Pope Francis. A pope of rupture. A pope for ecology. Inimical to capitalism, but compassionate to the poor and the migrant.

The gay friendly pope. Lenient with divorcees, but hostile to traditionalists and conservatives.

The reformer of the corrupt Roman curia, the destroyer of sexual abuse perpetrated by clerics…

Or rather the pope of paradoxes?

It is with Bayer-Monsanto and BP that Francis hopes to save the planet, with Bank of America as well as Big Pharma’s own Merck and Johnson & Johnson he fancies conjuring up an ethical capitalism.

Would he be then more like the pope of a new marketing logic?

As it happens, it is precisely in the name of defending the environment, inclusivity, equity or social justice, that the corporate ‘stakeholders’ of the global governance are trying to enforce their agenda — which is nothing less than converting the whole planet and every human dwelling on its surface as assets tradable on the stock market.

Bergoglio, in that respect, is a case study

In the wake of Davos’ World Economic Forum (WEF), he has restructured the Vatican as a spokesperson of the global governance.

Meanwhile, the policymakers of this very governance, since they are no longer willing to exploit the consumerist lust for happiness of the mass, but would now rather bet on coercion, have wrought a new marketing strategy.

They hide their old endless yearning for power behind a fresh storytelling: the need to part radically with individualistic, energy intensive, neoliberal capitalism. The global elite accumulates all the goods they are still short of, confiscates civil liberties and concentrates all the power in its own hands, however this coup is staged within a new narrative concerned about climate change and biodiversity, dedicated to the common good, hostile to individual freedom, and negative when it comes to free market. Otherwise stated: communitarian. As a matter of fact, Francis’ message to the world epitomizes this new kind of ‘responsible capitalism’ PR. To every single catchword.

The pope of lockdowns, contact tracking, forced medical experiments and segregation

Pope Francis emerged, at the end of winter 2020, as one of the major public voices in favor of the so-called sanitary restrictions that were implemented around the globe at the time by national public health agencies and governments, in accordance with the WHO’s guidance.

When, to the great dismay of many Catholics, governments began to outlaw religious gatherings, the pope didn’t lose time to add all his own clout to these policies.

For the first time in history, a Successor of Peter, together in this with the secular powers, forbad Catholics to go to Mass, nor to any other ceremony, even Easter Vigil, calling for people to stay ‘obedient’ to their governments’ lockdown measures.

The few bishops, such as Bp Schneider, who dared to oppose these restrictions would get scolded or ignored —as they were conservatives whose words were easy to spurn in the eyes of mainstream media.

For instance, Abp Viganò was quick to expose publicly this collusion between the present papacy and the corporate global governance, but mainstream medias made sure his message wouldn’t get through.

His Polish predecessor’s favorite phrase had been ‘Be not afraid’, but the Argentinian pope had no qualm joining his voice to the choir of all those who sung, like the former British health secretary Hancock or his French counterpart Véran, the antiphon composed by ‘health experts’: Be afraid! An antiphon which verse could have been: Until we have a vaccine, we have no other option to curb the infection rate than XI Jinping’s brand-new approach.

In November 2020, Francis took upon himself to defend the Chinese tactic from the general public’s skepticism in the so very consensual New York Times:

‘As if measures that governments must impose for the good of their people constitute some kind of political assault on autonomy or personal freedom!’ People are stuck in home detention, families can’t be reunited, collective rites are banished, elderlies die in isolation, family business are wrecked, thousands of youngsters are pushed to commit suicide, but it’s for their own good. The few governments that dare not to give in to panic, and would not comply with the directives from the CCP and the WHO, were severely chastised by Bergoglio as: ‘governments that shrugged off the painful evidence of mounting deaths, with inevitable, grievous consequences.’

Since then, he has become the staunch advocate of the universal genetic experimentation campaign known as vaccination.

Not a word on the success of early treatments trialed in poor countries. Not a word on the extremely low lethality of SARS-CoV2.

And, of course, not a word on the highly experimental nature of the injections concocted by Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson.

Again, Bergoglio falters not one iota from the official narrative relentlessly hammered within the mainstream medias: the world is confronted with a daunting threat; stay home or at least practice ‘social distancing’, abide contact tracking and wear a mask; universal vaccination is the one and only road to salvation.

In his interview book Oltre la tempesta, Francis, along with MSM and politicians, preaches the public to ‘Believe in science.’ The Successor of Peter sets his faith and hope into the triumphant announcements of Pfizer or Moderna, just as his predecessors would have done with the articles of the Christian Creed: ‘We need to regain our hope and faith in science today: thanks to the vaccine, we shall slowly find back our way to the light.’

We cannot, even for a second, presume that he chose this wording ‘faith and hope’ by accident. Out of the mouth of a pope, such words can only refer to the first two Christian virtues known as the theological virtues.

Francis exerts all his clout to foster the global policy implemented by (more or less) all the G20 governments (and quite a few more). Like the other heads of state, he wishes to enforce on every human a genetic experimentation, be that through marketing, blackmail or simple coercion.

In a famous video, the pope doesn’t refrain from describing the injection as a ‘moral duty’, and even as an ‘act of love’ (the third theological virtue, as it happens). The potential dangerousness of the said injections doesn’t seem to worry him in the least. Nor what the outcome might be for the children, since he wishes to see them all getting the injection, even the very young ones. And the Vatican has now a vaccine mandate.

Even more surprising: the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith —the former Holy Inquisition— published a document in order to remove any reluctance the faithful might have felt to the idea of being injected with a product developed from cells derived from aborted human fetuses. Rome, thus, and all the episcopal conferences in the rest of the world, in order to conform with the official vaccinal orthodoxy preached by the likes of Bill Gates, did not back down from breaching a two thousand years taboo of Catholic orthodoxy on abortion. Because of the public health emergency. Again, Francis had only to deal with a handful of dissenting bishops.

It is no surprise then that Francis is very much in favor of the health passport. He imposed the said passeport within the Vatican territory and within some seminaries. Furthermore, as I mentioned, the genetic experimental injection is now compulsory at the Vatican. In its wake, some zealous dioceses, notably in Canada, have begun to require proof of ‘vaccination’ from churchgoers. The blackmail, violation of privacy, digital universal surveillance and social segregation that the health passport implies don’t seem to bother very much our Argentinian pontiff.

A pope to the global partnership

Is this simply another example of an institution swimming with the stream? After all, the pope is merely singing the same tune as all the other Western heads of state. But there is more to it: Francis Bergoglio sees himself as an active partner of the great social and economic upheaval instigated by the global governance in the wake of the CoVid crisis, and advertised by the WEF under the ‘Great Reset’ brand name.

As it happens, this global governance is supposed to gather the world’s public and private ‘stakeholders’ inside a ‘partnership’. The latter, which is more like a subservience of the state to the corporate global elite, is meant to allow the technocratic managerial ruling class to decide the planet’s future afar from any democratic process. This is what they call the Global Public-Private Partnership (GPPP or G3P).

‘Stakeholder capitalists’ as they fancy calling themselves represent the senior partners. Basically, these are mainly the financial and Info Tech complex, that is to say the finance industry (BlackRock, Vanguard and the SIFI international investment banks) in collusion with Info Tech (Big Tech), under the clout of the central banks (BIS, Fed, ECB and BoE), while good old Big Oil carries on standing in the background. All of those consider themselves to be responsible for global public common good in a decisive and vital way.

These CEOs and chairmen are the real policymakers.

The junior partners are the governments and their respective state apparatus (with the exception of China which holds a specific position in the food chain). States are some kind of ‘middle-management’ to the global corporate oligopoly… The global governance also relies heavily on international institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, WTO or OECD, NGOs such as the WHO, and, of course, the main private NPOs such as the Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust or Rockefeller Foundation…

And then come the stakeholders’ global assemblies (for want of a better word), among which the Vatican looks forward to hold rank. The task of these particular NPOs is to think over the agenda conducted by the senior partners, and to coordinate the decisions of those in charge of implementing the policies derived from this agenda. Right now, the main one is undoubtedly the World Economic Forum (WEF), whose lifelong chairman Klaus Schwab managed over time the Davos Forum to become the inescapable ‘hub’ of the said global partnership. Contrarily to the low-profile clubs such as the central banker’s Group of Thirty, the public-private Bilderberg Group and Trilateral Commission, or the older Chatham House and Council for Foreign Relation, the WEF takes on with a lot of publicity the mission which it is endowed with, by virtue of the stakeholders it serves.

The global governance does not need to hide any longer. Actually, the WEF is in charge of its public relation, and is therefore at the helm of a huge marketing campaign designed to push ‘civil society’ to welcome the governance new policies: the Great Reset and the subsequent 4^th Industrial Revolution. Upon the wreckages left by the COVID crisis and thanks to the narrow ‘window of opportunity’ the latter offers, stakeholder capitalistswill be able to implement a new ‘responsible capitalism’ transcending both Keynesianism and Neoliberalism. Or so they say.

This glorious future, dreamed by the stakeholders for ‘those who are nothing’, as French president and WEF’s Young Global Leaders Macron likes to say, is genially described by WEF own Ida Auken now famous words as an era where you ‘own nothing, have no privacy and life has never been better’

Such a paradisiac lifestyle will be generously endowed to the plebeians by the great financial cartel in control of the multinational corporations’ oligopoly.

The latter will exploit a global captive market, after the planned disappearance of most of the independent small companies. Such an absolute concentration of wealth and power in the hand of the technocratic elite will be achieved for good when fully controlled digital currencies, digitalization of manufactured objects (IoT: Internet of Things) and digitalization of human activities (IoB: Internet of Bodies) are implemented, allowing for continuous human data-mining through blockchain technology.

That’s why this new era will entail the complete ending of our privacy to the benefit of total digital surveillance. In this ideal future, humans will be locked up in ‘smart —but sustainable— cities’ to fight climate change and defend biodiversity. They will eat synthetic but eco-responsible food (produced by our eco-friendly agro-business giants), and they will welcome the modifications allowing them to become ‘augmented’…

This planetary coup, which could also be summarized as the grab and monetization of every natural good, is to be rolled out —needless to say— for ‘our own good.’ Hence, the governances’ insistence on establishing a responsible, ethical net-zero, ‘green’ capitalism, willing to give everyone its chance in life, and ready to offer optimal health for everyone. This is how the gigantic financial and industrial corporations, whose infinite greed has so for made such a good job at methodically destroying the planet and ruin our health, intend to seize —so they are better protected of course— the last ‘assets’ (as they call them) that escape them (green plan to transform the global financial system). Our bodies, our freedoms and the ‘commons’…

Well, the Vatican, as I mentioned, is really keen to hold its rank among the stakeholders’ global assemblies, under the aegis of the financial titans such as BlackRock, along with the WEF or the Chatham House. But with a subtle ‘religious’ and ethical dimension adorned by a venerable heritage. Such a prestigious patina is more than ‘bankable’ in the eyes of all these technocrats standing on the cutting edge of modernity. Very much like the ‘Mindfull Meditation’ popularized by Jon Kabta Zinn, since blessed by the Davos managerial elite. Francis is able to grant the latter an ethical guarantee that is both televisual and ancient.

These are assets the global governance is not willing to disdain, just as much as it doesn’t disdain the prestige of showbiz celebrities. Francis doesn’t quite compare with Davos’ figures such as Leonardo Di Caprio or Greta Thunberg, but he enjoys some kind of planetary popularity, notably outside his Church. To be sure, Catholicism is going through a sharp decline, even in its African or Latin-American past strongholds, within which Evangelical Churches are leaving deep dents. However, the pope remains the one and only religious leader whose clout extends to the entire world. No other religion is able to boast about such a global leadership. Thanks to an amiable papacy, the global governance is able to reach out to the entire world from the height of the See of Peter (and at least to what remains of the Catholic flock). I bet Klaus Schwab, who sees himself as the vicar of the world elite’s parish, appreciates.

The pope of the Great Reset

In addition to his role as a moral guarantee, Francis — but not quite as raucously — plays the same part in the game as poor Greta Thunberg with whom the Davos Forum likes to show up. In the same fashion as her, the present pope is a staunch critic of the actual economic system, and a champion for a net-zero sustainable world. As I mentioned, this is precisely the kind of narrative that the global policymakers, such as BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, have decided to highjack in order to sell us the great transformation they wish to implement.

