Those who fail to see the truth and constantly call anyone who is anti-mask a conspiracy theorist are in serious trouble. They are blind to reality which is precisely what those manipulating societies count on. They are the perfect example of Stanley Milgram’s experiments that discovered they are simply Obedient to Authority and are actually incapable of self-reflection or analysis. These are the same people who stress over how many “likes” they get on social media and think the election was really between Trump v Biden.

Silently in the background, they have succeeded in destroying much of the world economy. It was the bourgeoisie they wanted to destroy (middle-class small business owners), and while claiming the problem is inequality, the real objective was created only the elite class and the relegate the rest of us to what Marx called the proletariat or the universal class — the Great Unwashed. Video Player00:0001:28

This video from Schwab’s World Economic Forum is already declaring a partial victory showing that the objective of the virus lockdowns was really for the Great Reset and climate change agenda. Make no mistake about it; even Al Gore is on the board of the World Economic Forum. These people have conspired to change the world by crushing the economy, and the police are also so stupid to follow orders blindly. They want everyone to work from home: end offices and small businesses. You will buy everything from the giant retailers, and they will be delivered.

(Dr. Trozzi) – You are not alone! As of 28 July 2021, 29% of Canadians have not received a COVID-19 vaccine, and an additional 14% have received one shot. In the US and in the European Union, less than half the population is fully vaccinated, and even in Israel, the “world’s lab” according to Pfizer, one third of people remain completely unvaccinated. Politicians and the media have taken a uniform view, scapegoating the unvaccinated for the troubles that have ensued after eighteen months of fearmongering and lockdowns. It’s time to set the record straight.

It is entirely reasonable and legitimate to say ‘no’ to insufficiently tested vaccines for which there is no reliable science. You have a right to assert guardianship of your body and to refuse medical treatments if you see fit. You are right to say ‘no’ to a violation of your dignity, your integrity and your bodily autonomy. It is your body, and you have the right to choose. You are right to fight for your children against their mass vaccination in school.

You are right to question whether free and informed consent is at all possible under present circumstances. Long-term effects are unknown. Transgenerational effects are unknown. Vaccine-induced deregulation of natural immunity is unknown. Potential harm is unknown as the adverse event reporting is delayed, incomplete and inconsistent between jurisdictions.

You are being targeted by mainstream media, government social engineering campaigns, unjust rules and policies, collaborating employers, and the social-media mob.

You are being told that you are now the problem and that the world cannot get back to normal unless you get vaccinated.

You are being viciously scapegoated by propaganda and pressured by others around you. Remember; there is nothing wrong with you.

You are inaccurately accused of being a factory for new SARS-CoV-2 variants, when in fact, according to leading scientists, your natural immune system generates immunity to multiple components of the virus. This will promote your protection against a vast range of viral variants and abrogates further spread to anyone else. — Article continues below Petition — Canada’s Health Minister: Make abortion pill reversal information available 1145 have signed the petition.Let’s get to 2500! You are justified in demanding independent peer-reviewed studies, not funded by multinational pharmaceutical companies. All the peer-reviewed studies of short-term safety and short-term efficacy have been funded, organized, coordinated, and supported by these for-profit corporations; and none of the study data have been made public or available to researchers who don’t work for these companies.

You are right to question the preliminary vaccine trial results. The claimed high values of relative efficacy rely on small numbers of tenuously determined “infections.”  The studies were also not blind, where people giving the injections admittedly knew or could deduce whether they were injecting the experimental vaccine or the placebo. This is not acceptable scientific methodology for vaccine trials.

You are correct in your calls for a diversity of scientific opinions. Like in nature, we need a polyculture of information and its interpretations. And we don’t have that right now. Choosing not to take the vaccine is holding space for reason, transparency and accountability to emerge. You are right to ask, ‘What comes next when we give away authority over our own bodies?’

WASHINGTON, DC (Children’s Health Defense) – Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Board Chair Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. today is calling upon mainstream media to investigate and report on many issues central to the COVID crisis that have either been mischaracterized or suppressed altogether. This type of journalism at the same time embraces the Pharma/government agenda which silences those who criticize or even question that agenda, all while obscuring the totalitarian impacts of proposed vaccine mandates and passports.

