and Naval Strike Missile with a range of 250–300 km) are being discussed.”
Last month, the United States provided intelligence to Ukraine that allowed it to attack and sink the Russian missile cruiser Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet.
The first countries to officially endorse the NATO-led naval operation in the Black Sea were Lithuania and the United Kingdom. On Monday, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis called for a plan to break the blockade, declaring, “We would need a coalition of the willing—countries with significant naval power to protect the shipping lanes and countries that are affected by this.”
The Guardian reported that UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss agreed with the proposal, including “demining the harbour and providing Ukraine with longer-range weapons to defend the harbour from Russian attack.”
The plans now being discussed would mark a significant new escalation of the war, raising the prospect of NATO and Russian warships firing on each other, the potential invocation of NATO Article 5 and the abandonment of all restraints on the conflict, with catastrophic consequences for all humanity.

On the 40th anniversary of the Falklands War, Declassified sits down with Argentina’s minister responsible for the disputed islands at his office inside the Foreign Ministry in Buenos Aires.
“Let me be very clear,” Guillermo Carmona says, pointing at a map of the South Atlantic sea hanging on his wall. “Las Malvinas, Sandwich and Georgia islands…these are Argentinian, they are occupied by a foreign power.”
The foreign power he is talking about is Britain.
Carmona, Argentina’s minister responsible for the South Atlantic, is talking from his office at the top of the Foreign Ministry in Buenos Aires. The floor-to-ceiling windows give panoramic views of the attractive city dubbed the Paris of South America.
The offices are a stone’s throw from the Casa Rosada (Pink House), the palatial presidential mansion from which Eva “Evita” Peron famously spoke from the balcony.
Carmona is speaking exclusively to Declassified as Argentina and Britain mark the 40th anniversary of the war over the Falklands in 1982 (in Argentina the islands are called “las Malvinas”).
“We don’t say that they will be Argentine someday,” he continues. “Ever since Argentina existed as an independent state, these territories were always claimed as Argentina.”

Nuclear weapons
Carmona found out about Declassified after we discovered a document at the National Archives in January showing that the UK had deployed 31 nuclear weapons to the South Atlantic during the 1982 war.
In the aftermath, the Argentine Foreign Ministry released a statement saying it was planning “to raise this situation before the relevant international organisations”.
“Your publication about the nuclear weapons in the Malvinas war was very important for us,” Carmona tells me. “The files are not recent, they were published during the Macri days, and it’s remarkable how the diplomats in London did not take note of the declassification.”
Mauricio Macri, a right-wing businessman, was president from 2015-19 and oversaw an improvement in relations with Britain (Carmona contends this is mainly because he eased Argentine opposition to UK sovereignty in the South Atlantic).
Carmona adds that Declassified’s discovery was “very serious, it confirmed what we have known since 2003” when the UK Ministry of Defence first admitted it had brought nuclear weapons to the 1982 war.
“But from Declassified we learnt of the amazing number of weapons that were brought,” he says. “This confirms how untransparent and lacking in good faith UK actions after the war were.”
“It also shows the lack of transparency currently. We can’t be sure that there are no nuclear weapons in the Malvinas now. The UK hasn’t been transparent.” He pauses.
“If something like that happened during the war how can we assume it didn’t happen after the war, especially considering the militarisation process, which is ongoing?”
Strategy
Forty years on from the Falklands war, the UK still refuses to negotiate with Argentina as it is obliged to do by the UN. In the face of this intransigence on the British side, how does Carmona hope to make a breakthrough on the issue?
Carmona tells me there are four planks to his strategy.
“The first is persisting with the claim of sovereignty with the UK. The second is to keep gathering international support. We are not only protected by international law and history, but also almost all countries worldwide stand by Argentina in its claim for abiding by international law.”
He adds:
“Thirdly Argentina, in areas that are not under dispute with the UK, needs to effectively exercise sovereignty. For example, in our sea, we are fighting illegal fishing with policies for the preservation of maritime environments, developing hydrocarbon and mining resources in a sustainable way, and strengthening our Antarctic logistics. That is showing that we care for what belongs to us.”
The first three strategies rely on Argentina. But, Carmona says, the last one doesn’t.
“That is to make the most of any opportunities the international scenario can provide. I always use two examples in this respect. Panama did those three things I mentioned persistently, and when there was an opening, a window of opening with Carter, it was ready to take the opportunity.”
In 1977, President Jimmy Cartersigned the Panama Canal Treaty, which ceded US control of the canal beginning in 2000 and guaranteed the neutrality of the waterway thereafter.
Carmona continues:
“Something similar is what happened with China with Hong Kong, which persisted in showing it exercises sovereignty, garnered international support and… the end of the Cold War was the window and opportunity which they grabbed.”
Carmona takes time to think through his methodical answers. He comes across as an unusually serious politician, well drilled on the minutiae of his brief and not prone to grandstanding.