Unsurprisingly, the Vatican is tightly linked with the international financial world: since 2006, the APSA (Amministrazione del Patrimonio della Sede Apostolica, the entity in charge of managing the Vatican’s huge stock exchange and real estate portfolios) could rely on Peter Sutherland as a Special Advisor. A loud champion of the ‘open border’ policy, he was also given to preside over the International Catholic Commission on Migrations from 2015 to his death in 2018. This father of globalisation was the GATT’s former chairman, then the WTO’s co-founder, but also a chairman of BP and Goldman Sachs, and needless to say a member of the WEF’s Foundation Board, among many other things…

Similarly, in 2021, Pope Francis appointed a WEF’s Agenda Contributor, the very Malthusian economist Jeffrey Sachs, to the same Pontifical Academy of Social Science (Jeffrey Sachs who happens to be the director of the Lancet’s Committee on CoViD and also to be a friend of Peter Daszak chair of Ecohealth-Alliance, whom Sachs nominated at the head of the Lancet commission on the origins of the pandemic, the same Daszak who supervised the financing of the coronavirus’ ‘Gain of Function’ research in Wuhan, because it’s indeed a small world).

As for Francis himself, the WEF was able to make use of his planetary image, since Francis sent no less than four times a message to the annual Davos Summit. Furthermore, a roundtable is presided at Davos by a Vatican delegate every year.

Again, he appears to be a faithful spokesperson of the WEF’s storytelling. He hopes to be one of the communicators of the great transition packaged by Klaus Schwab under the ‘Great Reset’ brand. The introduction of the encyclical Fratelli Tutti(October 2020) is quite telling in this respect:

‘…the Covid-19 pandemic unexpectedly erupted, exposing our false securities. Aside from the different ways that various countries responded to the crisis, their inability to work together became quite evident. For all our hyper-connectivity, we witnessed a fragmentation that made it more difficult to resolve problems that affect us all. Anyone who thinks that the only lesson to be learned was the need to improve what we were already doing, or to refine existing systems and regulations, is denying reality’.

According to Bergoglio, the crucial element of this mutation is precisely the establishment of such a global public-private partnership governance. In his 2021 message to the World Bank and IMF, framed with all the communitarian pathos, he states that the present genetic experimentation rollout opens a perfect window to this global partnership (devoid of too many democratic constraints):

‘we especially need a justly financed vaccine solidarity, for we cannot allow the law of the marketplace to take precedence over the law of love and the health of all.

“Here, I reiterate my call to government leaders, businesses and international organizations to work together in providing vaccines for all, especially for the most vulnerable and needy (Urbi et Orbi Message, Christmas Day 2020). It is my hope that in these days your formal deliberations and your personal encounters will bear much fruit for the discernment of wise solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable future. A future where finance is at the service of the common good, where the vulnerable and the marginalized are placed at the center, and where the earth, our common home, is well cared for.’

However, Bergoglio, in his encyclical Laudato Si’ of 2015, or in his message to the UN the same year For an Integral Ecology, relentlessly calls upon a stronger global governance, notably in face of climate change. This call to policymakers for a mobilization against global warming is an aspect of a more general denunciation of free market economy, along with the consumerism and commercial competition that are integral part of it. Again, this ‘progressive’ narrative is fully in line with the global elite’s agenda: consumerism and competition do not fit with a captive market in the hands of an oligopoly; while the climate or infectious threats that are supposed to be our current nemesis are the closing stage of the Westphalian nation-states’ history.

Quite logically, Francis calls upon the birth of a new world order out of the ruins left by the ‘pandemic’:

‘Let us all keep in mind that there is something worse than this crisis: the drama of wasting it. We cannot emerge from a crisis the same as before: we either come out better or we come out worse.’

It is difficult to fail to recognize the now familiar storytelling of the WEF’s chairman Klaus Schwab

‘The pandemic represents a rare window of opportunity rare to reflect, reimagine and reset our world.’

Furthermore, pope Francis joined the choir of world leaders (or ex leaders), Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, Justin Trudeau, Mark Rutte, Jacinda Ardern, Bill Gates, Tony Blair, Prince Harris, Antonio Gutteres, Obama, Hilary and Bill Clinton, Sadiq Khan, pleading to ‘build back better’ once the ‘pandemic’ is over. For instance, according to Francis, ‘The path to humanity’s salvation passes through the creation of a new model of development, which unquestionably focuses on coexistence among peoples in harmony with Creation’ (God and the World to Come), and, therefore, it passes through the policies advocated by global governance, such as Universal Basic Income (in the wake of the COVID crisis of course).

The pope of Bayer-Monsanto: a historical turning point

Internal crises are not a new thing to the papacy. Rome, for a long while, became a tool in the hands of power-hungry pontiffs filled with earthly ambitions, or on the contrary a tool in the hands of a prince in need of apostolical standing. The Holy See is known to have, once or twice, sought some rather embarrassing external help or compromise. In 1830, Pie VIII condemned the Polish Catholic insurgents to please the Czar.

In 1888, Leo XIII excommunicated Irish Catholic protestors to gain the favor of the British Empire. Since then, the Vatican would enter lengthy negotiations with Lenin, strike a deal with Mussolini and sign a concordat with Hitler… However, this is a turning point: never had the pope been tempted to embrace the ideologies of the regimes with whom he had pursued an arrangement. Never had the papacy been driven by the ambition to spread their agenda.

Today, nonetheless, an institution that proclaims its universal jurisdiction over Christians endeavor at the same time to become partner with a technocratic global governance thriving under the aegis of big corporations. Rome sees itself as some kind of ‘spiritual’ partner of the corporate elite aspiring to completely dominate the planet.

This affiliation to the global agenda was formally acknowledged when Lynn Forester de Rothschild launched the Council for Inclusive Capitalism with The Vatican, under the ‘guidance’ of pope Bergoglio and Cardinal Turkson.

Around the pope, and around the smaller fellowship of ‘Guardians for Inclusive Capitalism’, the Council gathers ‘world’s business and public sector leaders’, notably CEOs in search of a ‘sustainable’, ‘resilient’, ‘inclusive’, ‘responsible’, ‘equitable’ and ‘fair’ capitalism (I hope I didn’t miss a catchword), such as the CEOs of Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Bank of America, BP and Bayer-Monsanto (whose ethical and environmental expertise is recognized worldwide).

By their side, we find the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations chairmen, and the herald of the Net-Zero finance industry, the ubiquitous Mark Carney. The Council ‘is an historic collaboration of CEOs and global leaders inspired by the moral guidance of His Holiness Pope Francis. Ours is a moral and market imperative to make economies more inclusive and sustainable with a movement of bold, business-led actions that span the economic ecosystem.’

The founder and chairwoman of ‘The Council’ (as they say), Lynn Forester de Rothschild, herself managing partner of Inclusive Capital Partners, states that ‘Capitalism has created enormous global prosperity, but it has also left too many people behind, led to degradation of our planet, and is not widely trusted in society. This Council will follow the admonishment of Pope Francis to listen to “the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor” and answer society’s demands for a more equitable and sustainable model of growth.’ Unsurprisingly, their website (‘commitments’) is patterned along that of the seventeen UN’s and WEF’s Global Goals for 2030.

Our ‘inclusive capitalists’, in the wake of the WEF, hope to display a narrative that is intended to be perceived as ‘leftist’ or at least communitarian: they insist that modern big economical movers should be held accountable for their impact on the environment, notably about climate; for their choice to be inclusive with all kind of minorities; for their will to give everyone his chance; for what they do to welcome refugees… In the same fashion Francis, the smiling and benevolent fatherly figure of ‘responsible capitalism’, wishes to be perceived as the ‘green pope’, the gay friendly pope, a friend to the migrants, and a hardcore militant against climate change. In other words, pope Bergoglio is orchestrating a marketing campaign for the global governance’s agenda.

The same narrative —with all its catchwords— is displayed within the documents of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development created in 2016 with the merging of various other Roman commissions, and presided by the same Cardinal Turkson from the Council of Inclusive Capitalism. ‘The Dicastery […] expresses the Holy See’s concern for issues of justice and peace, including those related to migration, health, charitable works and the care of creation.’ Notably, the Dicastery is asked by the pope ‘to express the Church’s solicitude and care for the whole human family facing the COVID-19 pandemic.’ Indeed, since ‘The COVID-19 pandemic is the defining crisis of this generation.’ Thus, the Dicastery supervises ‘research and studies of the present COVID-19 epidemic and its related issues and to think about a post Covid-19 society and world, especially in areas of ecology, economics, labor, healthcare, politics, communications and security’ (vatican-covid-19).

The pope of the 4th Industrial Revolution and Transhumanism

With whom should we reflect on this future ‘post-Covid society and world’? Well, for instance, with the Roman NPO humanity2-0.org, ‘Developed’ by Father Philip Larrey,

‘Developed in collaboration with the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development at the Holy See and a consortium of leaders and luminaries, Humanity 2.0 seeks to unite humanity in the common cause of realizing a better world for our children’. And since

‘Humanity 2.0 is a vehicle for facilitating collaborative ventures between the traditionally siloed public, private and faith-based sectors,’ CEOs such as the ones of CISCO, Virgin or Publicis, have joined in to bless this partnership with their corporate power. No reference to Christianity on its website, watched by a figure of the Goddess Athena, but a brief quote from Thomas Aquinas.

Its chairman, Father Larrey, is a priest and the dean of Faculty of Philosophy at the Latran University, but also an apostle of the 4^th Industrial Revolution (actoninstitute.it), dear to the heart of Klaus Schwab. He is the author of Artificial Humanity, a book where he displays his faith in future Artificial Intelligence —as an entity endowed with real intelligence—, but hopes that it remains human.

Francis, while proclaiming his faith in what he believes to be tomorrow’s technology and AI in particular, seems to be quoting father Larrey almost ad verbatim, adding only his own personal communitarian tone. In a short videoclip, the pope invites Christians to

‘pray for a “human” AI.’ Because ‘robotics can make us a better world possible if it is joined to the common good. […] Let us pray that the progress of robotics and artificial intelligence may always serve humankind. We could say: may it “be human”.’

At the Davos Summit, but in the context of growing unemployment due to automation, he declared that ‘Artificial intelligence, robotics and other technological innovations must be so employed that they contribute to the service of humanity and to the protection of our common home, rather than to the contrary’ (Davos Forum 2018). We are not very far from the transhumanist creed advocated by its mainstream media spokespersons such as Yuval Noah Harari. AI might actually be dangerous, however for the plebs to be protected from its potential evils, we need the technocratic elite to be in charge …

Transhumanist ideology, notably its belief in the future advent of a Great Biodigital Convergence, is a key point of the 4th Industrial Revolution preached by the WEF.

The human and the machine will have to merge through data-mining, with the help of genome editing and digital implants, so that we can give birth to an ‘augmented human.’ The barrier between random biological entities and programmable digital technologies will be removed. The very idea of life as well as that of freedom are obsolete: life and notably the human soul are but extremely complex algorithms drawn from chemical and electromagnetic reactions. He who will master the data of these algorithms will thus be able to ‘hacker’ human beings, as Yuval Noah Harari puts it, in a speech delivered to his Davos masters in 2018. Furthermore, even the transhumanistic hope in an eternal life fulfilled through, either through cellular ageing prevention, either through “Whole Brain Emulation”, is starting to attract large investments from big companies. But, even with a lot of imagination, it seems rather difficult to reconcile these dreams with the teaching of Francis predecessors.

This didn’t stop Father Larrey presiding over two meetings given in Rome at the Tutonic College, along with Carlos Moreira and David Ferguson, under the patronage of a mysterious Elite Global Leaders Conference. Both Moreira and Ferguson are famous for being advocates of transhumanism, for having co-authored the Transhumancode, and created the oiste Think Tank which is part of the WEF’s galaxy. ‘For things to remain the same…’

How could the papacy transform itself so radically? It is a challenging question to the historian. The various ecclesiastical scandals with which Bergoglio is personally involved might provide us with the beginning of an explanation. This pope is known for covering up to the bitter end the crimes perpetrated by high prelates (McCarrick, Zanchetta, Maradiaga and many more), although all of them were facing grave and well documented accusations of sexual abuse or financial corruption, or even both. Only full public exposure made possible their dismissal. Bergoglio emerged as what he really is: a bureaucrat ready to protect his fellow collaborators at all price. On the other hand, it is the same man who was trying to please public opinion while strengthening Rome’s policy against sexual abuses committed by ordinary priests. Held by a strong esprit de corps, a decent communicator as are most modern top managers, he is always ready to spin himself out of trouble with a well-practiced storytelling.

Religious conservatives who are worried with the exposition of Pachamama statuettes in a church nearby the Vatican, need not to be. Such displays do not constitute a statement of syncretism nor of ecological neopaganism. No more than the loud public pledges to the ‘defense of the planet’, nor ‘against climate change,’ nor ‘in favor of the environment’ » staged by the financial or industrial stakeholders. Francis doesn’t worship Mother-Earth any more than his private sector partners, hellbent on a massive grab of what natural goods are left. This is pure spin.