“The cornerstone of any democratic society is freedom,” said Kennedy. “The people of this country should have free speech and the freedom to decide what medical interventions they do or don’t want. Never in our nation’s history have those freedoms been as threatened as they are today.”

Some of the facts that have been inaccurately reported or swept under the rug include:

  • Viable and readily available treatments for COVID have been withheld so that vaccines could get Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). The only way experimental vaccines could have been granted this status was in the absence of treatments. That led to the media-endorsed idea that no early and effective treatments were available. People have died because of this fallacy that has been relentlessly presented day after day to the public by the media.
  • No healthy individual should die or be injured from a vaccine. We are now approaching a time when the injuries and deaths from the vaccine will likely surpass those from the virus. Between mid-December, 2020 and August 5 of this year, 571,831 total adverse events  including 12,791 deaths have been reported to our government’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), yet the media maintains a blackout on the topic. By comparison, when it became known that an estimated 50 people died after receiving the swine flu shot in 1976, that vaccination campaign was immediately shut down.
  • The COVID vaccine does not prevent transmission. As stated in the documentation upon which the FDA granted EUA status to COVID vaccines, and as the CDC recently acknowledged to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, COVID vaccines do not stop transmission of the virus, one of the chief goals of any vaccine. Shaming the unvaccinated for new COVID cases is baseless and dangerously divisive.
  • Children are at extremely low risk of death or hospitalization from COVID and there is no justification for recommending this vaccine to kids. The COVID survival rate across all age groups is 98.23% and in children it is even higher at 99.985% calling into question the need for widespread COVID vaccination of any age group but especially for children who are at such minimal risk from COVID.
  • COVID vaccines are not helping society reach herd immunity. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that the vaccinated are spreading the virus just as easily as the unvaccinated. And while the vaccinated are still getting COVID, they will become sentenced to a lifetime of booster shots that will continue to cause injuries and deaths as we’re currently seeing in the VAERS data. Yet the media perpetuates the falsehood that more boosters are the way out of the epidemic — especially now that it’s becoming apparent that the original COVID vaccines are failing.
  • The origins of COVID-19 remain shrouded in secrecy by the media. Even though Congress has launched an investigation, the media is still providing guidance on the epidemic and COVID vaccines based on Dr. Anthony Fauci’s recommendations. As Dr. Fauci may well be responsible for funding this dangerous science at the Wuhan Lab, and his vaccine conflicts of interests have come into question, his ability to lead the response to the epidemic has been compromised beyond repair.

“Human rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are being decimated,” said Kennedy. “Mandates are morally and spiritually wrong for America and the world. No human should ever be forced or coerced by their employer, school or government to have a medical procedure, including vaccines, against their will. Where is the outcry against this travesty from our leaders and the media? It’s time for the media and the public to break free from the Pharma-backed vaccine paradigm and instead embrace the liberty upon which this country was founded.”

(LifeSiteNews) – Scientists have known for nearly a decade that the lipid nanoparticles like those currently used in novel mRNA COVID vaccines accumulate in ovaries and are potentially toxic to reproductive health, a former vice president and top researcher at Pfizer said at a conference hosted by LifeSiteNews Thursday on the fertility dangers of COVID vaccines.   https://static.lifeserver.net/709b1e30a292a046243572436ad0600c/index.html?clickTag=https%3A%2F%2Fservedby.lifeserver.net%2Fcl.php%3Fbannerid%3D80884%26zoneid%3D8553%26sig%3D7a963ec7211d5cb7d678ac605ed0f50ff09fadf55108019445ee8f19cc286ebc%26oadest%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fbit.ly%252F3hm5Nxs

“You’re not being told the truth,” said Michael Yeadon, former Pfizer Vice President and Chief Scientist Worldwide for Respiratory Pharmacology and Toxicology, who is now the Chief Scientific Advisor for the Truth for Health Foundation. “Thinking about this, I try to imagine that I was speaking to my own young adult daughters, for whom I would be very concerned if they got these vaccines.”

Yeadon cited studies dating back to 2012 that warn of potential reproductive hazards of lipid nanoparticles that are used in COVID shots.

