Americans Are Taking On Debt As If Tomorrow Will Never Come Posted: 03 Aug 2021 08:26 PM PDT If you make a conscious choice to ignore all long-term consequences, managing your personal finances can be a lot of fun.  For example, instead of rationally evaluating what sort of mortgage payment you can actually afford, why not take a plunge and buy a $600,000 house?  You only live once, right?  And instead of making your current dumpy vehicle last another year or two, why not take out a huge loan on a brand new $60,000 SUV?  You know you deserve it.  While you are at it, why don’t you go on another huge spending spree and max out all of your credit cards again.  Paying off those credit cards will be very painful in the long run, but nobody thinks much about long-term consequences these days. Just look at the federal government.  They are 28 trillion dollars in debt and yet our politicians continue to throw money around like a bunch of drunken sailors. Of course the federal government is far from alone.  State and local governments have never been so deep in debt, we are in the midst of the greatest corporate debt binge of all time, and U.S. consumers are certainly doing their part.  In fact, last quarter we witnessed the largest increase in consumer debt since just before the last financial crisis… Americans have more debt than ever before.A surge in credit card spending and home purchases caused US household debt to increase by $313 billion, or 2.1%, in the second quarter, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. That’s the largest nominal jump since 2007 and the biggest percentage increase in seven and a half years. Overall, U.S. consumers are now $14,960,000,000,000 in debt. We will shortly hit the 15 trillion dollar mark, and I think that we should commemorate the crossing of that threshold with some sort of celebration. Of course any celebration should involve going into even more debt, because there are few things that Americans enjoy more than getting even deeper into debt. Mortgage debt is rising particularly quickly.  Housing prices have been going through the roof recently, and this has created a frenzy on a scale that we haven’t seen since just before the subprime mortgage meltdown of 2008… Mortgage debt, the single biggest contributor to overall household debt, rose $282 billion to $10.44 trillion. A whopping 44% of the outstanding balances were originated over the past year, accounting for both new mortgages and refinancings.But even though the US housing market is red hot and borrowing to purchase homes is through the roof, “there are still 2 million borrowers in mortgage forbearance who are vulnerable to financial distress once the forbearance programs come to an end,” said Joelle Scally administrator of the Center of Microeconomic Data at the New York Fed. Is it just me, or does it seem like we have been here before? All of this just seems so oddly familiar. Of course the experts are assuring us that this even bigger housing bubble will end so much more nicely than the last one did. You believe them, don’t you? After being showered with trillions upon trillions of dollars by the federal government, you would think that most Americans should be in pretty good financial condition these days. Unfortunately, it turns out that all of that money just made the gap between the wealthy and the rest of us even larger… Americans added nearly $4 trillion to their savings during the coronavirus pandemic, but most of the gains went to the wealthy, according to a new study.Stimulus checks, rising stock markets and fewer spending choices led to a massive savings boom over the past year, with Americans saving about $3.7 trillion, according to a study from Oxford Economics. Yet 70% of the gain went to the wealthiest 20% of Americans, the study found. As I discussed the other day, there are millions and millions of Americans that were in danger of being thrown out into the streets once the eviction moratorium ended, but now Joe Biden has decided to come to the rescue… President Joe Biden’s administration Tuesday issued a targeted moratorium on evictions in areas hardest hit by COVID-19, replacing a nationwide evictions freeze that expired Saturday despite legal concerns about doing so unilaterally.The new action, in effect for 60 days, bans evictions in counties with high rates of COVID-19 transmission, reflecting where the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends vaccinated residents mask indoors and in public settings. But is this legal? After all, we have already seen several courts rule on this, and they have said that it isn’t. Well, just like any good career politician, Biden isn’t going to let a little thing like “legality” stand in the way… The president said he sought input from constitutional scholars to determine whether the CDC had the legal authority to issue a new evictions action but it was unclear whether it could pass constitutional muster.“There are several key scholars who think that it may, and it’s worth the effort,” Biden said. Biden says that even if the courts strike this new moratorium down, it will buy some time for his administration to get aid money to those that need it. Let us party today, because tomorrow is not guaranteed for any of us! Of course the truth is that “tomorrow” always arrives eventually, and our “tomorrow” is going to be more painful than most people would dare to imagine. But for the moment, the consequences of our actions have not caught up with us quite yet, and so it is still party time. Turning flu cases into COVID through manipulation—easy as pie