However, the world is indeed changing and Rome is changing too. Clearly, the top of the Catholic hierarchy doesn’t want to take a counter-cultural stand: it would rather follow dominant ideology, even to the price of swallowing a certain amount of transhumanism. Was the Jesuit Bergoglio once under the influence of the mystical scientism of Teilhard de Chardin S.J.? Maybe. However, there is another simpler reason for this move. The papacy is now in reality extremely weak and Francis cannot accept this. All over the world, churches are empty or emptying, like in Latin-America. The only communities that survive are tiny, scattered, and display a fair amount of conservatism, even sometimes traditionalism. The Vatican, as such, has become a terribly outdated institution, not very well suited to the size and reach of the communities it is meant to supervise. The pope, although he carries on to do so, and despite official statistics, doesn’t have the means to speak to humanity as if he were still some spiritual and moral authority followed all over the world by more than a billion of faithful. The only card left in his hand in front of a secularized world, is what he still represents in theory, but not in reality: a certain aura associated with his white cassock, Saint Peter’s Plaza and Basilica, the Vatican palace, the Sistine Chapel, the Swiss Guards (provided they are ‘vaccinated’ of course!) and the pontifical universities.

Bergoglio’s entire existence is a life of compliance to hierarchical structures to which he identified. His career is built upon a constant and faithful conformity to the successive dominant narratives he went through: from Peròn’s populist narrative (pope Francis the Dictator) to Schwab’s elitist narrative. Catholicism is now too weak to be able to provide him with a socially hegemonic ideology, while at the same time his deepest bureaucratic instinct prevents him to turn away from contemporary groupthink. Furthermore, if Francis had opted to dedicate himself to the tiny catholic minority that still exists, he would have taken the risk to push the old pontifical Rome into oblivion and anonymity in the eyes of the general public. That was not a choice a man of the apparatus like him could have made. His wish was to remain faithful to Rome as he sees it: a world leading institution —like it was before. Francis, therefore, has chosen to try and become one of the stakeholders of the global governance. Thus, he is willing to impart what’s left of the ageless cachet of his position to their new gigantic corporate partners. Thus, he is willing to actively cooperate enforcing a global totalitarian system, ultimately based on digital surveillance and genetic experimentations that are killing millions of people. ‘Se vogliamo che tutto rimanga come è, bisogna che tutto cambi!’

As I wrote yesterday, the “leaks” to the media this past weekend that show the U.S. health agencies have been concealing data that prove the COVID-19 “vaccines” are deadly signify that a major move is about to happen as the next “crisis” is being planned to shift the public’s attention away from the COVID-19 vaccine crimes against humanity. After weeks of both sides in the Ukrainian conflict blaming each other for escalating the situation needlessly, seemingly out of the blue Russian President Vladimir Putin appeared in public and signed documents that reportedly state that Russia is recognizing the national sovereignty of Donetsk and Luhansk, republics currently part of the Ukraine, but with historical ties to Russia.

This appears to me to be the implementation of a script that has already been written that charts a course now that will move the world on to the next big crisis, with the end goal of uniting the world under a central, technological state.

U.S. President Biden then was handed his script, which he read earlier today.

For months now the U.S. corporate media has been preparing the public for future “cyber attacks,” which will now obviously be blamed on Russia.

Iain Davis, an independent journalist out of the UK, has just published an excellent piece that will help you cut through the propaganda that the corporate media is publishing and drill down to just what the Globalists are planning in this next phase.

Much of this policy is set by the World Economic Forum, led by Klaus Schwab, and the evidence is strong that world leaders such as Trudeau, Putin, Xi, and Biden are following the script that the World Economic Forum has laid out.

I know this will not sway the die-hard Trump cult members who will excuse him as either being “ignorant” and not smart enough to know the true motives of Klaus Schwab and the WEF, or that he is at least better than [fill in the blank – usually Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden].

But I share all of this, not to discourage people, but to make you wise and understand who your true enemies are. We are not without hope, but hope will soon vanish if we continue to cling to the false idea that people can vote their way out of this mess by simply choosing the correct politicians.

Technocracy: The Operating System For The New International Rules-Based Order

The International Rules-Based Order (IRBO) is under threat and global power is shifting. As East and West rekindle old enmities we are led to believe that this struggle will determine the future of international relations and the direction of nation states. However, the global transformation is not led by national governments but by a global network of stakeholders and global technocracy is their goal.

In this article, we will explore the true nature of the international rules-based order (IRBO) and examine the forces that shape it. We will consider if the narratives we are commonly fed stack up.

It is widely accepted that the IRBO is undergoing disruptive change. That transformation is often reported as an eastward shift in the balance of power between nation states.

It is said that this new, emerging international order will be founded upon a global multipolar system of sovereign states and international law. This new system allegedly stands in opposition to the fading, western “rules-based” model.

This time, rather than relying upon western imperialism, the new international law-based system will emphasise multipolar cooperation, trade and respect for national sovereignty. It will instead be led by a Eurasian economic and technological power-block.

The apparent, ongoing antagonism of geopolitics looks likely to maintain the East-West divide we are familiar with. However, what is now being framed as the multipolar order is, in reality, the multistakeholder order.

As we shall discover, nation states are not the driving force behind the current restructuring of global governance. The geopolitical narratives we are given are frequently superficial.

Those leading the transformation have no allegiance to any nation state, only to their own globalist network and collective aspirations. In their hands, international law is no more of an impediment to their ambitions than a vague commitment to “rules.”

National governments are partners within this network formed of both state and non-state actors. Despite professed animosities, they have collaborated for decades to fashion the global governance complex that is now emerging.

No matter who is said to lead it, the IRBO is set to continue in a new form. As the post WWII system recedes, the framework being imposed to take its place is completely alien to the people who live in the former western, liberal democracies.

Thus, we too must be transformed if we are to accept the realignment. We are being conditioned to believe in the promise of the new IRBO and the global technocracy it is built upon.

The International Rules Based Order (IRBO)

In 2016, Stewart Patrick of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) published World Order: What, Exactly, are the Rules? In it, he described the post WWII era as the “international rules-based order” (IRBO).

Rooted firmly in American exceptionalism, Patrick described how the so-called IRBO acted as a mechanism for hegemonic control of global politics, the world’s economy and the international monetary and financial system (IMFS):

“What sets the post-1945 Western order apart is that it was shaped overwhelmingly by a single power, the United States. Operating within the broader context of strategic bipolarity, it constructed, managed, and defended the regimes of the capitalist world economy […] In the trade sphere, the hegemon presses for liberalization and maintains an open market; in the monetary sphere, it supplies a freely convertible international currency, manages exchange rates, provides liquidity, and serves as a lender of last resort; and in the financial sphere, it serves as a source of international investment and development.”

While international law is a component of the IRBO, it is not in and of itself law. Professor Malcolm Chalmers, writing for the UK Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), described the IRBO as a combination of universal security and economic systems combined with international agreement and conflict resolution processes.

The current IRBO is supposedly a western system of international norms and institutions. Based upon both the post WWI and WWII settlements, what is suggested as order is little more than a realisation of “might is right” on the international stage.

Actions Not Words

In the West, we have been educated to have faith in the IRBO. It is sold to us as an arrangement that establishes normative behaviour for nation states. A basis for international relations is supposedly agreed upon and acceptable behaviour ordained.

Far from being a set of rules to facilitate peaceful coexistence between nation states, the IRBO has always been a tool for manipulation. The question is who wields it?

The recent joint statement between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China appeared to explicitly redefine the current IRBO. Presidents Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping agreement read, in part:

“Today, the world is going through momentous changes, and humanity is entering a new era of rapid development and profound transformation. It sees the development of such processes and phenomena as multipolarity, economic globalization, the advent of information society, cultural diversity, transformation of the global governance architecture and world order. [. . .] a trend has emerged towards redistribution of power in the world. [. . .] the international law-based world order, seek genuine multipolarity with the United Nations and its Security Council playing a central and coordinating role.”

By contrast, the speech delivered by UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss to the Lowy Institute, a Rothschild backed Australian policy think-tank with a focus upon the Asia-Pacific region, illustrated the western position. She said:

“Russia and China are working together more and more, as they strive to set the standards in technologies like artificial intelligence, assert their dominance over the Western Pacific. [. . .] They’re destabilising the international rules-based order and they’re chipping away at the values that underpin it. [. . .] We believe in freedom and democracy. [. . .] As Prime Minister Scott Morrison said, ‘we know from the evidence of human history that democracies are the engine room of change.’ [. . .] Technology has empowered people by enabling incredible freedom, but we know it can be seized upon by others to promote fear. [. . .] By joining forces with the US we are showing our determination to protect security and stability across the region.”

Taken on face value, we would inevitably conclude that, while the axis is in flux, the adversarial stand-off continues. To a great extent, this is a fabrication.

In discussing the IRBO, we immediately run into a nomenclature problem. Sometimes referred to as the “rules-based international order;” at other times the “international order” or “rules-based system;” or occasionally the “rules-based international system,” now we seemingly need to add “international law-based world order.”

While there is no settled definition for this alleged system of global governance, it all amounts to the same thing. The fulcrum may have moved, but the ruse remains intact.

This definition problem illustrates the primary flaw with any notion of a global rules-based order. It is ill-defined and transient. It relies more upon the realpolitik of the day than any genuine moral, legal or political precepts.

While Truss accurately outlined how that so-called order can be seized and exploited, she misled her audience in regards to who the abusers are. Nor is the existing IRBO founded upon democracy and freedom. Her claims were a deceit.

Recently the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) stated that undermining trust in the government was achieved by individuals spreading “false” narratives and that this was tantamount to terrorism. In other words, no US citizen has any right to question government policy. If they do, they are spreading disinformation. Consequently, the DHS suggests that not trusting the government should be prosecuted as a crime.

This is the claimed justification for the focus of the new domestic terrorism unit working alongside the US Justice Department’s National Security Division. Assistant Attorney General Matthew Olsen told a Senate Judiciary Committee that the unit was created to combat the growing threat of “extremism,” which apparently includes “anti-government and anti-authority ideologies.”

To question either “authority” or “government” is an extremist position, according to the US Justice Department and the DHS. There is no room for freedom of speech in the government’s extremist ideology. Without freedom of speech, US democracy is finished.

Similarly, in New Zealand, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern (a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader) admitted her government’s intention to ignore people’s inalienable right to roam unless they submitted to vaccination. So too with the European Commission, whose EU Digital COVID Certificate limits freedom of movement only to citizens who have the right pharmaceutical products injected into them.

These vaccine “certificates” are the gateway to full digital ID for all compliant citizens. Speaking in June 2021, the President of the EU Commission, Ursula Von Der Leyen, said:

“We want to offer to Europeans a new digital identity. An identity that ensures trust and protects users online. [. . .] It will allow everyone to control their identity online, and to interact with governments and businesses, across the EU.”

In other words, the EU citizen’s vaccine status, which will form a key part of digital identity per EU plans, will also be required for them to access goods and services. Without the appropriate authorisation, they will be excluded from society.

Recently, some governments have appeared to backtrack on their vaccine passport (certificate) plans. This is simply a brief cessation in the face of mounting public protest.

The commitment to digital identity, controlling every aspect of our lives, is inherent to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 16.9. The policy trajectory towards digital identity is global, no matter who allegedly leads the IRBO.

None of these policies indicates, as Truss claimed, any underlying belief in “freedom and democracy.” Among the Five Eyes nations and across the EU, all we see is a commitment to authoritarian dictatorship.

In the UK, where Truss is a leading government figure, plans for a dictatorship are at an advanced stage. The UK state has exploited the pseudopandemic to progress and enact a slew of dictatorial legislation.

The Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Act 2020 empowers the state to commit any crime it likes and removes all legal liability from its operatives; the Police, Crimes, Sentencing & Courts Bill effectively outlaws all public protest and, while currently stalled after the House of Lords rejected the Bill, some minor amendments will almost certainly see it passed into law; the Online Safety Bill, when enacted, will end freedom of speech online and the proposed changes to official secrets, counter-espionage; and counter-terrorism legislation will remove the journalist’s defence of acting in the public interest, effectively ending whistle-blowing and investigative journalism in the UK.

All these tyrannical changes are exemplified by the UK government’s proposed Human Rights Act reforms. Their press release demonstrates how their claim of respecting individual rights, freedoms and democracy is nothing more than propaganda designed to dupe an unsuspecting public.

While they speak of diversity and a historical commitment to freedom, peppering their press release with fluffy sound-bites, their actions belie their intent. They state:

“The government wants to introduce a Bill of Rights in a way that protects people’s fundamental rights whilst safeguarding the broader public interest [. . .] [T]he growth of a ‘rights culture’ [. . .] has displaced due focus on personal responsibility and the public interest. [. . .] Whilst human rights are universal, a Bill of Rights could require the courts to give greater consideration to the behaviour of claimants and the wider public interest when interpreting and balancing qualified rights. [. . .] The shift of law-making power away from Parliament towards the courts, in defining rights and weighing them against the broader public interest, has resulted in a democratic deficit. [. . .] [F]reedom of expression cannot be an absolute right when balanced against the need to protect national security, keep citizens safe and take steps to protect against harm to individuals.”