Both Moderna’s and Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines use specialized nanoparticle lipids or lipoproteins as carriers for their main ingredient – unstable mRNA protein that causes cells to produce the notorious coronavirus spike protein and elicit an immune response. These are the molecules that required the extremely low temperatures to preserve stability of the lipid encasing the fragile mRNA.

Accumulation in reproductive organs

German researchers reported in their paper published nine years ago, “Accumulation of nanocarriers in the ovary: A neglected toxicity risk?,” that there is a “potential toxicity risk of all nanoscaled drug delivery systems” and an accumulation of different microscopic carrier molecules in rodent ovaries. Their research involved injection of lipid “nanocarriers,” including some with an ingredient common to both Pfizer’s and Moderna’s mRNA COVID vaccines: polyethylene glycol.

Instead of loading the carriers with drugs or mRNA, the researchers from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics and the University of Regensburg loaded the nanocarriers with a fluorescent dye they could trace. They reported a “high local accumulation of nanoparticles” in “specific locations of the ovaries” in all mice and rats treated with five different nanocarrier drug delivery systems of different sizes.

Remained in ovaries 25 days later

The fluorescence intensity was detectable in ovaries just two hours after injection and increased within ovaries after 24 hours and remained constant at a high level over several days. A bright fluorescence signal was detectable even 25 days after injection, they reported.

The German researchers warned that this accumulation in ovaries may alert to an “important toxicity issue in humans,” but they did not know. Perhaps, it “might as well open a new field of targeted ovarian therapies,” they reported and concluded that further study was necessary to discover the unknown impact of the phenomenon. — Article continues below Petition — PETITION: No to mandatory vaccination for the coronavirus 1056203 have signed the petition.Let’s get to 1100000! Pfizer’s unpublished data

These findings confirm a Pfizer “biodistribution study” of its lipid nanoparticle carrier system in lab animals which showed that the vaccine nanocarrier molecules leave the muscle site of injection, enter blood circulation, and then accumulate in organs and tissues, including the spleen, bone marrow, the liver, adrenal glands, and especially the ovaries.

The biodistribution study looked only at the nanoparticle carrier proteins and did not include the vaccine ingredient mRNA, which presumably would be delivered inside the carrier in the real world experiment and trigger production of spike protein in the cell it lands in, as intended.

Thalidomide disaster

“We never, ever give experimental treatments to pregnant women,” said Yeadon, pointing to the Thalidomide disaster, in which doctors gave women a drug in the 1950s and 1960s to treat nausea in pregnancy, resulting in thousands of children being born with severe deformities, including malformed organs, leading to death, shortened limbs, and missing fingers and toes.

“Thalidomide taught everyone a lesson. Now we know harms can happen, and so we’ve spent the last 60 years being really careful,” said Yeadon.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends all current experimental COVID vaccines, which have been granted Emergency Use Authorization only and are still in human clinical trials for another year at least, for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

Yeadon called government promotion of the vaccines to pregnant women and young women of reproductive age “stupid and reckless.”

“When they say they’re safe, you must know they don’t know that. They’ve not been around long enough for them to possibly evaluate.”

Yeadon, who has served as consultant to over 30 biotech companies and founded his own biotech company that later was sold to pharmaceutical giant Novartis, cited other research showing that the spike protein from the coronavirus, which all the current vaccines are based on, has similarities to human proteins that could induce autoimmune reactions, including reactions affecting fertility.

Data showing that 15 pregnant women who were vaccinated developed three-fold higher levels of antibodies against their own placentas was dismissed and hidden by the vaccine industry and public health, he said.

‘Do not take these vaccines

The risks of ingredients in the COVID vaccines to fertility are too well documented to have been simply ignored, Yeadon suggested. “Do not take these vaccines,” he warned. “There’s a severe risk to your ability to conceive and carry a baby to term. Worse, these are deliberate acts which I believe whoever is doing it is lying about it to hide it and they’re smearing people who are trying to warn you. Who do you trust?”

Menstrual irregularities

The research cited by Yeadon could explain the tens of thousands of reports of menstrual irregularities, hundreds of reported miscarriages, and other reproductive issues following vaccines which have been reported to adverse event reporting systems worldwide.