Since 1988, I’ve been pointing out that relabeling and repackaging disease is standard operating procedure in the field of “pandemic medicine.” And now we have this, from FOX News (7/25/21): “But while cases of COVID-19 soared nationwide, hospitalizations and deaths caused by influenza dropped.” “According to data released by the CDC earlier this month, influenza mortality rates were significantly lower throughout 2020 than previous years.” “There were 646 deaths relating to the flu among adults reported in 2020, whereas in 2019 the CDC estimated that between 24,000 and 62,000 people died from influenza-related illnesses.” You might want to read those numbers again. The drop in flu deaths was miraculous. Perhaps the Vatican has a clue. Rochester Regional Health has issued a flu report covering the same time periods: “As of the most recent updates from the CDC, the 2021 flu season impacted a much lower number of people than usual in all major regions of the United States.” “Here are a few numbers to sum up the 2020/2021 flu season, running from October 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021…646 deaths were attributed to the flu.” “The final data on [the prior] flu season 2019/2020 was released by the CDC in April as COVID-19 continued to spread throughout the United States. Between October 1, 2019 and April 4, 2020, the flu resulted in: 24,000 to 62,000 deaths.” “Hey Bob, could you do me a favor? I need a whole lot of COVID death numbers. Can you shove some of your flu-death numbers over here?” “Sure. No problem, Bill. We work for the same agency. We’re all in this together. But if I give you thousands of flu-death numbers, I want something back. A piece of your COVID research funding. Our flu money these days would barely bankroll a junket for a dozen of us to the Bahamas.” “My poor cousin. Transferring research funds is tricky. Too many eyeballs involved. Tell you what. How about a steak and lobster dinner, two nights at a local hotel, and one of the hookers who sits at the bar?” “Three nights, all expenses paid.” “Done.” Here are two previous articles I’ve written on the disease- relabeling/repackaging shell game: —The disease switcheroo; they don’t teach this in medical school— I’ve mentioned this shell game hundreds of times in articles and lectures over the years. Here I want to boil it down to a protocol that has earned the medical cartel trillions of dollars. We begin the story with an “outbreak.” Somewhere on Earth, we are told there is a cluster of unusual cases of illness. The key word is “unusual.” Otherwise, who would care? People would instead say, “Forty people in Wuhan have lung congestion.” And that would spark no interest. In Wuhan, it was “unusual pneumonia.” How so? No convincing answer. Some people have cited a “ground glass” appearance in pictures of patients’ lungs. Meaning gray areas, or opacity. Another claim: patients had extreme shortness of breath. But opacity and shortness of breath were mentioned and described in medical literature long before COVID. Something else must be offered, to justify the term “unusual cases.” And we get it almost immediately, while we’re still trying to figure out what makes these patients’ illness new and different: It’s a virus. A never-before-seen virus. Already a switcheroo is in progress. There is actually nothing unusual in the Wuhan cluster of cases. And just as we’re about to realize that, we’re hit with “new virus.” And then we forget there was no reason to look for a new virus in the first place. Deadly air pollution has been hanging over Wuhan for a long time. It explains all sorts of lung infections, including pneumonia, a cardinal COVID symptom. And by the way, roughly 300,000 people in China die every year from pneumonia. The “new virus” is trumpeted. But of course, as I’ve demonstrated many times, it hasn’t actually been found. No one isolated it. The so-called genetic sequencing of it was a fictional castle in the air based on supposition. How could it be otherwise? No one has an isolated and purified specimen of the virus that can be analyzed. Accepting “new virus” as fact produces this situation: a list of very familiar clinical symptoms can now be called unique, because the cause is unique. Suddenly, cough, chills, fever, fatigue, congestion, shortness of breath—which have been called flu, or just infection, or other names—are COVID. That’s the big switcheroo. Taking it even further—as I’ve reported in several articles—the three major clinical trials of RNA COVID vaccines were designed to prove nothing more than this: the vaccine could protect against cough, chills, and fever. You could call it a mild-flu vaccine. Next step: provide a diagnostic test for “the virus” that would automatically spit out false-positives like water from a firehouse. That’s the PCR. I’ve taken the PCR apart six ways from Sunday and exposed it as a fraud. With the PCR in hand, the switcheroo is deepened. That list of familiar illness symptoms—taken together with the test—paints the picture of millions of cases of a “new plague.” All this fabrication is on the order of—“Hey, Jim, sales of our widget number 6 are in the toilet. What can we do? Unless…let’s call it widget number 7, put it in a new box…” People say, “But there ARE mysterious COVID cases that can’t explained away as repackaged lung infections…” Of course there are. When you make the net big enough, it will sweep in groups of cases that seem to defy explanation. But when you move in close enough, you discover, for example, new poisonous vaccination campaigns and toxic pesticides and lagoons of feces in giant pig factory-farms. These and other such causes of illness and death emerge. I first caught on to the switcheroo in 1987, when I was doing research for my first book, AIDS INC. Scientists in Africa were investigating a “new” outbreak among people who, “incidentally,” were suffering from protein-calorie malnutrition, hunger, and starvation. The scientists, cheap con artists that they were, called this “wasting syndrome,” then “Slim disease,” and finally “AIDS.” They announced the cause was HIV—a virus no one had isolated. And lurking in the background, if you needed another cause of illness and death, there was the infamous World Health Organization mass smallpox-vaccination campaign in Africa, one of the most dangerous mass medical experiments ever carried out on a population. That campaign had wrapped up injecting millions of people several years before “the discovery of AIDS.” The campaign was so dangerous that, at a secret WHO meeting in Geneva, a decision was made never to use that vaccine again, because it had caused smallpox (or something that looked like it). In 1987, I combed through volumes of medical journals at the UCLA bio-med library, and discovered that the single most prevalent cause of T-cell depletion (“AIDS”) in the world is MALNUTRITION. Malnutrition, hunger, starvation, toxic vaccines, grinding poverty, war, fertile farm land stolen from the people by major agricultural corporations, toxic medical drugs…all repackaged as a new disease caused by a new virus, HIV. I then went on to study every so-called high-risk group for AIDS. I found that in each group, all the “AIDS symptoms” could be explained by non-viral causes. At that point, I realized I was looking at a classic intelligence-agency-type covert operation, applied within the medical universe. The virus was the cover story. It was being use to hide ongoing government and corporate crimes. For example—forced starvation. A con is a con. Only the disease-names are changed, to protect the guilty. Here is the second article on the scam: —Massive number of flu cases are re-labeled COVID cases— The number of COVID cases has been faked in various ways. By far, the most extensive strategy is re-labeling. Flu is called COVID. We don’t need charts and graphs to see this. It’s right in front of our eyes. The definition of a COVID case allows flu in the door. There is nothing unique about that definition. For example, a cough, or chills and fever, would constitute “a mild case of COVID.” A positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 would also be required, but as I’ve shown in my recent series on the test, obtaining a false positive is as easy as pie. All you have to do is run the test at more than 35 cycles. Most labs run the test at 40 cycles. A cycle is a quantum leap in magnification of the swab sample taken from the patient. When you run the test at more than 35 cycles, false-positives come pouring out like water from a fire hose. So…with ordinary flu symptoms plus a false-positive PCR test…voila, you have a COVID case. Keep in mind that, overwhelmingly, most “COVID cases” are mild. In other words, they’re indistinguishable from ordinary flu. But there is a rabbit hole here, and we can go down that hole much farther. The next question is: what is a flu case? What is it really? Researcher Peter Doshi did much to answer that question. In December of 2005, the British Medical Journal (online) published his shocking report, which created tremors through the halls of the CDC, where “the experts” used to tell the press that 36,000 people in the US die every year from the flu. Here is a quote from Doshi’s report, “Are US flu death figures more PR than science?” (BMJ 2005; 331:1412): “[According to CDC statistics], ‘influenza and pneumonia’ took 62,034 lives in 2001—61,777 of which were attributable to pneumonia and 257 to flu, and in only 18 cases was the flu virus positively identified.” Boom. You see, the CDC created one overall category that combined both flu and pneumonia deaths. Why? Because they disingenuously assumed the pneumonia deaths are complications stemming from the flu. This is an absurd assumption. Pneumonia has a number of causes. But even worse, in all the flu and pneumonia deaths, only 18 revealed the presence of an influenza virus. Therefore, the CDC could only say, with assurance, that 18 people died of influenza in 2001. Not 36,000 deaths. 18 deaths. Doshi continued his assessment of published CDC flu-death statistics: “Between 1979 and 2001, [CDC] data show an average of 1348 [flu] deaths per year (range 257 to 3006).” These figures refer to flu separated out from pneumonia. This death toll is far lower than the old parroted 36,000 figure. However, when you add the sensible condition that lab tests have to actually find the flu virus in patients, the numbers of annual flu deaths plummet even further. In other words, it’s all promotion and hype. But we’re not finished yet. Because…what test were researchers using to decide there were 18 cases of honest flu, in which a virus was found and identified? Answer: unknown. It’s quite probable the test didn’t really isolate a flu virus at all. It only identified some marker that was ASSUMED, without proof, to be unique to a flu virus. If so—ZERO cases of actual flu were found in the population. Instead, what we had was “flu-like illness.” Chills, cough, congestion, fever, fatigue; the ubiquitous symptoms that describe about a billion cases of illness, every year, worldwide. The cause of those billion cases? There is no single cause. Instead, there are many factors, ranging from sudden weather changes to air pollution, to malnutrition, to sub-standard sanitation…on and on. That being the case, we can now say: Many, many cases of FAKE FLU are being relabeled FAKE COVID. Now we’re getting real.  The medical cartel “discovers” (markets) huge numbers of so-called unique diseases—each disease with a purported specific cause: virus A, virus B, virus C… For each virus, there must be at least several highly profitable drugs that supposedly kill the germ. And for each germ, there must be a vaccine that prevents the disease. Billions and trillions in rewards follow. And so does CONTROL. Control of minds. Because the population is tuned up by ceaseless propaganda to believe in the rigid one-disease one-germ notion. And when the time is right, the medical cartel can even claim a new germ is decimating the world, and they must “destroy the village in order to save it.” Which is the psychotic fiction we are in the middle of, right now. During the second part of the 90s, Aaliyah was a gigantic star who sold tens of millions of records worldwide and starred in blockbuster movies such as Romeo Must Die. On August 25th, 2001, Aaliyah died in a plane crash at the young age of 22. The tragic event sent shockwaves throughout the world as her legions of fans could believe that R&B had lost its “baby girl”.