While the UK state claims “human rights are universal” they clearly aren’t if they are “qualified rights” based upon whatever the government decides to be more important. Individuals pressing their rights in court has hampered the government’s programs. This is considered to be a “democratic deficit.” Therefore, the New Bill of Rights will protect the government’s power and authority over-and-above the freedoms of the people.

The UK Government will define “national security.” Protecting it, as they see fit, will override all individual rights. Freedom to roam, of speech and expression will not be tolerated by the UK state. Instead a commitment to the “public interest,” “safety” and protecting the population from some nebulous notion of “harm,” will replace freedom and democracy.

On both sides of the Atlantic, and in the Five Eyes global south, a new system is emerging which facilitates what Mussolini described as the Fascist State:

“The Fascist conception of life stresses the importance of the State and accepts the individual only in so far as his interests coincide with those of the State. [. . .] Liberalism denied the State in the name of the individual; Fascism reasserts the rights of the State as expressing the real essence of the individual. [. . .] The Fascist conception of the State is all embracing; outside of it no human or spiritual values can exist, much less have value. Thus understood, Fascism, is totalitarian, and the Fascist State — a synthesis and a unit inclusive of all values — interprets, develops, and potentates the whole life of a people.”

It is the US led alliance of Five Eyes nations and the European Union that claim themselves to be the protectors of the international rules-based order. With their commitment to a new form of global fascism, the idea that the IRBO keeps us safe is questionable. In truth, the current IRBO has never actually promoted either freedom or democracy.

It is customary for the IRBO’s alleged leaders to practice double standards. Illegal wars, prolonged terrorist campaigns against their own populations, support for foreign terrorist insurgencies, cruel economic sanctions and involvement in international narcotic smuggling operations typify the activities of the nation states that claim ownership of the IRBO.

While the western hegemony insists that all follow their rules, they don’t hold themselves to the same. A few recent examples, among many, have witnessed the U.S. unilateral withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), often referred to as the Iran Nuclear Deal; NATO renege on assurances, given to the last Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, that it would not expand “one inch eastward”; and the imprisonment of journalists.

This is not to claim that the supposed opponents of the current IRBO, notably Russia, China and Iran, are above reproach themselves. However, it is untenable for the “leading nations” of the existing IRBO to commandeer any moral supremacy.

Politicians like Truss promote the IRBO as the cornerstone of international peace and security, but these are meaningless platitudes. There is nothing inherently peaceful or secure about it.

The Real IRBO

The current IRBO is portrayed as a project of western, formerly liberal, democratic states that has capitalised upon U.S. economic and military dominance. However, despite that being how mainstream media (MSM), academia and think-tanks present it, that is not what the international rules-based order is today.

The IRBO can more accurately be described as a vehicle for a worldwide stakeholder capitalist network to manipulate nation states in pursuit of its own predominantly private, corporate agenda. Indeed, we might argue that is all it has ever been.

A truly global network of corporations, think-tanks, private foundations, intergovernmental organisations, NGOs and governments work in partnership to convert global policy agendas into policy and legislation at the national and local government level. This is the Global Public-Private Partnership (G3P) and its reach extends to every nation.

We may view the global political map as a patchwork of sovereign nations, existing in a state of anarchy (no one rules them), but the G3P does not. What the global stakeholder capitalist network (G3P) sees is an authoritarian, compartmentalised structure to be manipulated to reach their objective, with that objective being, to create a cohesive system of global governance under their rule.

Throughout the pseudopandemic, the World Economic Forum (WEF) has partnered with government and intergovernmental organisations to promote its Great Reset policy agenda. The G3P is the embodiment of what the WEF calls the multistakeholder model of global governance.

In October 2019, shortly before the pseudopandemic began, the WEF published Global Technology Governance: A Multistakeholder Approach. Assuming the authority to demand that the world accepts the intrusion of its planned 4th Industrial Revolution, the G3P, represented by the WEF, bemoaned what they considered to be the lack of progress towards global governance.

In this multistakeholder system, elected governments are merely one among many stakeholders. Most of the leading partners in the G3P are private corporations, such as the Bank for International Settlements, or they represent private corporate interests, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development for example.

Our democratic oversight only reaches as far as our national government’s influence as a G3P stakeholder allows. We can appreciate the extent of this democratic accountability if we consider the comments of Dominic Cummings, former chief advisor to UK Prime Minister. In testimony given to a parliamentary committee on May 2021 (go to 14:02:35), Cummings said:

“In March I started getting calls from various people saying these new mRNA vaccines could well smash the conventional wisdom.. People like Bill Gates and that kind of network were saying. Essentially what happened is, there is a network of people, Bill Gates type people, who were saying completely rethink the paradigm of how you do this […] What Bill Gates and people like that were saying to me, and others in number 10, was you need to think of this much more like the classic programs of the past.. the Manhattan Project in WWII, the Apollo program […] But what Bill Gates and people were saying […] was, the actual expected return on this is so high that even if does turn out to be all wasted billions it’s still a good gamble, and that is essentially what we did.”

Cummings was talking about the UK government’s public health policy response to an alleged global pandemic. These were decisions that would impact the health of every man, woman and child in the country.

His comments reveal that the UK government was simply following the orders issued by the network of “Bill Gates type people.” The UK state designed a crucial national policy at behest of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). They were acting under the instruction of a private, tax exempt foundation.

The BMGF are among the leading stakeholders within the G3P. Like the WEF, their partnerships with government and intergovernmental organisations are extensive.

As we now know, the alleged vaccine safety and efficacy claims made by the BMGF, and the politicians who implemented public health policy for them, weren’t even remotely accurate. We also know that this failure is immaterial to the BMGF because the “return on this is so high” it doesn’t matter.

The policy think-tanks lie at the heart of the G3P. They collaborate with other G3P stakeholder partners to devise the policy agendas that governments then enforce upon their populations.

Think-tanks, such as the Royal Institute for Interantional Affairs (RIIA – Chatham House), are invariably formed by representatives from multinational corporations (including central banks), financial institutions, NGO’s, philanthropic foundations, private donors, intergovernmental organisations, academic institutions and governments, etc.

For example, Chatham House members include the United Nations, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Open Society Foundation, The Bank of England, Astrazeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Bloomberg, The Guardian, The City of London, The European Commission & Union, BAE systems, Goldman Sachs, De Beers, BlackRock, China International Capital Corporation, Huawei, Kings College London, the London School of Economics (LSE), Oxfam, the British Army and governments from around the world. The list goes on.

To imagine that these globalist organisations are effectively powerless and exist merely to help governments devise policy is extremely naive. A more accurate summation has been offered by a few academics. Prof. Hartwig Pautz wrote:

“[T]hey seek to influence policymakers and the wider public, and that they try to do so via informal and formal channels and by making use of their well-connected position in often transnational policy networks encompassing political parties, interest groups, corporations, international organizations, civil society organizations, and civil service bureaucracies. [. . .] [P]olicymakers increasingly need curators, arbiters, or filters to help them decide which information, data, and policy expertise to use in their decision-making processes.”

However, we only need look at the comments of people like Dominic Cummings or Hillary Clinton to recognise that even Pautz’ observations fall short. As then US Secretary of State, Clinton said that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) role – as a US foreign policy think-tank – was to tell the US State Department “what we should be doing and how we should think about the future.”

Governments, including those of the US, Russia and China, are G3P stakeholders. In 2017, speaking at a Harvard seminar, the founder and executive chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, said:

“Mrs Merkel, even Vladimir Putin, and so on, they have all been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But what we are really proud of now with the young generation like Prime Minister Trudeau, President of Argentina and so on, is that we penetrate the cabinets. So yesterday I was at a reception for Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of this cabinet, or even more than half of this cabinet, are for our… actually Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.”

This was no idle boast. Political leaders such as Tony Blair, Jacinda Ardern, Emmanuel Macron, Alexander De Croo (Belgian PM), Sanna Marin (Finnish PM) and many more political heavyweights have been through the YGL programme. This is why, in an address to the Canadian nation in November 2020, in direct reference to the WEF’s so-called Great Reset, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said:

“Building back better means getting support to the most vulnerable while maintaining momentum on the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and the SDGs. [. . .] This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset. This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to re-imagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality and climate change.”

Trudeau is one among many WEF Young Global Leaders (YGL), and members of its predecessor program called the Global Leaders of Tomorrow, who have shaped the global policy response to the pseudopandemic. As a YGL graduate, his task was to convince the Canadian public to embrace the G3P’s Great Reset policy agenda.

Despite Schwab’s claims, Russian President Vladimir Putin does not appear to have been among the WEF’s YGL protégés. Yet, speaking in 2019 to President Quesada of Costa Rica, Klaus Schwab repeated his statement about Putin:

“Mrs Merkel, Tony Blair, they were all, even President Putin, they were all Young Global Leaders.”

In 1993, when the Global Leaders of Tomorrow program began, Putin was 41 and the upper age limit for entry into the program was supposedly 38. It seems unlikely that Putin was “officially” a WEF YGL trainee.

Following 16 years of service in the Soviet KGB, Putin was building his reputation as a politician in 1993, acting as deputy to the Mayor of St Petersburg, Anatoly Sobchak. Sobchak subsequently co-authored the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Putin was instrumental in encouraging foreign investment into the city and it was during his time in St Petersburg that Putin seemingly developed a close relationship with Klaus Schwab. In his address to the WEF’s 2021 virtual Davos gathering, Putin said:

“Mr. Schwab, dear Klaus, [. . .] I have been to Davos many times, attending the events organized by Mr. Schwab, even back in the 1990s. Klaus just recalled that we met in 1992. Indeed, during my time in St Petersburg, I visited this important forum many times. [. . .] [I]t is difficult to overlook the fundamental changes in the global economy, politics, social life, and technology. The coronavirus pandemic [. . .] spurred and accelerated the structural changes.”

In terms of G3P partnerships, Russia’s is perhaps one of the closest to the WEF. The WEF’s annual Cyber-Polygon global cybersecurity training exercise is orchestrated by Bi.Zone, a subsidiary of Sberbank.

Bi.Zone is responsible for designing and running the Cyber Polygon scenarios and exercises. Sberbank is a majority state owned Russian bank and is among the founding members of the WEF Centre For Cybersecurity (CCS).

Other CCS partners include leading US foreign Policy think-tank the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP), Europol (representing EU governments), INTERPOL, the Organisation of American States (representing the governments of the North and South American subcontinents), and national cyber security centres from Israel, the UK, Korea, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland (home of the BIS).

Of the many corporations involved in Cyber Polygon 2021, Russian companies formed the largest contingent from any single nation. In addition, the WEF partners with the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF.)

The SPIEF International Foundation was formed in St Petersburg in 1998 under the direction of Herman Gref. He was serving as vice governor of the city at the time.

In 1993, Gref was also a close associate of Anotoly Sobchak in St Petersburg where Putin was Sobchak’s senior advisor. Gref is currently the CEO and Chairman of Sberbank.

In 2017, Schwab recognised that the SPIEF and Russia were global leaders on international regulation and stated:

“In the new economic environment and with due regard for the latest technological breakthroughs, we are faced with the need for new cooperation formats. [. . .] I am absolutely positive that Russia, as one of the leaders in responsible global regulation, must play a central role in determining new forms of co-existence in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.”

Russia and the SPIEF are part of the G3P network and are heavily involved in global cybersecurity and, in particular, the regulation of technology. It is clear that, through partners like the CFR, BMGF and the WEF, the Global Public-Private Partnership is pushing a global policy agenda supported by both sides of the East-West divide.

WEF assets, like Trudeau and other compromised officials, are positioned to ensure policy distribution is as frictionless as possible. The Russian and, as we shall see, Chinese governments are equally active stakeholders in the G3P’s global governance efforts.

If we believed the western MSM, this would present a seemingly unfathomable conundrum. While these nation states are G3P partners, we are told that they are also undermining the IRBO. Something doesn’t add up.

According to Reuters, European banks need to prepare for Russian cyber attacks. CBS claims the DHS are on full alert for the looming cyber war, while the UK media carried the same scary stories. Forbes reported that Russia had been waging a cyber war against the West for 20 years and the Guardian alleged that this was typical fare for the Russian Federation.

All of this seems extremely odd given that western global corporations such as IBM, Deutsche Bank and Santander were engaged in cyber polygon preparedness exercises that were largely run by a Russian state-owned bank. If any of the MSM’s claims are even remotely plausible, the industrial espionage risk alone would appear to have been off the charts.