This week, the U.K. Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) ruled that there was ‘no evidence’ that the 30,304 reactions reported to the Yellow Card system relating to a variety of menstrual disorders from women who had received one of the three COVID vaccines currently approved for use in the U.K. were in any way related to the injections.

Toxic effects

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet, an independent physician specializing in reproductive hormones impact on general health and co-founder of the Truth for Health Foundation, pointed to another study, this one from 2018, in which researchers again warned of the reproductive toxicity of nanoparticles.

“Indeed, studies have shown that NPs [nanoparticles] are likely to have toxic effects on many organs, such as the brain, liver, and lungs, which are the most studied target organs,” the Chinese researchers reported in their paper, titled “Potential adverse effects of nanoparticles on the reproductive system.” “Only recently, attention has been directed toward the reproductive toxicity of nanomaterials.”

The study reviews literature showing that nanoparticles can pass through the blood–testis barrier, placental barrier, and barriers protecting reproductive tissues, and then accumulate in reproductive organs.

The accumulation of nanoparticles damages organs (testis, epididymis, ovary, and uterus) by destroying specific cells, leading to reproductive organ dysfunction that adversely affects sperm and eggs and may disrupt the ovarian cycle. “In addition, NPs can disrupt the levels of secreted hormones, causing changes in sexual behavior,” according to the researchers.

“It’s not just sexual behavior,” said Vliet, who has practiced climacteric medicine focusing on reproductive health and the impact of hormones on general health for 35 years. “It’s the health and optimal function of every organ in our body.”

The review paper cited earlier German research on nanocarriers but also looks at dozens of studies of other nanoparticlized or microscopic molecules including graphene oxide, titanium dioxide and catalogues their negative impact on various aspects of reproduction.

Impacts reproductive systems of newborns

In one 2015 study referenced, researchers injected a PEG polymer into rat puppies and concluded that “neonatal exposure to PEG-b-PLA might affect the development and function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis (HPO), and thereby alter functions of the reproductive system in adult female rats.” In other words, newborns exposed to these nanoparticles did not develop normal reproductive systems.

LNP-driven safety parameters

Other studies by the vaccine industry have raised safety concerns over lipid nanoparticles (LPN). One 2018 study by researchers from COVID vaccine-makers Moderna and AstraZeneca UK and three other pharmaceutical companies looked at the safety of modified mRNA formulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) after repeated intravenous infusion to rats and monkeys.

It described “primary safety-related findings” that were “mainly LNP driven.” These included increased hematopoiesis (production of blood components) in the liver, spleen, and bone marrow (rats) and “minimal hemorrhage in the heart (monkeys).” Other safety-related findings in the rat included “changes in the coagulation parameters at all doses, as well as liver injury,” and in the monkey, “splenic necrosis” and “lymphocyte depletion were observed.”

There is no evidence that the vaccine manufacturers looked at the effects of the LPN (or mRNA) on reproductive organs or function. The researchers concluded: “Future work will be geared toward evaluating different routes of administration, the effects of chronic dosing, and the risk to juvenile animals, as juveniles may be particularly important in the setting of rare disease.”

Two years was not a long time to answer all of the questions raised in the study about the long-term potential effects of modified mRNA or LPN in juvenile animals – let alone humans. Yet the CDC currently promotes Pfizer’s experimental vaccine for all children over age 12 and for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

The Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine was approved for 12 to 17-year-olds this week by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) of the United Kingdom.

Moderna and Pfizer did not reply to questions and requests for comment from LifeSiteNews before publication.

WASHINGTON D.C. (LifeSiteNews) – A newly released report has highlighted ex-cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s relationship with communist China as he worked closely with one of China’s largest private energy companies to promote Vatican relations with China.