Here’s a quick recap of what happened: After filming the music video Rock the Boat in the Bahamas, Aaliyah boarded a 10-seat twin-engine Cessna 402B private jet bound for Opa-Locka, Florida along with seven members of her crew. Less than a minute after takeoff, the jet fell from the sky and plummeted to the ground just 200 feet from the runway. Aaliyah was one of six passengers who died at the scene, while three others died a few hours later.

A few years after the crash, the National Transportation Safety Board launched an investigation that revealed several irregularities. First, the plane was severely overweight, to the point that the trip was nearly suicidal. Second, the pilot, Luis Morales III did not have the certifications to fly this aircraft. Furthermore, the pilot was previously charged with a drug offense in the US, and an autopsy found he had cocaine and alcohol in his system at the time of the crash.

But out of all the reports, it was one in particular that people latched onto which claimed the deceased pilot, Luis Morales, had traces of cocaine and alcohol in his system as per his autopsy, received probation for crack cocaine possession less than two weeks prior to the flight and was not certified to fly the plane Aaliyah was on. Had Morales informed aviation officials of the case within 60 days as per FAA guidelines, his license would have most likely been revoked. The FAA license he did obtain, he received by showing flights he had never actually flown.

The plane itself had been cited four times in the four years before the fatal crash, including once for a safety violation. Other reports pointed to there being too many people as well as excess baggage on board, which fellow pilot Lewis Key would later confirm to be true. Key also told The New York Post that Morales had trouble getting one of the engines started. The tabloid further reported that Morales and Aaliyah’s crew got into a heated debate prior to takeoff over the excess weight, but ultimately went ahead with the flight anyway.

These bizarre details regarding the plane crash lead some to ask: How could one of the world’s biggest stars be put through such a precarious situation?

There have been few explanations for why the plane was ever allowed off the ground in the first place. Arguments had broken out between Aaliyah’s entourage and the pilot over the plane being overweight. After the crash, it was quickly confirmed that the small twin-engine plane exceeded its maximum weight limit by several hundred pounds. Plus, the weight was not evenly distributed, which would have made the plane harder to control once it got into the air. The last significant update came in 2002, when a toxicology report found that the inexperienced pilot had cocaine and alcohol in his system.

A new book about Aaliyah adds to the suspicions regarding her death. According to the biography Baby Girl: Better Known as Aaliyah, the singer refused to board the plane. Then, she was given a sleeping pill and was carried into the plane while fast asleep.

The source of this shocking information is a man from the Abaco Islands named Kingsley Russell. Aged 13 at the time of the tragedy, Kingsley was Aaliyah’s team baggage carrier as he worked in his family’s taxi and hospitality business. His mother was Aaliyah’s driver during her time on the island and his aunt Annie Russel was handling the team’s transportation and scouting locations for filming. Annie Russell gave testimony at the coroner’s inquest into Aaliyah’s death in 2003, citing concerns of the team having too much video equipment to take on the plane.

Shortly after the bizarre death of Kobe Bryant, Kingsley Russell posted a (now deleted) video on YouTube where he explained how the helicopter crash was triggering because it reminded him of the day he watched Aaliyah being taken on board the fatal flight while she was asleep, knocked out by a pill that a member of her team had given her.

When contacted by the writer of the biography, Russell described the events leading to the fatal plane crash.