Governments from across the western world participate in the WEF Cyber Security Centre which was founded, in part, by Sberbank. At the same time, they keep warning their populations about the danger of Russian cyber attacks.

Frankly, these Russian cyber-threat stories are puerile. The western governments and corporations, who appear to follow G3P orders to the letter, are seemingly content to be guided by a Russian state bank’s cybersecurity assessment and recommendations.

A far more credible rationale for these MSM stories and government fearmongering is that they are designed to prepare us, and provide justification, for the digital transformation of the financial sector. In their 2020 cyber threats report, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) stated that the pseudopandemic had necessitated this change.

In a barely concealed reference to Russia and China, the CEIP asserted that cyber attacks from nation states were inevitable. They then predicted that the response to this supposedly unavoidable attack would be to fuse the activities of banks, the financial authorities and the national security apparatus of nation states.

Centralising authority, especially over financial systems, is always the solution as far as the G3P are concerned. Primarily because they assume the right to exercise that authority.

On the major issues, governments don’t form policy and policy is instead curated by the G3P think-tanks like the CEIP. We should not labour under the illusion that the think-tanks simply offer suggestions. They have the financial, economic and political power to make decisions on the global stage and they have done so for generations.

No one votes for think-tanks. To this extent, so-called representative democracy is a charade. We, the people, have never had any say on the “big issues.” For those of us who live in western democracies, government grandstanding simply serves to convince us that we are somehow represented in the deliberations. It is essentially a confidence trick.

This is the context within which we can come to understand the International Rules Based Order. While it currently relies upon what appears to be the western hegemony and is transitioning towards a Eurasian led multipolar system, both are just convenient mechanisms through which the G3P wields power and authority.

As noted by many commentators, including the WEF, the IRBO is changing. As it does we all move ever closer to an IRBO based upon the Chinese model of technocracy.

Technocracy: A G3P Love Affair

The G3P think-tanks, perhaps most notably, but not exclusively, the Trilateral Commission, have been pursuing the dream of creating a global Technate for nearly a century. The often heard pseudopandemic mantra of “led by science” exemplifies technocracy.

Technocracy grew out of the efficiency movement during the US progressive era in the early 20th century. It capitalised upon the principles of scientific management suggested by Frederick Winslow Taylor and the economic ideas of social-economist like Thorstein Veblan, who famously coined the term “conspicuous consumption.”

Veblan was among the founding members of a private research initiative in New York funded by John D. Rockefeller called the New School For Social Research. This soon led to the creation of the Technical Alliance.

Howard Scott, the leader of the Technical Alliance, subsequently joined M. King Hubbert at Columbia University. In 1934, they published the Technocracy Inc. Study Course.

This was a blueprint for a North American Technate. It proposed a society led by science, engineering and academia rather than politics. Hubbert wrote:

“Technocracy finds that the production and distribution of an abundance of physical wealth on a Continental scale for the use of all Continental citizens can only be accomplished by a Continental technological control, a governance of function, a Technate.”

Technocracy demands that the activity of every citizen be continually recorded and controlled. It requires constant surveillance of the population.

This enables the Technate’s total energy expenditure to be calculated in real time. The data is then collated and analysed in order for the central committee of technocrats to manage and distribute the Technate’s resources right down to the level of the individual.

Scott and Hubbert planned a new monetary system based upon energy consumption, with goods and services priced according to the energy cost of production. Citizens would be allocated the new currency in the form of “energy certificates.”

In the US of the 1930s, this was a technologically impossible task. Though popular for a decade or so, the people came to realise that the suggested Technate was something of an absurdity.

Despite the seemingly preposterous system proposed by Scott and Hubbert, the Rockefellers in particular could see the potential to use technocracy to enhance their control of society. They continued to bankroll the technocracy movement and associated programs, for many years, regardless of waning public interest.

In 1970, Professor Zbigniew Brzezinski published Between Two Ages: America’s Role In The Technetronic Era. At the time, he was a professor of political science at Columbia University, where Scott had met Hubbert in 1932. He had already been an advisor to both the Kennedy and Johnson campaigns and would later become National Security Advisor to US President Jimmy Carter (1977 – 1981).

Through a paper thin veil of caution, Brzezinski wrote enthusiastically about how a global scientific elite could not only use all-pervasive propaganda, economic and political manipulation to determine the direction of society, but could also exploit technology and behavioural science to brainwash and alter populations’ behaviour. Describing the form of this society and the potential for authoritarian control, he wrote:

“Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behaviour and keeping society under close surveillance and control.”

While he didn’t use the word “technocracy,” Brzezinski nonetheless described a Technate. Realising that technology was fast approaching the point where technocracy would be feasible, he described how digital technology would dominate the “technotronic era” to transform society, culture, politics and the global balance of political power.

In 1973, Brzezinski joined David Rockefeller to form the Trilateral Commission. Their stated purpose could not have been clearer:

“[T]he most immediate purpose was to draw together [. . .] the highest-level unofficial group possible to look together at the key common problems. [. . .] .[T]here was a sense that the United States was no longer in such a singular leadership position as it had been in earlier post-World War II years. [. . .] , and that a more shared form of leadership [. . .] would be needed for the international system to navigate successfully the major challenges of the coming years. [. . .] The ‘growing interdependence’ that so impressed the founders of the Trilateral Commission in the early 1970s has deepened into ‘globalization.’ [. . .] Doubts about whether and how this primacy will change [. . .] have intensified the need to take into account the dramatic transformation of the international system. [. . ] Our membership has widened to reflect broader changes in the world. Thus, the Japan Group has become a Pacific Asian Group, including in 2009 both Chinese and Indian members.”

In 1973, the Trilateralists had already identified that US primacy would be dramatically transformed. This stemmed from Brzezinski’s realisation that global corporations in the technotronic era would surpass nation states in terms not only of their financial and economic power, but also in their ability to innovate and direct the activities of billions of citizens. In Between Two Ages he wrote:

“The nation-state as a fundamental unit of man’s organized life has ceased to be the principal creative force: International banks and multi-national corporations are acting and planning in terms that are far in advance of the political concepts of the nation-state.”

Fully committed to the process of globalisation, the Trilateralists started to create the new IRBO. Rather than US economic and military power the new world order would be based upon a communitarian commitment to the efficient management of resources and, via that mechanism, social control.

Nation states would give way to a global network formed by the fusion of state and corporation. This network would manage populations and business activity through a new resource-based monetary system and economic central planning.

Individual citizens and businesses would be constantly monitored and their behaviour restricted and ordered. This would afford the G3P the global governance capability they sought.

Brzezinski suggested how this future could be secured. Technocracy would enable the transformation:

“Both the growing capacity for the instant calculation of the most complex interactions and the increasing availability of biochemical means of human control augment the potential scope of consciously chosen direction. [. . .] In the technetronic society the trend seems to be toward aggregating the individual support of millions of unorganized citizens [. . .] and effectively exploiting the latest communication techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason. [. . .] Though the objective of shaping a community of the developed nations is less ambitious than the goal of world government, it is more attainable. [. . .] In China the Sino Soviet conflict has already accelerated the inescapable Sinification of Chinese communism. [. . .] This may both dilute the regime’s ideological tenacity and lead to more eclectic experimentation in shaping the Chinese road to modernity.”

The modernisation of China was seen as an opportunity to develop an advanced technocratic society which, while developing both economically and technologically, would remain a dictatorship. This presented the G3P with a perfect test bed for the construction of a Technate.

Technocracy provides centralised authority over a managed capitalist system. It allows business to prosper so long as it adheres to the diktats of the technocrats.

The new IRBO will not be based upon the primacy of nation states or their imposition of any agreed values or norms. Rather, it will be founded upon the multistakeholder system, where nominally pragmatic solutions to a declared crisis form the moral imperative. Multistakeholding means a fusion between state and corporation.

This transformation of the IRBO was emphasized by the WEF in their 2019 policy white paper Globalization 4.0. Shaping a New Global Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

“After the Second World War, leaders worked together to develop new institutional structures and governance frameworks. [. . .] The world has changed dramatically since then. [. . .] [T]he context for governance and cooperation is changing due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. [. . .] We have entered a distinctly new era in which many of the assumptions of prior periods no longer hold. [. . .] As emerging technologies transform our systems of health, transportation, communication, production, distribution and energy, to name just a few, we will need to construct a new synergy between public policy and institutions on the one hand, and corporate behaviour and norms on the other. [. . .] As the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation, the Forum plans to use its platform to advance such thinking and collective action through multistakeholder dialogue. This bottom-up or inductive approach involving national governmental as well as non-state and subnational actors can help accelerate the pace of governance innovations needed in the 21st century as well as enhance the legitimacy and degree of public trust in it.”

Trust is a product of faith and we are being directed to believe in the new resilient and sustainable IRBO — one based, not upon the dominance of nation states who claim moral authority, but upon a globalist multistakeholder alliance between national governments and private interests who will keep us “safe.”

The WEF stresses the need for the people to have faith in the G3P’s globalist project. One of the key themes of the 2021 Davos meeting was rebuilding trust and for 2022 restoring trust. Referring to the alleged global trust crisis, Klaus Schwab said:

“[W]e see a degradation of trust in the world, and trust only builds through personal relations. [. . .] [W]e need a slogan. The slogan is ‘Working Together, Restoring Trust.’”

Trust is key because decisions that impact us at the local level will be taken at the global level by a policy making body that is predominantly a project of unelected private corporations. We must put aside any notion of democratic accountability or oversight and accept that the G3P knows best.

This multistakeholder, globalist structure will use technocracy to conduct its policies. We will be afforded the illusion of democracy in the form of civil society. However, via technocracy, we will be robbed of all agency and political means.

China As The Engine For The New IRBO

In 1977 the Trilateral Commission wrote a paper tiled Paper No. 15 on East-West Relations (published in 1978) in which they noted:

“China is a power with an enormous potential in human and other resources, and its leaders have set out on a course of rational modernisation intended to turn it into a leading world power […] China has never acquired a sphere of influence corresponding to its strength […] The West should not be content to defend its fundamental values […] It should set itself the objective to influence the natural processes of change […] in a direction that is favorable rather than unfavorable to those values. […] There seems to exist sufficient ways for aiding China in acceptable forms with advanced civilian technology […] To grant China favourable conditions in economic relations is definitely in the political interest of the West.”

A thriving export market in China and widening the Sino-Soviet split was in the political and economic interests of western nation states. However, constructing a new superpower to rival the Soviet Union also meant building one capable of challenging the existing IRBO.

As a G3P think-tank, the Trilateral Commission are among those that maintain they are little more than talking shops for the most powerful individuals on Earth. As with all think-tanks, they portray themselves as fundamentally reactive rather than proactive. They claim that they offer suggested policy agendas, but that they have no authority to enforce adoption of those policies.

Yet, these recommended policy agendas often unfold precisely as “suggested” by the think-tanks. Multinational corporations (MNCs) the world over seemingly responded to the Trilateralists’ agenda by engaging in a concerted effort to “influence the natural process of change” in China and to empower it to acquire “a sphere of influence corresponding to its strength.”

The economic, industrial and technological revolution in China has been remarkable, but it didn’t happen by chance. China now stands as the world’s first Technate and the western, liberal democracies are earmarked for the same transformation.

Chinese state media reported that, between 1983 – 1991, foreign direct investment in China increased from $920M to 4.37Bn. By 2019, it had eclipsed $2.1Tn. In 1994, in terms of US overseas investment, China ranked 30th. By 2000, it was 11th, as MNCs quadrupled their FDI into China between 1994 and 2001.

The pseudopandemic saw an initial 42% slow-down in global FDI. Yet, investment in to China actually increased by 4%, as it overtook the US to become the world’s leading recipient of foreign direct investment. Given the huge slump during 2020, inevitably global FDI bounced back in 2021. FDI, excluding financial services, reportedly rose by an additional 20% (in dollar terms) to achieve an annual record high of $178.48Bn in China.

In 1979, the US granted China full diplomatic recognition; in 1982, the commitment was reaffirmed in the third joint communiqué; in 1984, Beijing was permitted to purchase US military hardware; in 1994, the Clinton Whitehouse intervened to scrap the cold war embargo on the export of “sensitive technology” to China (and Russia); the 2000 US – China Relations Act was signed by President Clinton (a member of the Trilateralist Commission), establishing further improvements to trade relations; and, in 2005, then Deputy Secretary of State Robert B. Zoellick, called on China to take its place as a “responsible stakeholder.” Then, in 2008, China became the world’s leading US creditor.

This is not to suggest that the relationship between the western hegemony and the rising superpower were all plain sailing. For example, news of NATO’s “accidental” 1999 bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade wasn’t received well in China. There were also marked periods of apparent political enmity between the US, its western allies and China.