Hunter Biden worked as a “managing director” of the Chinese company.https://static.lifeserver.net/709b1e30a292a046243572436ad0600c/index.html?clickTag=https%3A%2F%2Fservedby.lifeserver.net%2Fcl.php%3Fbannerid%3D80860%26zoneid%3D8553%26sig%3D4bcafb9f345527403cd75f0470c90aee82fc0467853ff4baf47865aeddd6acf3%26oadest%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fbit.ly%252F3hm5Nxs

In an August 11 report, online newspaper The National Pulse (TNP) reported a link between disgraced ex-cardinal McCarrick and CEFC China Energy, a private energy company, which in 2014 was among the top 10 largest private companies in China.

Allegations that CEFC , founded by the now-missing tycoon Ye Jianming, had links to China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) have been supported by mainstream media outlets.

TNP reported that McCarrick spoke at a number of CEFC events, “including the New York Forum on World Civilizations in 2012 and Sino-US Colloquium on Core Values and World Order in 2013.”

Pope and Chinese Communist president very similar: McCarrick

Demonstrating the reputation McCarrick enjoyed with the CEFC, his speech at the 2013 meeting was reproduced in full in the CEFC’s “China Eye” journal. The speech, entitled “How to get to know other people?”, began with the words: “It is a special pleasure to be back with the China Energy Fund.”

McCarrick called for a “very special” relationship between Christianity and “the huge, extraordinary population of China,” before comparing the relationship between Communist China and its president to that between the Catholic Church and the Pope.

“The doctrines of Catholics and the Communist doctrine” both depend on “some basic principles,” stated McCarrick, adding that “they are not necessarily the same principles.”

The required loyalty to those principles was the reason for desiring a further unity between the Church and Communist China, the then-cardinal declared.

Comparing the Pope to the Chinese president, McCarrick said that both men have as “their job…to discern how these doctrines are applicable today.”

subscribe to our daily headlines US Canada Catholic

“We are doing that now with the new pope, and you were doing it with the new president, and I see interesting connections,” he added.

McCarrick’s comments, aligning Pope Francis with President Xi Jinping – who assumed office within one day of each other in March 2013 – continued to make the case for increased Vatican-China relations, as he outlined the similarities between Francis and Xi:

So they are both people who are willing to talk to the ordinary people, to those who are not in government, and they are also willing to look at society in a new way. The Holy Father continues to talk about reforming the different parts of the Church; President Xi talks very often, as far as I read, in reforming part of the government, reforming the way that power is exercised and the way that it is shared with the different agencies.

And each of them has a new vision, so that not only is our world faced with a large Christianity of more than a billion and a large China of more than a billion, but these great masses of human beings, brothers and sisters all, they share this new vision and, and I have to put it into words, this is where the difficulty comes.

The dialogue begins by people talking to each other, and I think that is where the Catholic Church has to be now, and that is where China has to continue to be now.

The now disgraced and laicized prelate hinted that the CEFC meetings were a stage in the process of  the Vatican uniting with China, saying that “the world needs people to work together, and I think this is what the China Energy Fund is all about, this is what our meetings are about.”

In addition, McCarrick expressed the hope that the CEFC would be the instrument through which President Xi and Pope Francis would one day meet. — Article continues below Petition — PETITION: Urge Catholic bishops to refuse Holy Communion to pro-abortion Biden 48716 have signed the petition.Let’s get to 50000! McCarrick implicated in Vatican ‘selling out the Catholic Church in China’

McCarrick, laicized in February of 2019 with no possibility for appeal because of his sexual misconduct, was recently charged with sexually assaulting a teenage boy in the 1970s and faces trial.

The former cardinal has been described by former Apostolic Nuncio to the USA Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, as “one of the main proponents of the secret agreement with China.”

This deal was the 2018 concordat between the Vatican and China, described by Cardinal Zen, Bishop Emeritus of Hong Kong, as “the Vatican …  selling out the Catholic Church in China.” The deal was renewed in the autumn of 2020.

In his explosive 2018 testimony, Viganò said that McCarrick had hinted that he was a bridge between the Vatican and China, recalling how the ex-cardinal had even confided to him in 2013 that he was going to China the next day.

That was not the then-cardinal’s first trip; he was a regular visitor to China. As the Catholic News Agency reported in 2018:

Over 20 years, Archbishop McCarrick traveled to China on at least eight occasions, sometimes staying in a state-controlled Beijing seminary, often serving as an unofficial bridge between the Vatican and Chinese government-appointed bishops until 2016.