‘Second class citizens’
The population living on the Falklands voted overwhelmingly to remain part of the UK in 2013. How would Carmona assure them that Argentinian rule would protect them?
“We have to bear in mind that the islanders, the people living on the islands, have been very badly treated by UK governments for a long time,” he says. “As sort of second-class citizens, and this is very clear when you analyse the history of the families living on the islands since the occupation in 1833 [the year the islands were formally annexed by Britain].”
But, Carmona says, this poor treatment continues up to the present.
“The UK government did nothing about those who were locked down on the islands during the pandemic. There are residents especially of Chilean origin who for the last two years haven’t been able to go back to where they are from, because the UK lacked the commitment to finding a solution.”
Carmona adds that
“Argentina is committed to respect the interests of the people on the Islands…any islander born on the islands will be considered an Argentine citizen.”
The British position, however, is clear: “The people of the Falklands are British and have chosen to be so. They have the right to self-determination as set out in the UN Charter.”
But Carmona says “within the UN scope this self determination right is not applicable because there is a pre-existing colonial situation.”
He adds:
“We should not lose track of the fact that the population in the islands, though its composition has changed in time, were planted in Malvinas in 1833 after a military invasion, which displaced the Argentine authorities and also displaced the inhabitants.”
“That’s why when we look at the inhabitants’ issue in Malvinas it is sort of similar with the Chagos case where the original population was displaced by a military UK action,” he adds.
The UK forcibly depopulated the Chagos Islands in the Indian Ocean in the 1960s, in order to establish a military base there.
‘Totally anachronistic’
Carmona concludes:
“I am absolutely sure that if we moved on in the negotiations over sovereignty the islanders would have a better life.” But he admits “it is pretty clear the UK is reluctant to go back to the negotiating table.”
According to Carmona
“there was a period of time from 1965 to 1982 when there were negotiations, there was dialogue and talks. This was a fruitful period of time in the relationship between both countries.”
Shortly before the 1982 war, the UK had announced that negotiations would be frozen for a ten year period.
“It’s been 40 years since then, not ten as they announced,” Carmona tells me. “So we believe it’s about time to go back to talking, to honour the UN General Assembly resolutions.”
“The UK’s reluctance stems from them comparing the Argentine democratic governments with the military regimes,” he adds. “Next year will be 40 years of democracy in Argentina. We believe Argentina deserves different treatment by the UK government.”
I finish by asking if Carmona has a message to the British people. He gives a wry smile then says,
“Colonisation was typical of the days of the British Empire, but now it’s totally anachronistic. Maintaining that anachronism has costs for the reputation of the UK government and the UK in general. It also has costs for British taxpayers.”
He pauses before continuing:
“In the 21st century, our expectation is to do away with these colonial situations, which were typical of a world defined by the empire. Global Britain, as proposed by the Conservative UK government, moves us all back in time.”

showandtell Uh, it would be nice if the governor and the legislative Dems wouldn’t cause an economic problem —- with their punitive and absurd water policies —- for rice growers and others in the FIRST place, rather than having to pick up the pieces after growers find themselves impoverished and having to come hat in hand to the government for relief. But that’s how the Dems roll, isn’t it? Putting honest farmers and citizens in an untenable position through the politicians’ own policies so that hard-working people have to depend on the government to live? And correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t Asm Aguiar-Curry’s name been on just about every wacky piece of legislation we’ve seen lately? So at least I don’t have to waste time researching her to find out what her part likely was in this mess the farmers find themselves in. By the way, farmers aren’t like other put-upon Californians who are able to move to more friendly states. Farmers, for many reasons, can’t so easily just pick up and go elsewhere. It’s really unforgivable what this punitive state has done to farmers whose families have been here for generations. And for what, exactly?As far as the role of environmentalists in the economic troubles of farmers, didn’t we just learn that the greenies are A-OK with rice farming due to the wetlands that are created by farmers flooding the fields in the off-season? They like wetlands, don’t they, and the many birds that are attracted by them? Did I miss something? If not, it seems to be just one more example of how the greenies run into themselves and each other and make themselves an out-of-touch laughing stock with their contradictory wishes. Reply