Feeling he was destined to talk to Iandoli, Russell began sharing a story that he had long been advised to keep to himself. (…)

Already experiencing a two-hour delay due to the plane’s late arrival, Russell claimed that Aaliyah grew even more flustered when she finally saw the small plane and refused to board it. At the same time, the pilot was insisting that the plane would be too heavy with eight passengers, including Aaliyah’s 300-pound bodyguard, and all of their luggage and video equipment.

“[The airport staff] and Aaliyah had the common sense that the plane was overweight,” Russell is quoted in the book.

Pushing back against her team, Aaliyah climbed into the taxi van, complaining of a headache, and said she was going to take a quick nap. Meanwhile, her camp continued to try and convince the pilot to fly them with all their luggage, according to Russell. Eventually, Russell said a member of Aaliyah’s team came to check on her, and the singer reiterated that she did not want to get on the tiny plane and that she had a headache.

It was then, Russell claimed, that the team member produced a pill, which Aaliyah took and fell into a deep sleep, which she remained in when the pilot finally agreed to fly the group back to Florida.

“They took her out of the van; she didn’t even know she was getting boarded on a plane,” Russell said in Baby Girl. “She went on the airplane asleep.”

When Aaliyah’s body was recovered nearly 20 feet away from the wreckage, she was still strapped into her seat, slumped to the left with her 5-foot-7-inch frame folded over, according to the book. An autopsy report concluded that her survival was “unthinkable,” citing her extensive burns and major head trauma.

Aaliyah signed with Jive Records at the young age of 12. She was quickly introduced to R. Kelly who became her mentor and the lead producer and songwriter of her debut album: Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number.

The title of this album quickly took a creepy meaning when it was discovered that R. Kelly was much more than Aaliyah’s “mentor”.

With the release of Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number, rumors circulated of a relationship between Aaliyah and R. Kelly, including the allegation that they had secretly married without her parents’ knowledge. Vibe later revealed a marriage certificate that listed the couple married on August 31, 1994, in Sheraton Gateway Suites in Rosemont, Illinois. Aaliyah, who was 15 at the time, was listed as 18 on the certificate; the illegal marriage was annulled in February 1995 by her parents. The pair continued to deny marriage allegations, stating that neither was married.

The 2019 documentary Surviving R. Kelly revealed new details about their relationship and marriage. Jovante Cunningham, a former backup dancer, claimed to have witnessed Kelly having sex with Aaliyah on his tour bus while Demetrius Smith again recounted the time Kelly feared that he had impregnated her. Smith also described how he helped Aaliyah forge the necessary documents to show she was 18 and that the wedding was short and unceremonious, as neither was dressed up and Aaliyah looked “worried and scared” the whole time. Smith states that he is “not proud” of his role in facilitating their illegal marriage.

Aaliyah admitted in court documents that she had lied about her age. In May 1997, she filed suit in Cook County seeking to have all records of the marriage expunged because she was not old enough under state law to get married without her parents’ consent. It was reported that she cut off all professional and personal ties with Kelly after the marriage was annulled and ceased having contact with him.

After she cut contact with R. Kelly, people close to Aaliyah noticed that she appeared to be severely traumatized by the relationship and that she categorically refused to talk about it.

Aaliyah was known to avoid answering questions regarding Kelly following the professional split. During an interview with Christopher John Farley, she was asked if she was still in contact with him and if she would ever work with him again. Farley said Aaliyah responded with a “firm, frosty ‘no’” to both of the questions. Vibe magazine said Aaliyah changed the subject anytime “you bring up the marriage with her”. A spokeswoman for Aaliyah said in 2000 that when “R. It should, therefore, come as no surprise that one popular theory around Aaliyah’s death is that she was killed as a blood sacrifice, with many citing Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Dash as the main offending parties. As with most of these theories, proponents of it believe Aaliyah wanted to get out of the society or maybe even reveal the truth about it, and this believed to be what got her killed.

Some believe that Jay-Z and Beyoncé were chosen to become the king and queen of the music industry in the following years. And this made Aaliyah … the queen of the damned.

Queen of Damned: Aaliyah’s last movie was completed shortly prior to her death.

The story of Queen of the Damned is symbolic. It is about blood-drinking vampires in the music business who plan to take over the world. Aaliyah played the role of Akasha aka the Queen of the Damned. Without going into details, the movie ends with another vampire sucking all of Akasha’s blood and killing her. Afterward, that vampire became the new Queen of the Damned.

In short, Akasha was killed and a new successor took her place.

In Conclusion

The claims regarding Aaliyah being drugged and carried into the plane that led to her death might not be true as they are solely based on one eyewitness account. However, it would explain why a known anxious flyer such as Aaliyah boarded a plane in such a dangerous situation. Furthermore, why would her team take such a risk when they could easily call for a big, safe, and luxurious jet if they wanted to.

We might never know all of the details regarding Aaliyah’s death. And when there are rumors and confusion regarding a high-profile death, it is often because something fishy went down behind the scenes.

One thing is for sure, Aaliyah’s story is a perfect example of what happens to young souls who enter the dark side of the industry: They turn from “Baby Girl” to “Queen of the Damned”.

Farewell to Yet Another Failed Monetary System

The beginning of the end of the current monetary system and currency collapse started exactly 50 years ago. In the next few years the world will experience the end of the end of another failed experiment of unlimited debt creation and fake fiat money.

Economic history tells us that we need to focus on two areas to understand where the  economy is going – INFLATION AND THE CURRENCY.

These two areas are now indicating that the world is in for a major shock. Very few investors expect inflation to become a real problem but instead believe interest rates will be subdued. And no one expects the dollar to collapse or any major currency collapse at all.

But in the last two years money supply growth has been exponential with for example M1 in the US growing at an annual rate of 126%!  

Von Mises defined inflation as an increase in money supply. The world has seen explosive growth in credit and money supply since 1971 and now we are seeing hyperinflationary increases.

Hyperinflation is a currency event. Just since 2000 most currencies have lost 80-85% of their value. And since 1971 they have all lost 96-99%. The race to the bottom and to hyperinflation is now on.

As I Matterhorn Asset Management will explain in this article, history is telling us that the explosion of credit and money supply will lead to rapid increases in inflation and interest rates and an even faster fall of the US dollar.