Prior to allegations of sexual abuse and harassment becoming public this summer, the former cardinal had been an outspoken proponent of a deal between Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Church under Pope Francis, according to Chinese reports.

‘I see a lot of things happening that would really open many doors because President Xi and his government are concerned about things that Pope Francis is concerned about,’ McCarrick told The Global Times in an exclusive interview in Feb. 2016. The interview quoted McCarrick as saying that the similarities between Pope Francis and Xi Jinping could be ‘a special gift for the world’.

The influential cardinal enjoyed the trust and friendship of Pope Francis, and was once  described as Pope Francis’s “American kingmaker.”

In fact, McCarrick’s own letters reveal that his missions to China were conducted with the knowledge and approval of the Vatican.

“I leave for China on Thursday the 27th…,” he wrote to his former personal secretary, Monsignor Anthony Figueiredo in 2014.

“I am sure that [Secretary of State] Cardinal Parolin would see me since he is involved with my China trip.”

The latest revelations concerning McCarrick’s relationship with China lend credibility to allegations that he is in part responsible for the secretive Vatican-China deal. In an op-ed published recently on LifeSiteNews, Jason Scott Jones wrote: “McCarrick is a master coverup artist. After decades of serial sexual abuse, he had dozens, perhaps hundreds of fellow clerics keeping mum for him. How might such a man go about paving the way for a secret Vatican-China deal over the course of 20 years?”

McCarrick, the Bidens, and China

The National Pulse report also highlights the role which McCarrick may have played in fostering relations between China and the United States of America.

In January 2013 at an CEFC event held at the U.N. Headquarters in New York, McCarrick gave a speech on the “Mystery of Dialogue.” Referring to China and the USA, the then-cardinal declared that “dialogue and exchange between the two civilizations in the era of globalization will be pivotal to promote communications and understanding, leading to a new harmonious relationship based on mutual respect and appreciation.”

In both of the 2013 speeches referenced in this report, McCarrick singled out for praise the CEFC’s Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General, Dr. Patrick Ho. Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, described Ho as “the …  spy chief of China” in audio files obtained by The National Pulse last year.

In the 2018 emails found on his now infamous laptop, Hunter Biden claimed that he was the “Managing Director” of CEFC. LifeSiteNews’ analysis of Biden’s laptop and emails suggests that he could have assisted Chinese espionage efforts through his business dealings and other activity linked to his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden.

Additional emails indicated that Hunter Biden could have had business connections even with President Xi. Hunter’s emails and audio recordings also testify to his close connection to “spy chief” Patrick Ho.

Such links between the Biden family and President Xi could have been strengthened by McCarrick himself, his personal correspondence suggests. The much anticipated McCarrick Report released last November contains letters that indicate the  ex-cardinal had close relationships with then Vice-President Joe Biden and President Obama.

These letters, written by McCarrick, attest to the “good” relationship he enjoyed with “the new Vice President of the United States.” McCarrick even offered Apostolic Nuncio Sambi the opportunity to dine with Biden at his residence.

As McCarrick faces court proceedings in a matter of days, the unseen influence he had on the Catholic Church, as well as on American politics, continues to be unearthed alongside his history of sexual misconduct.

Cdl. Müller speaks out in defense of Polish priest sued by Germany for ‘hate speech’

WARSAW, Poland  (LifeSiteNews) — Cardinal Gerhard Müller has spoken in defense of Father Dariusz Oko, the Polish priest who was fined by a German court for condemning homosexual predators in the Church.

In an interview he gave last week to Paweł Lisicki from the Polish newspaper Do Rzeczy, Cardinal Müller, a former prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, said he was ashamed that in his home country (Germany) it is again possible “that a Polish scholar could be convicted for incitement to hatred for publishing a factual report.” The whole text of the interview can be read in English at the end of this article.

Müller was referring to a recent lawsuit filed by Germany against Oko, a Polish priest who has published works about homosexual lobbies within the Church. The author of “With the Pope Against Homoheresy” has been charged by a German Court with “incitement to hatred” for an article he wrote about homosexual clerical abuse, following a complaint by Fr. Wolfgang Rothe, a pro-LGBT priest in Germany.