In 2001, while the mainstream media reported confrontations over downed spy planes and trenchant accusations from China of aiding and abetting its enemies, the Trilateralist (G3P) project remained on course. At the same time, the US supported China’s entry into the World Trade Organisation and soon thereafter the Bush administration established permanent normal trading relations (PNTR) with China.

Yet, a cursory look at the western mainstream media (MSM), and the persistent rhetoric of politicians like the UK Foreign Secretary, suggest we should be fearful and that China is a threat to the western order. How do we reconcile these allegations while, at the same time, the western order has been investing and transferring technology to bring about China’s transformation?

Despite the surface hyperbole, occasional vitriolic exchanges and alleged military accidents, the policy trajectory, in the political, economic and even military sphere, was consistent. Just as the Trilateralist Commission “advised,” the western hegemonic order tilted towards enabling the rise of China as both a technocracy and a superpower.

George Soros is a convicted insider trader, hedge fund manager, currency speculator and investor. His tax exempt Open Society Foundation has funded political campaigns, activist movements and coups around the world for decades. Though he is ageing today, he was formerly a member of the Trilateral Commission.

As such, Soros was among the global political, financial and corporate “thought leaders” who encouraged the modernisation of China. In a 2009 interview with the Financial Times, he said:

“You really need to bring China into the creation of a new world order; a financial world order […] I think you need a new world order that China has to be part of the process of creating it and they have to buy in. They have to own it the same way as, let’s say, the United States owns the Washington consensus […] A decline in the value of the dollar is necessary in order compensate for the fact that the US economy will remain rather weak […] China will be the engine driving it forward and the US will be actually a drag that’s being pulled along through a gradual decline in the value of the dollar.”

Years later, the 2016 – 2020 US Trump administration took what appeared to be an aggressive stance against China. Of particular alleged concern was the US bilateral trade deficit of up to $500Bn annually. A trade war ensued and tariffs were exchanged.

Speaking in Beijing in 2017, then President Trump said:

“America has a huge annual trade deficit with China [. . .] shockingly, hundreds of billions of dollars each year. Estimates are as high as $500 billion a year. We must immediately address the unfair trade practices that drive this deficit, along with barriers to market success. We really have to look at access, forced technology transfer, and the theft of intellectual property, which just, by and of itself, is costing the United States and its companies at least $300 billion a year.”

The Trump administration complained bitterly about so-called forced technology transfers (FTT) stipulated by China in exchange for access to their market. Speaking of the supposed trade war between the leaders of the current IRBO and China, the CFR think-tank were among those who criticised China’s apparent protectionism and suggested theft of intellectual property.

These allegations and the declared trade hostility appeared to be little more than a diversion designed for western public consumption. In truth, both public and private deals with China were consistently built upon FTT agreements.

In 2018, the Trump administration started to impose up to 25% tariffs on imports from China. The Chinese soon reciprocated. As the US’ largest single creditor, recently eclipsed by Japan, the US ran the risk of China dumping trillions of dollars worth of US treasuries – a nuclear option, in economic terms, which would also mean huge losses for China.

While a small reduction in the US trade deficit with China was achieved in 2019, global trade tensions increased the US deficit to the rest of the world. At the start of the pseudopandemic, the overall US trade deficit had not changed. In 2020, it reached record highs. During the FDI slump in 2020, the only investment winners were China and India.

In addition to continuously approving technology transfers, the leading IRBO nations had significantly increased their research and development (R&D) partnerships with China over the same period. Irrespective of Trump’s media circus, a 2019 report by the World Bank, referencing western nations public-private R&D investments in China, noted:

“Governments in other high-income countries have supported specific technologies and industries, particularly by targeting research and development (R&D). In the United States, government agencies such as the Defense Department’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the National Institutes of Health provided critical financing for key technologies. [. . .] These policies are complemented by support for key enabling technologies and industries—such as the space, defense, automotive, and steel industries—including through various funds, such as the European Structural and Investment Funds (five funds worth more than €450 billion) and Horizon 2020 (€77 billion for 2014–20).”

The Chinese government openly stated its intention for China to become a manufacturing superpower. Degrading US influence and bolstering China’s had been hardwired into western foreign economic & industrial policy and MNC investment strategies for more than a generation. It is difficult to see how any current IRBO nation, or western corporation, has been “forced” to share technology or intellectual property rights against its will.

Although the western MSM and politicians persistently alleged that China was acting against the IRBO, quite clearly that wasn’t true. Western states, and their corporate partners, were fully engaged in a process of modernising China and transforming the international order.

In response to China’s 2015 announcement of the “Made In China 2025” strategy, Klaus Schwab said that China would become “the leader in the fourth industrial revolution.” This is just as Soros and his fellow Trilateralists planned.

The WEF, not national governments, has been the leading proponent for the 4th industrial revolution (4IR). With China clearly set as the “engine” driving the global technological transformation, and Russia leading on regulation, it is apparent that, despite the sabre-rattling of politicians, western governments and corporations have been willing accomplices.

China: The World’s First Technate

Technocracy is a system of dictatorial rule based upon the allocation of resources. In 1938, Technocrat Magazine described it as follows:

“Technocracy is the science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population.”

Rather like feudalism, resource distribution is controlled by a centralised authority, who mete out access to resources dependent upon the citizen’s behaviour. This is the preferred “social credit” method of population control in China. An increasing number of China’s citizens need a good social credit score in order to access resources and society.

The whole system is administered by central planners within a subordinate policy body to the State Council called the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). They oversee a data mining, collection and analysis operation on an immense scale.

Without any democratic oversight, technocracy in China stipulates that the people trust the edicts of the technocrats. They are required to believe, or at least publicly state, that decisions are taken in the interest of the general good. If they don’t comply the Technate can use its surveillance systems to identify offenders and punish them for their selfish behaviour.

In its 2014 document Planning A Social Credit System, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) spoke of their intention to “construct a social credit environment of honesty, self-discipline, trustworthiness, and mutual trust.” They announced:

“Our country is currently in a key period of economic and social transformation. Stakeholder entities are more diversified [. . .] the forms of social organization and management are undergoing deep changes. Comprehensively advancing the establishment of a social credit system is an effective method of strengthening societal creditworthiness, promoting mutual trust in society, and reducing social contradictions, and it is an urgent requirement for strengthening and innovating in social governance. [. . .] The establishment of a social credit system is an important foundation for comprehensively implementing the scientific viewpoint of development. [. . .] Accelerating and advancing the establishment of the social credit system is an important precondition for promoting the optimized allocation of resources.”

This is the epitome of technocracy. It is a monoculture where all are subservient to the technocratic state.

There are two arms to the social credit system in China. Both individual citizens and corporations are given a rating based upon the aggregation and analysis of the data collected from their lives and business practices.

Approximately 80% of China’s provinces have rolled out some form of the social credit system. While still in development, individual surveillance and control systems are most pervasive in the cities. People can either be placed on a “blacklist,” limiting their freedoms, or a “redlist” permitting them to engage in society in a manner deemed appropriate by the Technate. Punishments include denial of access to public transport, refused payments, public shaming or restricted employment opportunities.

Nationally, the focus has been on constructing the Corporate Social Credit System (CSCS). Millions of businesses in China are required to demonstrate their commitment to the general good, as defined by the Technate. As long as they do, they will be allowed to prosper. If they don’t obey, they won’t.

For numerous reasons, explored by Prof. Liu Yongmou in the Benefits of Technocracy in China, the Chinese political system lent itself well to the creation of the world’s first Technate:

“In China today, there exists a more favourable attitude toward technocracy than is found elsewhere. [. . .] Insofar as it is scientism applied to politics, the Chinese tend to have a positive attitude toward technocracy. [. . .] Technocracy also fits with the Chinese tradition of elite politics and the ideal, to reference a Confucian phrase, of ‘exalting the virtuous and the capable.’ [. . .] knowledge was more important than the representation of the interests of those being governed. [. . .] Against the background of the Chinese heritage of a long feudal culture, technocracy is a better way to confront social problems than authoritarian politics divorced from technical expertise.”

The WEF, the Trilateral Commission and other G3P think-tanks have encouraged the development needed for the PRC State Council’s NDRC to construct the burgeoning Technate. Foreign investment and an infusion of technology, from the current leading nations of the existing IRBO, has brought China to a position where it will provide the economic, political and cultural impetus for a new world order.

Technocracy, as piloted in China, is now being rolled out globally. Individual sovereignty and freedoms, the claimed moral basis for the current IRBO, are being replaced by a commitment to efficiency and resource management in the interests of the “general good.” In the West, we know this as “sustainable development.”

Such a system is perfect for those who want to wield supreme autocratic power, which is precisely why the G3P have long wished to install technocracy globally. It is the reason why they have assisted the construction of a Technate in China. The new IRBO will be led by the technocrat and they will serve the Global Public-Private Partnership.

Technocracy: An Operating System for the New IRBO

The new IRBO has nothing to do with representative democratic principles. It is entirely estranged from concepts such as freedom of speech and expression, democratic accountability, freedom of the press, freedom to roam and eschews all inalienable rights.

It is based upon a fusion between the political state and global corporations. We have recently seen this put into devastating effect in the Five Eyes nation of Canada.

On 14^th February 2022, in response to the ongoing nationwide Truckers Freedom Convoy protests, Canadian Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland stated that the government had arbitrarily decided “to broaden the scope of Canada’s anti-money laundering and terrorist financing rules.”

Starting with crowd-funding and payment platforms, including crypto-currency exchanges, these private corporations were required to report all “suspicious” transactions to the government.

This quickly progressed to freezing protestors banks accounts. Freeland said that the private corporations were “collaborating properly and effectively.”

This is precisely how China’s technocratic social credit model is designed to function. Those who question the authority of the G3P will be crushed. Chrystia Freeland is a World Economic Forum Board Trustee.

As previously mentioned, this government-corporate synthesis echoes the Fascist State described by Mussolini. In particular, the use of technocracy to manage the behaviour of both the individual and corporations embodies the principles he described:

“The Fascist State lays claim to rule in the economic field no less than in others. [. . .] The Fascist State organizes the nation, but it leaves the individual adequate elbow room. It has curtailed useless or harmful liberties while preserving those which are essential. In such matters the individual cannot be the judge, but the State only.”

The democratic tradition of sovereign individuals, exercising their rights and coming together to pursue their shared interests is what the UK government call the “democratic deficit.” Their intention, with their proposal for their new Bill of Rights, is to allow those who comply with their diktats some “elbow room” to live a relatively “normal” existence.

However, by defining what is in the “broader public interest,” they will curtail the liberties which they deem to be useless or harmful. “[T]he individual cannot be the judge, but the State only.” For example, the explanatory notes for the imminent Online Safety Act, The UK government announced:

“The Online Safety Bill establishes a new regulatory regime to address illegal and harmful content online, with the aim of preventing harm to individuals.”

The current Bill defines whatever the government deems to be disinformation or misinformation as “content that is harmful to adults.” Freedom of speech and expression online will effectively be terminated by the forthcoming legislation. The UK state will not allow social media users to share any information without official approval. This is equivalent to the current situation in China.

Much like China’s CSCS, at the recent COP26 summit, the chairman of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation, Erkki Liikänen, announced the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). This will oversee the accountancy standards for businesses across the world who will be required to submit their sustainability disclosure to meet Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The ISSB states:

“International investors with global investment portfolios are increasingly calling for high quality, transparent, reliable and comparable reporting by companies on climate and other environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. [. . .] The intention is for the ISSB to deliver a comprehensive global baseline of sustainability-related disclosure standards that provide investors and other capital market participants with information about companies’ sustainability-related risks and opportunities to help them make informed decisions.”

The ISSB standards require businesses to commit to SDGs, with investments rated using the WEF’s stakeholder capitalism metrics. These metrics will assign an environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating to prospective investments. Any business that wishes to raise capital will need a good ESG rating.

You might imagine that MNCs would be opposed to these additional regulations. However, as with the CSCS system in China, those who work in partnership with government will do very well in this arrangement. Speaking in 2019, the UN special envoy for climate action and finance Mark Carney said:

“Companies that don’t adapt—including companies in the financial system—will go bankrupt without question. [But] there will be great fortunes made along this path aligned with what society wants.”

The G3P decrees “what society wants,” just as its government assets determine what is in “the broader public interest.” By fostering the working partnership between state and corporation, like all good technocrats, the G3P leaders can insure that those who are loyal to them and their agenda will prosper, while those who aren’t will fail.

Responding to Liikänen’s announcement, the Chinese Ministry of Finance offered to host the ISSB. This centralised control over business and economy exemplifies the technocracy the G3P have cultivated in China. The Minister of Finance, Liu Kun, said:

“Developing one single set of high quality, understandable, enforceable and globally accepted sustainability standards by the ISSB is of great significance.”