When it comes to monetary events, inflation and the currency are totally interdependent.

Normally an economy will be sound when the currency is sound. And the currency is sound when the economy is sound.

Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it. But then why has no currency ever survived in history? And why has every economy collapsed when there is an underlying currency collapse?

ECONOMIC & MONETARY CHAOS IS THE RULE RATHER THAN THE EXCEPTION

For anyone who has thoroughly studied economic history, monetary chaos never comes as a surprise.

As long as there has been any kind of money or monetary system, chaos has always followed at regular intervals.

Without chaos there cannot be order. That is the inevitable consequence of economic cycles. But when governments and central banks interfere in the natural cycles of ebb and flow, the world is more likely to have disorder even in the good times and chaos in the bad times.  Thus government interference and manipulation distort natural cycles.

So “Doing God’s Work”, as Blankfein, a former Chairman of Goldman Sachs stated in 2009, is likely to lead to constant disorder and chaos.

Cycles, whether they are economic or climate, are normally self-regulating. “Doing god’s work”, whether it involves trying to lower the earth’s temperature or creating fake money, is more likely to create chaos than order.

In ancient Greece, Chaos was originally thought of as the abyss or emptiness that existed before things came into being.

In economic history, chaos is a regular phenomenon. Since no currency has ever survived in history, it follows that the demise of a country’s money is always linked to chaos.

50 YEARS SINCE THE LATEST MONETARY CHAOS STARTED

On August 15, 2021, there is exactly 50 years since the beginning of the end of the current monetary system.

Richard Nixon was the unfortunate executor of the inevitable currency collapse and the destruction of the US and most probably global economy. As I outlined in my recent article The Dollars Final Crash Down A Golden Matterhorn, we cannot really blame Nixon for the destruction of the dollar.

Profligate spending and monetary discipline are the worst of enemies. For a politician, the mere thought of frugality would never enter their mind.

In order to please the people and either avoid a revolution or the risk of not being reelected, a leader will always choose the easy way out which is creating debt and printing money.

Thus Nixon was in no way unique in going from a gold backed currency to printing whatever fake money was required to continue the illusion of prosperity. As history tells,  this is an event that has taken place throughout history at an amazing frequency.

THE PETRODOLLAR HAS DELAYED THE DOLLAR’S TOTAL COLLAPSE

The risk of the currency collapsing without gold backing was major but Tricky Dick (Nixon) together with his Secretary of State Henry Kissinger had a clever, albeit temporary, remedy for that problem.

They offered Saudi Arabia military protection with the Saudis agreeing to sell all oil in dollars globally. The US would also sell/give Saudi Arabia major quantities of military equipment.

So that was the start of the Petrodollar which has temporarily protected the US dollar currency from crashing to Zero.

But Nixon’s promise to the American people 50 years ago on August 15, 1971 that “Your dollar will be worth just as much tomorrow” hasn’t quite held true to say the least.

Yes, one dollar is still one dollar. But in purchasing power terms it is only worth 2 cents today compared to 1971. So in half a century, the dollar has lost 98% of its value compared to real money i.e. GOLD.

But the real collapse of the dollar has not started yet in spite of the 98% fall since 1971.

US MONEY SUPPLY IS GROWING EXPONENTIALLY

Since the Great Financial Crisis in 2006-9, there has been an exponential growth in US Money Supply.

Looking at US M1 money supply, the graph below shows how it grew from $220 billion in August 1971 to $19.3 trillion today.

From 1971 to 2011 the growth seems modest at a compound annual growth (CAGR) of 6%. If the dollar purchasing power declined by the same rate, it would lead to prices  doubling every 12 years. Or put in other terms, the value of the currency on average would drop by 50% every 12 years.

Then from 2011 when Money supply started growing in earnest, M1 has grown by 24% annually.  This means that prices in theory should double every 3 years.

Finally, from August 2019 to August 2021 M1 has gone up by 126% a year. If that was translated to the purchasing power of the dollar it would lead to prices doubling every 7 months.

ASSET INFLATION WILL TURN TO CONSUMER PRICE INFLATION

Von Mises defined inflation as growth in money supply and not in prices. The Western world until now has experienced very little consumer price inflation. Instead the credit expansion has created exponential inflation in asset prices.

I experienced how asset inflation in the UK in the late 1960s and early 1970s led to price inflation with the collapse of the UK stock market and the pound.

I received my first options in the company I worked in 1972 at £1.27. Two years later they were worth 10 pence. The FT index went down by 2/3 and the pound lost 40% against the dollar between 1972 and 1976.

Another remarkable move in the 1970s which I experienced was gold going form $35 in 1972 to $850 in 1980. In my view that exponential move will be dwarfed by what we will experience in the next few years.

As the chart below shows, inflation in the UK went wild in the 1970s. I experienced the perfect combination of a collapsing currency and surging prices. The average inflation was around 15% for 6-7 years in the 70s. Mortgage rates went to levels that would make all borrowers bankrupt today. The interest rate on my first mortgage was 21%!

As the graph shows, annual inflation was 1% for 171 years and has averaged 5.5% since then – a 5 x increase! We must thank Nixon for that!

THE GOLD PRICE RISE HAS ONLY STARTED

As I have pointed out in many articles, the gold price is currently not reflecting the massive debt expansion and money printing that the world has experienced, especially since 2006.

The graph below tells the story. I am including it in many of my articles just to illustrate that gold at $1,800 in relation to US money supply is today as cheep as it was in 1971 at $35 and in 2000 at $300.

Skillful but deceitful manipulation, through the issuing of uncovered paper gold, by the BIS and bullion banks has so far kept gold well below its intrinsic value, measured in dollars.

The short term relationship between money supply and inflation is not straight forward but the long term effect on inflation is inevitable.

So the fact that money supply is increasing much faster than the decline of the dollar is only a temporary disconnect.

As money supply continues to grow exponentially, leading to chaos in the US as well as  in the global economy, we will soon see the dollar reaching the abyss as the Greeks defined chaos.

The dollar has outstayed its usefulness as sound money and will soon be in the graveyard where every single currency in history has ended up.