The Cologne District Court claimed that Oko’s article, entitled “On the need to curb homosexual cliques in the Church,” constituted “incitement to hatred” against homosexual people. The court demanded that Oko pay a fine of 4,800 euros or serve 120 days in jail, according to Polish magazine Wprost. The court reportedly charged Fr. Johannes Stöhr, the editor-in-chief of  Theologisches, as well. Oko has already appealed, and a trial is expected.

Müller drew a parallel between the lawsuit against Oko and the persecution of Polish intellectuals during the time of Poland’s occupation by Nazi Germany, saying that this case should “sound alarm bells amongst historically educated people.” He mentioned “a certain lawyer who, as a so-called ‘governor-general’ sent all of Krakow’s professors to the concentration camps.” This is undoubtedly a reference to Hans Frank, also known as “the butcher of Poland,” who became the governor-general of Nazi-occupied Poland in 1939.

The cardinal also praised Oko’s for speaking out against homo-heresy in the Church and described Oko’s work as “a courageous act that deserves the respect of all decent people.”

He went on to echo the priest-professor’s words and condemned the criminal acts of “individuals who live in the Church but protect themselves behind the shield of impunity afforded by their office,” adding that these individuals “are leading numerous young men to their doom.” — Article continues below Petition — SIGN THE PETITION: Bishops, please stop Fr. The cardinal also pointed out the hypocrisy of the German court system, arguing that courts never react when thousands of innocent priests are gratuitously being called “child molesters” as these attacks fall under the category of “freedom of expression.”

“Have we come back to the point where the guilty are protected and the innocent punished?” Müller asked.

Cardinal Gerhard F. Müller for an interview with Paweł Lisicki of “Do Rzeczy”

Warsaw, August 9, 2021

Lisicki: Your Eminence, after the publication of an article in the magazine Theologisches, the district court of Cologne filed against its author, priest-professor Dariusz Oko, a criminal warrant imposing a fine of 4,800 euros. The alternative is that he can serve 120 days in prison. He is not the only man condemned. On the same day, July 27, 2021, the court handed down a similar decision against the magazine‘s editor-in-chief, 90-year-old priest-professor Fr. Johannes Stöhr. […] Both are charged with inciting hatred. In Poland, the news was hard to believe at first, as it constitutes a direct attack on freedom of expression and a clear example of ideological censorship. What do you make of this decision, Your Eminence?

Card. Müller: As a German, I am ashamed that it is again possible in my homeland that a Polish scholar could be convicted of so-called “incitement to hatred” on the basis of a factual report. In connection with the Polish scholar from Krakow, alarm bells should sound immediately, especially for historically educated people, who will remember with horror a certain “lawyer” who, as a so-called “governor general,” sent all of Krakow’s professors to concentration camps.

Prof. Oko’s essay is a scientific documentation of serious crimes committed against young men and boys by high-ranking clerics including ex-Cardinal McCarrick. Either these judges have not read the essay, or they are incapable of judging it with scientific criteria, or they do not realize the criminal nature of certain acts committed by some individuals who live in the Church but hide themselves behind the shield of impunity afforded by their office and are leading numerous young men to their doom. To condemn these crimes with harsh words is not “incitement to hatred” but a courageous act that deserves the respect of all decent people.

The significance of the crimes mentioned in the essay must not be watered down under the pretext that the perpetrators were active homosexuals who might feel insulted if called child molesters everyday, but no court or press organ ever reacts to that. Have we come back to the point where the guilty are protected and the innocent punished? Especially considering that attacks against Catholic clergymen and even calls for violence against them are allowed to take place under the pretense of freedom of expression.

L: Some German journalists, for example at the Sueddeutsche Zeitung, support this decision. They believe that, in this way, the court protects society from hatred. What is your opinion on this, Your Eminence? Why does the German public seem to be so passive? Why are there no signs of resistance?

CM: Of course, so-called German journalists are happy when Poles are attacked. Instead of thanking the Poles and Hungarians for overthrowing totalitarian Soviet communism, European politicians and lawyers are bullying these people who have endured so much suffering for their love of freedom, because of the alleged threat to European values, but they give the worst kind of dictators a free pass in order to do business with them.