Developing one global governance authority and setting the policy agenda in every sphere of human endeavour, has been the goal of the G3P for generations. Technocracy will enable them to manage the global transition to that system and technocracy will be the instrument through which they enforce their rule.

The key element for technocracy to succeed is reform of the monetary system. In 1934, Scott and Hubbert suggested that “energy certificates” should replace the dollar. They were seeking a way to to use money both as a means of surveillance and as a means to control the behaviour of the citizenry.

China conducted operational trials of its version of Central Bank Digital Currency (digital yuan – e-RMB) in the city of Shenzhen in 2020. Since then, it claims to have conducted billions of dollars worth of transactions using the e-RMB. The People’s Bank of China has now issued its digital wallet (e-CNY) for both Android and iOS devices.

China and Russia are in the vanguard of the race to introduce Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) globally. Recently, the Bank of America said that a US CBDC was “inevitable” as the US Federal Reserve explored the possibility. The Bank of England and European Central Bank are looking to introduce the same and the Bank of Russia is some way ahead, having launched its CBDC pilot in June 2021.

CBDC is a liability of the central banks (it is always their money, not the users) and it is programmable. This means transactions can be permitted or denied by the issuing central bank at the point of payment.

In a CBDC world, G3P partners, such as the Canadian government, won’t need to extend oppressive legislation to seize protestors bank accounts. They will simply disable their ability to buy anything. The BBC hinted at the kind of impact this would have upon society:

“Payments could be integrated with appliances at home or tills at the shops. Tax payments could be routed to HM Revenue and Customs at the point of sale [. . .] electricity meters paying suppliers directly [. . .] allowing payments such as for a few pence each time to read individual news articles.”

The BBC’s appraisal barely touched upon the degree of control CBDC affords G3P technocrats. Should CBDC become the only form of currency available to us, we won’t have any money of our own.

All money will be controlled by the G3P’s Central Banks. They will decide what we are allowed to purchase with their CBDCs.

While technocracy was an impossible dream in the 1930s, today it is eminently achievable. Just as Brzezinski foresaw, the required technological capability now exists.

When Klaus Schwab and George Soros said China would be the engine of the new IRBO and the leaders of the 4th Industrial Revolution, they didn’t mean that China would become the centre of a political hegemony, as the US has been. Rather, China is the exemplar of technocracy, providing an operational model for the new global system alongside the supposedly necessary economic growth.

This new IRBO is the world order designed by the G3P. It is a neofeudal, techno-fascist, global technocracy led by a worldwide, multistakeholder network of vested, private interests.

The governments we elect will enforce the G3P policy agenda. The MSM’s task, who are both partners within and propagandists for the G3P, is to convince us to buy into it.

Ours is to ensure that we don’t fall for it.

La communication, et notamment la communication par l’image, est désormais l’outil majeur utilisé par tous les hommes politiques du monde entier. Certes, les discours peuvent être écoutés, mais seules resteront gravées dans les mémoires les images choc diffusées par les médias.

Déjà, il y a presque un siècle, la diffusion à grande échelle de la remontée des Champs-Élysées par de Gaulle, en 1944, mettait en lumière l’impact considérable de l’image au niveau mondial, bien plus important que les discours que le général a pu tenir par la suite. La façon dont Vladimir Poutine vient d’accueillir Emmanuel Macron au Kremlin, il y a quelques heures, est à cet égard exemplaire. À l’évidence, le président russe n’avait rien laissé au hasard, et la vidéo qui circule sur l’accueil qu’il a réservé au président français est un chef-d’œuvre du genre. Qu’y voyons-nous ?
Vladimir Poutine est en position debout, veste fermée, au bout d’une immense table blanche, dans une immense salle blanche : le décor est glacial, comme le veut évidemment Poutine. Les portes s’ouvrent et apparaît un Macron, veste ouverte, qui bredouille à distance quelques mots en anglais avant que Poutine, séparé de son interlocuteur par cette immense table blanche, lui fasse signe de s’asseoir. Un tel accueil est rien moins que glaçant. Et si la posture physique de Poutine est toute de rigueur, Macron, avant de s’asseoir, met fébrilement une de ses mains dans sa poche, traduisant ainsi le malaise qu’il éprouve en face d’un président russe impérial.
Quel est le sens de cette mise en scène de Vladimir Poutine ? Montrer à la terre entière que les relations internationales à la mode Macron, faites d’embrassades désordonnées, de copinages hors de propos, de sourires convenus et ridicules, ne sont pas de mise au Kremlin : les relations internationales sont toutes autres. Poutine représente un pays doté de l’arme atomique et d’une armée puissante, regorgeant de matières premières, s’opposant frontalement à la déconstruction du monde proposée par les « élites » occidentales : par la façon dont il accueille son interlocuteur, il montre aux yeux du monde que la Russie éternelle est à des années-lumière de la mortelle décadence occidentale.
De la rencontre Poutine-Macron, il restera dans la mémoire collective la démonstration qu’un grand président a reçu à sa façon, une façon impériale, un président de l’Union européenne qui, pour lui, compte si peu.

Les arguments moraux bidons en faveur de la fin de l’argent liquide

La guerre à l’argent liquide utilisera les mêmes idioties habituelles : La lutte contre le blanchiment, l’évasion fiscale, la facilité et… « l’expérience utilisateur » : Il est tellement plus rigolo de payer avec sa puce sous-cutanée, d’un pouce en l’air. Peu importe que :

Les plus gros blanchisseurs soient les banques elles-mêmes — Rappelez-vous le scandale Danske Bank qui porte sur 200 MILLIARDS d’euros de blanchiment —,

Les plus gros facilitateurs d’évasion fiscale soit les filiales de ces mêmes banques dans les paradis fiscaux et ;
Plus il devient rigolo de payer avec son téléphone, sa montre ou sa brosse à dents, plus les particuliers stockent des espèces selon une bonne vieille loi de Gresham : La mauvaise monnaie chasse la bonne.

BONUS : La fin des banques

D’ailleurs les banques elles-mêmes finiront par disparaître. À la différence de votre carte bleue et de votre compte courant, l’Euro digital ne sera pas émis par votre banque commerciale mais directement par la BCE, comme vos espèces aujourd’hui. Cela permettra à la BCE de se substituer aux banques commerciales en situtation de faillite depuis 2008 et un monopole pour la banque de détail se reformera au niveau européen.

La guerre déjà EN COURS contre l’argent liquide

La réalité est que la fin de l’argent liquide sera la fin de l’argent tout court. C’est un mouvement qui vient de loin et dépasse les arguties des moralisateurs en plastique qu’ils viennent de Paris, Bruxelles, Francfort ou Berlin. Nous pourrions remonter au grand suicide de 1914 et sa matérialisation monétaire des accords de Gènes de 1922, passer par l’accélération de 1971 et la fin de l’étalon de change or mais nous nous contenterons de la phase terminale dans laquelle nous sommes entrés après 2008. Cela fait une bonne dizaine d’années que se prépare la fin de l’argent liquide :

Les plafonds de paiement ont été abaissés,
L’impression de billets de 500€ a été arrêtée,
Les espèces ont disparu des guichets

Une guerre sourde est menée contre le cash. Et la raison en est simple : Il y a incroyablement trop de dettes.

Le vilain secret de la dette : Elle est insoutenable

Les niveaux de dette actuels sont radicalement insoutenables. Après 2008, plusieurs solutions ont été proposées pour régler ce problème de surendettement morbide que ni la croissance ni l’austérité ne pouvaient raisonnablement surmonter :

Annuler les dettes : Faire un jubilé sur 10 à 30 % des dettes comme en Mésopotamie pour reprendre l’exemple d’une étude du Boston Consulting Group de 2011 ;

Rembourser le trop-plein avec une taxe exceptionnelle sur la richesse privée que le FMI évaluait à 10 % en 2013 et que l’on pourrait réévaluer à 30 % aujourd’hui ;

Les solvabiliser avec des taux d’intérêt négatifs et profondément négatifs, généralement entre -5 et -10 % selon les travaux de Kenneth Rogoff et Willem Buiter à partir de 2009.

Les deux premières solutions ont un inconvénient indépassable : Ce sont des fusils à un coup. Si vous commencez à annuler vos dettes tous les 10 ans comme l’Argentine… Généralement, cela se passe mal. Cela ne se passe pas mieux si vous piochez dans les comptes de votre population dès que vous avez un trou dans votre budget. Cela signifie qu’une fois le couperet tombé la discipline budgétaire doit être de fer : Allez donc demander à un ministre des finances français d’équilibrer un budget, cela fait un demi-siècle qu’ils ont oublié comment cela marchait.

Les taux négatifs comme seul horizon

Reste la 3e solution : Solvabiliser les dettes avec des taux d’intérêt négatifs, ce qui revient à piocher directement dans les comptes des épargnants pour soulager les créditeurs insolvables. Dit autrement, si vous avez mal investi un crédit d’un million d’euros à 4 %, cela vous coûte beaucoup d’argent et peut vous mettre en faillite. Mais si vous pouvez refinancer ce crédit à – 2 %, vos épaules seront allégées du poids de la dette… Vous avez toujours gâché un million d’euros, mais ce sont les épargnants qui paient à votre place et vous évitent la faillite. Le grand avantage des taux négatifs, c’est qu’ils continuent la stratégie de la grenouille dans le pot d’eau chaude, on vous spolie à bas feu, de manière opaque et sans que vous compreniez vraiment que la vertu récompense le vice.

Les taux négatifs exigent la fin de l’argent liquide

Il n’y a qu’un seul problème aux taux négatifs : Les espèces. Pourquoi avoir de l’argent en banque qui vous est ponctionné d’un intérêt négatif de – 5 % chaque année si vous pouvez avoir des espèces qui, elles, ne le sont pas. C’est ce que notait la journaliste Izabella Kaminska dès 2009 dans un papier au titre cristallin « Au revoir les billets » : « En bref, les taux d’intérêt négatifs impliquent bien la fin des espèces. » Le problème de cette solution est qu’elle est douce : C’est une morphine qui calme la douleur mais n’incite pas à régler les problèmes et finit par tuer le patient.

Taux négatifs et contrôle des prix

Empêcher les faillites comme on l’a fait après 2008 et comme le fait le gouvernement Macron depuis le début de cette crise en se portant garant d’entreprises privées dysfonctionnelles est insensé. Cela empêche la bonne allocation de nos ressources, cela empêche les nouvelles structures d’émerger, c’est une forme de nécrose de notre tissu économique et financier. La production économique devient inadaptée à nos besoins réels et en ajoutant les folies de nos banques centrales : L’inflation frappe. Bien sûr, le meilleur remède contre l’inflation est la hausse des taux. Les banques centrales ne le feront pas, elles ne le peuvent pas : Le système n’est plus capable de soutenir des hausses de taux : Tous les acteurs, publics comme privés, sont incroyablement trop endettés. Alors pour lutter contre l’inflation, les politiques reviendront aux mêmes erreurs habituelles et reviendra le contrôle des prix. Bien sûr, si les prix flambent, c’est qu’il n’y a pas suffisamment d’offre pour répondre à la demande. Il faudra donc contraindre la demande. Bien sûr cette demande sera contrainte au nom de l’écologie et de la sauvegarde des ours polaires. L’Euro digital le permettra.

Contrôle des prix et ticket de rationnement au XXIe siècle

Vous ne pourrez payer avec ces euros digitaux qu’un certain nombre de biens et services, par exemple : Au-delà mettons de 300 g de viande par semaine, un malus vous sera attribué et au-delà de 600 g la vente sera simplement interdite, vous n’aurez plus qu’à vous rabattre sur un succédané, un ersatz, façon Tricatel dans l’aile ou la cuisse opportunément détenus par un milliardaire américain façon Bill Gates (Beyond Meat). Idem pour l’essence, l’électricité. Les déplacements seront également contraints.