It would be very brave of anyone to doubt or deny the demise of the dollar.

The dollar collapse into the abyss will happen. Take my word for it. Anyone betting against thousands of years of history would be a fool.

Yes, I do know that the world is full of fools who believe that it is different today. But it never is. History has a 100% success record when it comes to the total destruction of every currency that has ever existed. I obviously exclude eternal money in the form of gold or silver.

CRACK-UP-BOOM

What we are seeing now is what von Mises called the Crack-up-Boom.

Von Mises defined a crack-up-boom as:

• The crash of the credit and monetary system due to continual credit expansion leading to unsustainable and rapid price increases or inflation.
• The consequence would be “a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved.

So I dare anyone to bet against a perfect history record as regards a currency collapses and the imminent demise of the dollar.

The only question is how long it will take before the dollar collapses another 98% from here. It has taken 50 years to lose the first 98% but losing another 98% or more from here is likely to go much faster. 

It could take 5 years or maybe 10 but I fear that it could be very quick. History also tells us that once hyperinflation takes hold, it develops very quickly. It could all be over in 2-3 years.

But although the collapse of the currency can be very quick, the effect on the economy and the financial system can last for years or even decades when, as in this case, we are dealing with a global explosion of debt.

GOLD – SILVER AND WEALTH PRESERVATION

In the coming collapse of the monetary system, wealth preservation will be critical. Physical gold and silver has a proven record in history as the ultimate form of wealth preservation.

Measured in collapsing paper money, gold and silver will reach unthinkable levels.

In the next 5-10 years, precious metals will vastly outperform all asset classes in real terms.

Once more, dear reader, I put on my hazmat suit and enter the fake world where SARS-Cov2 exists, the Delta Variant exists, the test is meaningful, the case numbers are real, and the vaccine makes sense. These are all lies, as I’ve been proving for the past year, but even within the fake world of those lies, the experts can’t keep their stories straight; they contradict themselves, they expose their own fabrications, and they try to cover up those exposures with new pathetic fabrications. Here we go: RT, July 30: “The CDC has released a study backing up its decision to recommend indoor masking for both vaccinated and unvaccinated Americans. The study examined one outbreak and found three-quarters of people testing positive were vaccinated.” “The CDC released that evidence on Friday. In a study of 469 cases of Covid-19 that broke out in the resort town of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, earlier this month, 74% occurred in ‘fully vaccinated persons.’ Four out of five patients hospitalized were fully vaccinated, and on average the inoculated had completed their two rounds of doses only 86 days before infection.” Oops. “Lab testing revealed that 90% of all the Cape Cod infections involved the Delta variant of the coronavirus.” Oops again. So fully vaccinated people are infected with the Delta Variant. “The study appears to negate the argument by top health officials that unvaccinated Americans are responsible for the fourfold rise in Covid-19 cases in the US since June. ‘This is an issue predominantly among the unvaccinated, which is the reason why we’re out there, practically pleading with the unvaccinated people to go out and get vaccinated,’ White House coronavirus adviser [and psychopathic liar] Dr. Anthony Fauci told CNN on Sunday, adding that the US is currently moving ‘in the wrong direction’ with regard to stamping out Covid-19.” Yet another oops. “The [CDC] report lends weight to the argument that the current crop of vaccines aren’t as effective against the Delta variant, although the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) both insist that vaccination is effective against ‘severe disease and death’ from the virus, to quote WHO technical lead Maria Van Kerkhove in a briefing earlier on Friday.” More nonsense. As I’ve been reporting for months, the 3 clinical trials of the major COVID vaccines were DESIGNED to only prove the vaccine could protect against mild disease; e.g., a cough, or chills and fever. Not severe disease. The CDC new Cape Cod study of vaccinated people has caused a firestorm among “the experts.” A member of the White House coronavirus coffee klatch, Ben Wakana, is claiming only a very small percentage of vaccinated people (who are infected with the virus) can transmit it to others. RT: “[However] the CDC study noted that similarly high viral loads were found in vaccinated and unvaccinated people. Walensky [head of the CDC] stated on Friday that ‘high viral loads suggest an increased risk of transmission’ and raised concern that ‘vaccinated people infected with Delta can transmit the virus’.” RT: [But] “The study itself is less alarmist, stating that ‘microbiological studies are required to confirm these findings’ [that vaccinated people who are infected can spread the virus.]” Well, if the vaccinated and unvaccinated both have high loads of the virus, why wouldn’t vaccinated people spread the virus easily to others? Is there some magic set of walls in the vaccine that keeps the virus locked up inside the body? And there you have it, the latest revelations about the vaccine, the virus, the Delta Variant, viral transmission, and the attempt to cover up the whole business up after it’s gone public. Les opposants à la vaccination anti-covid est « hautement informée, scientifiquement instruite et sophistiquée » par Francesca de Villasmundo

Une étude du très célèbre MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technologie) montre qu’une partie importante des sceptiques en matière de santé publique pour lutter contre le covid-19 et de la vaccination anti-covid était très informée, scientifiquement instruite et sophistiquée dans l’utilisation des données. Les sceptiques ont utilisé les mêmes ensembles de données que ceux ayant des opinions orthodoxes sur la santé publique.

Les qualifier d’ « ignorants », d’ « abrutis », de peu « diplômés », d’ « analphabètes », leur  témoigner une condescendance paternelle, comme le font la plus part des technocrates gouvernementaux et présentateurs télé tant en France qu’aux Etats-Unis, et autres pays occidentaux, ne reflète pas la réalité, tout au contraire, mais cela pousse les récalcitrants à durcir leur position et à avoir toujours moins confiance en une autorité qui, pour convaincre sur les ‘bienfaits’ de la vaccinations anti-covid, utilise les arguments insultants ad hominen, les sanctions et le « fouet »… méthodes bien peu scientifiques s’il en est.

Les chercheurs de l’étude du MIT, dirigée par Crystal Lee, « ont passé au peigne fin des centaines de milliers de publications sur les réseaux sociaux et ont découvert que les sceptiques du coronavirus déploient souvent des contre-visualisations aux côtés de la même rhétorique de « suivre les données » que les experts en santé publique, mais les sceptiques plaident pour des politiques radicalement différentes. Les chercheurs concluent que les visualisations de données ne sont pas suffisantes pour transmettre l’urgence de la pandémie de Covid-19, car même les graphiques les plus clairs peuvent être interprétés à travers une variété de systèmes de croyances ».