Usually, these opinion leaders don’t really value Christianity, but fortunately for us they are against “the grave sin of hatred.” Yet by making absurd accusations of hatred against the non-existent group of homosexuals, they only reveal their own hatred of Catholic Poland. These moralists should spend time studying the history of the four Polish partitions and the hatred of the Prussians and the Nazis against the Poles before acting as senior teachers of their Slavic neighbors.

L: In the article, Professor Oko referred to homosexual clergy as “a colony of parasites,” “a cancer,” and a “homosexual plague,” among other things. He spoke about “homo ideology” and “homo-heresy.” In his text, Father Oko also wrote that the Church should set up “a whole system for the protection of ‘defenseless adults’ who have become, or could become, victims of homosexual predators in cassocks.”  Isn’t this language too strong? That is the most important accusation against him. Or do we have to clearly condemn the evil?

CM: A court cannot mandate the use of a watered down or benign language when it comes to the scientific analysis of the worst crimes and gravest sins. When ecclesiastical superiors corrupt young people, it warrants using the language of Christ, who threatens the corrupters of youth with damnation if they do not repent. Secular courts are there to bring criminals to justice, not those who call the misdeeds by their name.

L: After the publication of the article, Father Wolfgang F. Rothe from Munich, a priest committed to the rights of homosexuals in the church, reported  Oko and Stöhr to the public prosecutor’s office in Cologne for incitement to hatred. This is quite shocking for Polish readers. Is homo-heresy then so strong in Germany?

CM: Anyone in St. Pölten who knows his history knows how the slogan goes: Stop the thief. How trained lawyers can let themselves be instrumentalized by such nonsense remains a mystery to every reasonable person. The aforementioned essay calls no one to hatred or violence against innocent people, but on the contrary, it calls for the protection of innocent young men from superiors who deliberately and skillfully abuse the trust of others in order to selfishly satisfy their wrong inclinations. Anyone who, under the pretext of the legal protection of minorities, trivializes crimes committed by certain individuals, is much worse than the ones dragged to court for denouncing said crimes.

L: Is it still allowed to criticize homosexuals in Germany? Or are we dealing with a gay cult?

CM: As long as the human right to freedom of religion and conscience is still recognized in Germany, we as Christians will defend the human dignity also of those with homoerotic feelings, and at the same time fearlessly proclaim the commandments of God: that the right to life is to be granted to all and under all circumstances including in the embryonic state, that active euthanasia is a mortal sin, that marriage consists of husband and wife, and that sexual union has its place only in a legitimate marriage alone. But even if we Catholics are persecuted again, as we once were during the Kulturkampf of Bismarck or during the struggle of the Church under the Third Reich, or if we are punished with fines and prison sentences under the disguise of the law, the truth remains the truth. No parliament or court can declare injustice a right or put the will to power above the natural moral law recognized by reason.

L: To what extent has the sexual revolution changed the Church and society in the West, especially in Germany?

CM: We’re dealing with an opposition between a nihilistic and a God-related image of man. According to the Catholic faith, marriage is of the highest moral and spiritual value. To pretend that the meaning of life is only money and power, or “sex”, where sexual drive is degraded and deprived of personal love, is a direct contradiction of the Christian image of man that has shaped the culture of Europe. Without Christianity, a Europe built solely on economic power and the consumption of material goods has no future.

As a German, I am ashamed that it is again possible in my homeland that a Polish scholar could be convicted of so-called “incitation to hatred” on the basis of a factual report.

L: What should happen now? The penalty order is not yet final, and the defendant’s lawyer has already filed an appeal. But how should Catholics behave? Do you believe that the German bishops will also take a stand, Your Eminence?

CM: One can wait a long time for the German bishops. But Prof. Oko’s work should quickly be translated into German. Even though only a few Germans can read Polish, there are still millions of decent German citizens of all Christian denominations and also of non-Christians who have not bowed their knees to Baal, the idol of perverse thought, who still have a moral discernment and who are ashamed of this grave injustice inflicted on a Polish scholar.