« La plupart du scepticisme à l’égard des vaccins, si nous entendons par là la réticence, n’est pas basé sur la théorie du complot – il est basé sur des calculs risques-avantages. Vous pouvez penser que c’est un calcul innombrable. Mais lorsque vous examinez les modèles adoptés aux États-Unis, deux facteurs ressortent, des facteurs dont l’effet est plus important que la partisanerie : l’âge et la densité. Plus vous êtes âgé et plus votre communauté est dense, plus vous avez de chances de vous faire vacciner. Plus vous êtes jeune et plus votre communauté est rurale, moins vous êtes susceptible de l’avoir eu. Cela reflète les faits réels sur le risque de décès par COVID. Les gens surestiment peut-être énormément leur risque lié au vaccin et sous-estiment leurs risques liés au COVID – mais ils ont la bonne pensée directionnelle. Ceux qui sont moins en danger font comme ça. »

Pour Crystal Lee, qui admet avoir à travers cette étude, fait une « découverte frappante »:

« caractériser les groupes anti-masques comme illettrés ou ne s’engageant pas avec les données est empiriquement faux. »

« Leurs arguments sont vraiment très nuancés », explique-t-elle.

Pour l’autre co-auteur de l’étude Graham Jones, membre de la faculté Margaret MacVicar en anthropologie, « l’idée de la science des groupes anti-masques n’est pas d’écouter passivement alors que les experts d’un endroit comme le MIT disent à tout le monde ce qu’il faut croire ». Il ajoute que ce genre de comportement marque un nouveau tournant pour un ancien courant culturel. « L’utilisation par les anti-masques de la littérature des données reflète des valeurs américaines profondément ancrées d’autonomie et d’anti-expertise qui remontent à la fondation du pays, mais leurs activités en ligne poussent ces valeurs dans de nouvelles arènes de la vie publique. »

Voilà une étude qui ne peut que faire pâlir d’envie ou rougir de colère l’influenceur du fort de Brégançon, la bien-pensance qui a pris ses quartiers d’été sur BFMTV ou LCI, le scientifiquement correct qui fait de la vaccination anti-covid un dogme religieux auquel tout le monde doit croire, un sérum que tout un chacun doit s’injecter dans les veines comme une drogue miraculeuse. L’organisme clé de l’avortement dans le monde a dénoncé la décision du gouvernement britannique de couper le financement de « la promotion des droits reproductifs et de l’avortement dans le monde ».

La décision de l’Ippf de poursuivre judiciairement l’exécutif britannique est inédite, et a été décidée après que la Chambre des communes a approuvé le 13 juillet (333 pour et 298 contre) les coupes de l’exécutif britannique dans « l’aide internationale ».

Le 16 juillet dernier, à travers une déclaration, la multinationale de l’avortement a annoncé une action en justice contre le gouvernement Johnson. Rien d’idéal dans la bataille de l’Ippf, mais seulement une dénonciation des possibles pertes de revenus dans les années à venir :

« La Fédération internationale pour la planification familiale (…) a envoyé une lettre de pré-action au gouvernement suite à la fin du financement du projet Access par le Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, sur la base de la décision illégale du gouvernement de réduire le budget de l’aide étrangère ( …). Les coupes gouvernementales, qui réduisent les contributions à l’aide à 0,5% du revenu national brut et s’élèvent à 4,5 milliards de livres sterling, auront un impact catastrophique sur des millions de personnes vulnérables dans le monde, en particulier les femmes et les filles qui ont maintenant été renvoyées à un avenir sombre et incertain (…). L’IPPF devrait perdre 14,2 millions de livres sterling de financement au cours des trois prochaines années (…). Sans financement supplémentaire, l’IPPF sera contrainte de fermer ses services en Afghanistan, au Bangladesh, en Zambie, au Mozambique, au Zimbabwe, en Côte d’Ivoire, au Cameroun, en Ouganda, au Mozambique, au Népal et au Liban et pourrait être contrainte de fermer les services dans neuf autres pays, de retirer le soutien aux services de santé sexuelle et reproductive d’environ 4 500 points de prestation de services dans le monde. Malheureusement, cela signifiera également la perte de plus de 480 personnes de l’Ippf », lit-on dans le communiqué menaçant de Planned Parenthood.

La bien-pensance a tout de suite crié au scandale, via les médias du système de Grande-Bretagne. L’Independent prédit un « avenir sombre et incertain » pour les femmes et les jeunes filles de nombreux pays. The Guardian, en plus de rapporter l’intégralité du communiqué de l’Ippf, rappelle que les coupes budgétaires approuvées par le Parlement ont rencontré l’opposition publique de trois anciens premiers ministres conservateurs (Theresa May, John Major et David Cameron) et de plusieurs autres anciens membres des gouvernements précédents.

« Cela prouve, commente le quotidien italien La Nuova Bussola Quotidiana, à quel point les prédécesseurs de Johnson étaient des serviteurs obséquieux des souhaits de l’Ippf et nous amène à repenser les vraies raisons derrière tant de reportages internationaux insultants contre le Royaume-Uni dirigés par l’actuel Premier ministre. »

De leur côté, plusieurs associations pro-vie britanniques ont pris position en faveur du gouvernement, tout en restant critiques à l’égard de nombreux autres aspects des politiques pro-avortement dans le pays et dans le monde. Michael Robinson, directeur des communications de SPUC (Society for the protection of unborn children), a déclaré que « quelles que soient les motivations sous-jacentes du gouvernement, il faut se féliciter que les organisations payées pour tuer des enfants à naître dans le monde reçoivent moins de l’argent durement gagné par les citoyens britanniques. Moins de financement signifie moins de décès ».

La porte-parole de Right to Life UK, Catherine Robinson, a souligné que « ces réductions importantes d’un fournisseur d’avortement notoirement corrompu comme l’IPPF sont les bienvenues. Cependant, cela reste un scandale que le gouvernement britannique utilise l’argent des contribuables de cette manière pour commencer. Qu’un seul centime de nos impôts aille tuer la vie de bébés dans l’utérus n’importe où dans le monde est un abus flagrant de notre argent et des pouvoirs du gouvernement ».

Le premier ministre Johnson a décidé de faire passer les besoins et la sécurité sanitaire de ses citoyens avant les subventions aux avorteurs. Désormais, il devra se défendre devant les juges.

Intéressante analyse de la stratégie bergoglienne : pousser les « conservateurs » dans les bras de la FSSPX pour les marginaliser par Christian Lassale

Sous le titre « FSSPX : le piège que François tend aux conservateurs », Candidus, sur le Forum Catholique de Xavier Arnaud, nous propose une intéressante analyse de la stratégie bergoglienne suite au Motu proprio « Traditionis custodes ».

Elle consisterait à pousser les « conservateurs » de l’Eglise « conciliaire » – Ecclesiadéistes ou autres instituts attachés au « rite extraordinaire » – dans les bras de la FSSPX. L’estocade  leur serait alors portée en accordant de nouveaux évêques aux successeurs de Mgr Marcel Lefebvre.

J’ai longtemps pensé que François finirait par régulariser la FSSPX et que s’il ne le faisait pas, c’était simplement parce que la FSSPX ne le voulait pas vraiment, ou avait des exigences démesurées.

Peut-être cette analyse reflétait-elle la réalité au début du pontificat bergoglien, mais en cet été 2021, je vois la situation différemment.

De nombreux commentateurs ont noté l’hostilité que François a toujours ressentie envers les conservateurs wojtyliens-ratzingériens (parmi lesquels j’inclus la mouvance Ecclesia Dei), plus qu’à l’égard des traditionalistes qu’il a toujours épargnés voire favorisés, comme ce fut le cas lorsqu’il était archevêque de Buenos-Aires. Ce sont les conservateurs ses véritables ennemis, son cauchemar, le seul obstacle qui l’empêche de mettre en œuvre son programme martino-kaspérien de réforme de l’Eglise.

Assez tôt durant son pontificat, François a élaboré un plan, humainement génial, pour arriver à ses fins. La pièce maîtresse qu’il utilise dans sa partie d’échec contre les conservateurs, c’est la FSSPX et sa mouvance.

François a besoin de neutraliser la résistance des conservateurs à son programme. Pour se faire, il faut les marginaliser ; à défaut de leur faire quitter l’Église à laquelle ils sont viscéralement attachés, il faut les acculer dans la périphérie et c’est là qu’entre en jeu la FSSPX.

Jusqu’à il y a peu, la FSSPX était dans une périphérie très éloignée de l’Église officielle ; au point que certains considéraient qu’elle se trouvait en dehors du périmètre de l’Eglise, qu’elle était, osons le mot, schismatique.

Et puis François est entré en action ; par étapes il a accordé à la FSSPX : le pouvoir de confesser, de célébrer les mariages, d’ordonner des prêtres sans lettres dimissoriales et sans que ceux-ci ne soient suspens a divinis, et demain, j’en suis convaincu, il leur accordera des évêques.

Quel est le résultat de toutes ces faveurs ? Que cela plaise ou non, le positionnement de la FSSPX sur le spectre ecclésial s’est déplacé vers le centre ; elle demeure en apesanteur canonique, mais il est indéniable qu’on ne peut plus aujourd’hui l’accuser d’être une communauté schismatique. Son statut est atypique, elle reste dans la périphérie institutionnelle, mais sa localisation est beaucoup moins excentrée qu’avant l’actuel pontificat.

Ce que je viens de décrire constitue la première étape du plan bergoglien pour neutraliser les conservateurs. Pour que la seconde étape du plan fonctionne, il faut que la FSSPX demeure sur une crête ; qu’elle continue d’apparaître comme une entité marginale dont les positions et l’argumentation ne peuvent pas menacer la dynamique progressiste bergoglienne, et en même temps, il faut qu’elle conserve une identité catholique, une légitimité qui exclut que ceux qui la fréquentent puissent être suspectés de dissidence formelle. Pourquoi cela ? Pour que tous ceux qui sont allergiques au bergoglianisme puissent trouver refuge dans son giron sans éprouver de scrupules.

En d’autres termes, François veut faire de la FSSPX un abcès de fixation dans lequel seront neutralisés tous ses opposants conservateurs. Le rêve de François est de voir tous ses opposants conservateurs rejoindre la mouvance de la FSSPX. De la sorte leur discours perdra toute pertinence (« ce sont des intégristes ») et François pourra conduire sans véritable opposition sa réforme de l’Église.

Si mon analyse est exacte, voilà à quoi il faut s’attendre dans les mois à venir : François va continuer de provoquer les conservateurs par des initiatives telle que sa lettre au Père Martin, défenseur de la cause gay aux USA, et surtout il fermera les yeux sur la course vers l’abîme du chemin synodal allemand. En même temps, il ne fera rien pour nuire à la FSSPX, voire il lui accordera la seule chose qu’il lui manque pour continuer en toute quiétude le chemin qu’elle suit depuis 50 ans : des évêques.

Ne sous-estimons pas la cohérence de la stratégie bergoglienne. François est une personne logique. Pourquoi croyez-vous qu’il accorde toutes sortes de passe-droits à la FSSPX, tout en maltraitant les communautés ED, et en annonçant l’éradication de leur raison d’être, le VOM ? Où est la logique dans tout cela ? Mon explication permet de concilier ces deux stratégies apparemment contradictoires.

Où tout cela va-t-il nous conduire ? En dehors de toutes considérations surnaturelles, il faut reconnaître que le pari de François est risqué. Son succès dépend du positionnement de la FSSPX sur le spectre ecclésial : trop à la périphérie, la FSSPX n’attirera pas les conservateurs ; trop parée de légitimité ecclésiale, elle pourrait acquérir une force et une audibilité qui menaceraient l’édifice bergoglien d’une manière beaucoup plus efficace que la rhétorique inhibée des conservateurs.