La fin de l’argent liquide signe la fin de l’argent tout court

Imaginez quelques années d’évolution d’une monnaie dématérialisée et contrainte : Ce ne sera plus une monnaie du tout. Simplement un registre de rationnement. L’Euro digital, c’est le retour des bons de rationnement et des pénuries non par dessein mais par nécessité. Plus ces politiques seront immorales et plus la morale sera invoquée, moins elles seront vertes et plus l’argument écologique sera avancé. Il ne s’agit pas d’imagination ou d’affabulation mais de nécessité et de préservation. Il faut que tout change pour que rien ne change. Rarement la célèbre sentence du Guépard n’a-t-elle été plus vivace : La perpétuation du système capitaliste impose sa mutation en un système collectiviste. Bien sûr, cette Babel un jour s’effondrera, mais il ne nous appartient pas de connaître le jour ni l’heure, il nous appartient de veiller et d’être préparés.C’est pour cela que je vous invite depuis des années déjà à construire un patrimoine en partie débancarisé et démonétisé. Mais pour qui se prend-il ? (1) Posted: 28 Jan 2022 12:00 AM PST On ne dira jamais assez que l’élection de 2017 a été volée aux Français. Une opération politique, médiatique et judiciaire savamment orchestrée sans doute à partir du cabinet de l’Elysée et des amis socialistes de M. Macron, lui-même issu du PS, tendance caviar, et arrivé près de Hollande par la filière Attali-Jouyet, a éliminé le candidat le plus à même de redresser la France. La mise en examen puis la condamnation de François Fillon à partir d’une cellule judiciaire créée par Hollande à cause de l’affaire Cahuzac sont disproportionnées à propos d’une question qui n’aurait jamais dû quitter l’Assemblée Nationale, pour des faits qui n’étaient pas rares et n’ont été montés en épingle que pour une seule personne dans une stratégie politicienne et non judiciaire. Cette origine douteuse laisse planer sur le “mandat” de M. Macron un sentiment d’usurpation. Comment un énarque passé par la Banque Rothschild et dénué de véritable expérience politique a-t-il pu s’emparer du pouvoir après un bref séjour au ministère de l’économie qui lui a permis de brader des entreprises nationales, notamment Alstom, essentielle à la filière nucléaire française ? Récemment, un site du candidat Macron a été ouvert. Mais il tarde à annoncer sa candidature afin de profiter au maximum et le plus tard possible des moyens et du statut de président. Or, il n’est désormais qu’un candidat parmi les autres, qui veut une nouvelle fois voler son élection aux électeurs français. Les fautes, les échecs, les méandres et les contradictions qui remplissent ces cinq années sont tellement nombreux qu’il souhaite éviter leur rappel comme autant d’écueils à traverser lors de débats pour parvenir jusqu’au second tour où avec la complicité habituelle de “journalistes” complaisants, tout ne pourra être dit par son seul adversaire. M. Macron veut revivre le combat facile de 2017. Il n’y avait alors que les fautes lourdes du ministre à lui reprocher, et Marine Le Pen n’a même pas su les exploiter et s’est retrouvée comme d’habitude, victime du cordon sanitaire. En dehors de cette tactique d’évitement qui devrait révulser tous les Français épris de démocratie, le sortant à nouveau candidat s’appuie sur quatre faux-semblants qui ne résistent à aucune analyse et sont tambourinés ad nauseam par les médias complices dont les propriétaires sont ses amis milliardaires ravis d’avoir échappé à l’ISF mobilier, et qui se moquent totalement de la disparition de la France ou de la décadence des moeurs dans notre pays. L’arrivée massive d’immigrés opère une pression salutaire sur les salaires, fournit une armée de nouveaux consommateurs dopés à coups d’aides sociales qui endettent l’Etat, mais ne touchent guère des gens dont l’activité et les richesses tiennent peu compte des frontières, entre travailleurs pauvres de l’Asie du Sud, bourgeoisie chinoise enrichie, et paradis fiscaux dans les îles. Le premier faux semblant est bien sûr la “guerre” contre le virus. Celle-ci serait gagnée grâce au “grand protecteur” qui a décidé l’instauration du “passe sanitaire”, après avoir promis qu’il n’y recourrait pas. Cette mesure présentée soit comme générale dans le monde, soit comme spécifique à l’intelligence et à la volonté présidentielles, n’est ni l’une, ni l’autre. Les stratégies nationales sont différentes. Tous les pays n’y ont pas recours, et il est paradoxal que, fort du succès apparent de sa décision et de la ruée sur les vaccins qui a suivi, le génial conducteur ait voulu un passe vaccinal plus contraignant alors que la dernière vague du virus est manifestement moins mortelle, même si elle est plus contagieuse. Les atteintes sérieuses aux libertés fondamentales semblent désormais s’inscrire dans la normalité, la banalité. Ne plus pouvoir circuler à sa guise, être obligé de subir un traitement avec un seul produit proposé, ne plus pouvoir prescrire en conscience pour un médecin, et être “emmerdé” selon le mot tellement présidentiel, si on ne soumet pas : ce n’est plus le décor d’une démocratie libérale. Le contrôle au nom de la santé publique, c’est quand même du contrôle, et une voie dangereuse qui est ouverte. Mais cette apparence de dévouement au bien public cache mal les nombreuses défaillances de l’Etat face à la crise : la disparition initiale des stocks de masques, l’absence de tests avant l’arrivée des vaccins étrangers, puisque la France a été le seul pays doté d’un système de santé réputé solide à ne pas en produire, et enfin la suppression de lits d’hôpitaux notamment depuis 2017, la véritable cause de la panique gouvernementale transmise à l’opinion publique afin qu’elle s’enlise davantage dans l’obsession covidienne au lieu de penser à se défaire de Macron. Les résultats sont-ils probants ? En pourcentage, le nombre de décès n’a pas été considérable et explique mal le degré d’angoisse collective entretenue. En revanche, 130 000 morts cela fait peur : mais la France n’enregistre un record ni dans un sens, ni dans un autre. Avec 1950 morts par million d’habitants, la France fait mieux que le Royaume-Uni mais moins bien que l’Allemagne. On peut penser que ces différences tiennent davantage à des causes structurelles propres à chaque nation, sa démographie, sa répartition géographique, son système de santé qu’à l’action d’un pouvoir se prenant pour le coq qui fait monter le soleil dans le ciel. La réponse à l’épidémie a plutôt révélé une détérioration de notre système de soins auparavant considéré comme exemplaire au niveau mondial qu’elle n’a démontré l’efficacité douteuse du “génie” élyséen. A doctor who has been offering free telehealth services to COVID-19 patients during the pandemic says that early treatment for COVID-19 works, claiming that he has a 99.99 percent survival rate.

“We have a team of volunteer free doctors that donate their time to help treat these patients that come to us,” Dr. Ben Marble, the founder of myfreedoctor.com, an online medical consultation service, said at a roundtable discussion hosted by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on Jan. 24.

He added, “We deliver the early treatment protocols to them as early as we can, and we have a 99.99 percent survival rate. So, I believe myfreedoctor.com, the free volunteered doctors have settled the science on this—early treatment works, period!”

Marble was answering Johnson’s question about what people can do if they or their loved ones have COVID-19.

People can visit the website myfreedoctor.com, create an account, and fill out a patient intake form if the doctors are accepting new patients for that day. One of the doctors will then reach out in less than 24 hours. With a huge demand for their services, the physicians say they can only “accept a certain number of patients each day.”

Marble says that he and his small team of volunteer doctors prescribe Dr. Peter McCullough’s treatment protocol, which consists of hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, prednisone, and other low-cost generic drugs. They also prescribe vitamins D and C, and zinc.

McCullough, a cardiologist, and epidemiologist, along with several physicians put together an early treatment protocol to provide outpatient care for COVID-19 patients. Their paper was published in The American Journal of Medicine in August 2020.

Dr. Pierre Kory, a pulmonologist and the President at the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance, says that the public is not aware that there are doctors across the country who will provide telehealth and early treatment for COVID-19.

“On our website, we have a button, which says find a provider. We’ve tried to collect as many telehealth providers that treat all states in the country,” Kory said.

“We are trying to let that message be known because that message is being suppressed that this disease is treatable,” he added.

Kory also claims that there is corruption at the federal level in suppressing early treatment with repurposed cheap drugs and their availability and that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been “captured by the pharmaceutical industry.”

“The corruption is because they don’t want you to use off-label, repurposed generic medicines. It does not provide profit to the system,” Kory said, adding that, “you know what’s going on in this country right now, is that the CDC has been captured by the pharmaceutical industry.”

“They sent out a memo in August of 2021, they sent out a similar memo back in the spring 2020, telling the nation’s physicians and pharmacists not to use generic medicines.”

The Epoch Times has reached out to the CDC for comment.

Early treatments were and continue to be discouraged by the CDC, whose guidance since the beginning of the pandemic up until January 2022, only focused on people self-quarantining for 14 days, keeping hydrated, taking analgesics, and only seeking hospital care when they can’t breathe or turn blue. They also warned people to not take any medications not approved for COVID-19.

“People have been seriously harmed and even died after taking products not approved for use to treat or prevent COVID-19, even products approved or prescribed for other uses,” the CDC wrote on its potential treatments webpage.

The weblink provided for the alleged harmful product was related to a March 2020 health alert warning of a serious health effect from ingesting non-pharmaceutical chloroquine phosphate used to clean fish tanks. This alert came after an Arizona man and his wife took the non-pharmaceutical drug in an attempt to self-medicate for COVID-19.

For the past two years, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has only authorized limited early outpatient treatments for COVID-19 that include monoclonal antibodies for high-risk patients and antiviral pills from Merck and Pfizer. However, the FDA on Jan. 24 announced it was limiting the use of Eli Lilly and Regeneron monoclonal antibodies only to patients “likely to have been infected with or exposed to a variant that is susceptible to these treatments.”

Johnson held the roundtable discussion to offer a different perspective on the response to the pandemic, including on “the current state of knowledge of early and hospital treatment, vaccine efficacy and safety, what went right, what went wrong, what should be done now, and what needs to be addressed long term.”

The discussion panel consisted of health experts and scientists that included McCullough, Dr. Robert Malone, and Dr. Paul Marik.

According to a press release, Johnson also invited over a dozen prominent figures involved in developing, promoting, and leading the pandemic response, including the CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Jeffrey Zients. Préambule

Bonjour à tous,

Je vous remercie pour votre invitation à ce symposium international. En préambule, je souhaiterais inscrire ma participation sous l’égide de deux citations, la première d’Arthur Koestler, dans son roman LeZéroetl’Infini :

« Nous avons poussé si loin la logique dans la libération des êtres humains des entraves de l’exploitation industrielle, que nous avons envoyé environ dix millions de personnes aux travaux forcés dans les régions arctiques et dans les forêts orientales, dans des conditions analogues à celles des galériens de l’Antiquité. Nous avons poussé si loin la logique, que pour régler une divergence d’opinions, nous ne connaissons qu’un seul argument : la mort. »

Et la seconde d’Hannah Arendt, dans La nature du totalitarisme (UnderstandingandPolitics,onthenatureoftotalitarianism,religionandpolitics) :

« Bien des gens affirment qu’on ne saurait combattre le totalitarisme sans le comprendre. Ce n’est heureusement pas vrai car, autrement, notre situation serait sans espoir. »

Introduction

Je m’appelle Ariane Bilheran, je suis une psychologue et philosophe française, docteur en psychopathologie, spécialisée en philosophie morale et politique dans la maladie de civilisation, et en psychopathologie dans l’étude de la manipulation, des déviances du pouvoir, de la perversion, de la paranoïa et du harcèlement, entre autres. J’ai étudié durant de nombreuses années l’émergence de ce que j’ai appelé les « collectifs régressés » dans des harcèlements au sein des entreprises, et ai publié de nombreux livres sur les sujets cités, dont certains sont traduits en d’autres langues que le français. En 2020, je suis intervenue plusieurs fois pour alerter sur l’émergence du totalitarisme actuel, au prétexte sanitaire, par exemple le 13 mai, avec « Totalitarisme sanitaire : « C’est pour ton bien… Le mal radical »[1], le 30 août, avec « Le moment paranoïaque (le déferlement totalitaire) face à la dialectique du maître et de l’esclave »[2], et le 30 décembre, à Radio Canada[3], entrevue au cours de laquelle j’ai affirmé que ce que nous vivions n’était pas autoritaire, mais totalitaire, en examinant la certitude délirante de la psychose paranoïaque. Ces interventions parmi d’autres m’ont valu railleries, quolibets et insultes en tout genre, de la part de ceux qui ne peuvent pas entendre ce qui se passe (ou n’y ont pas intérêt), prétendant que j’exagère ou que je souffrirais moi-même de paranoïa.

C’est donc un regard depuis la psychopathologie collective, c’est-à-dire l’étude des processus psychiques individuels et collectifs, et de la philosophie morale et politique, que je vais proposer — étant entendu que cette perspective ne saurait être exhaustive, mais qu’elle apporte des éléments d’éclairage intéressants sur ce qui nous arrive —.

Depuis l’année 2020, nos libertés, conquises de haute lutte durant des siècles, au prix du sang de nos ancêtres, se sont évaporées en fumée, jusqu’à la survenue de ce « passeport sanitaire », jugé impensable par la majorité des gens il y a quelques mois encore. En m’appuyant sur ma longue expérience professionnelle d’observations des groupes, des institutions et des entreprises, lorsqu’ils se transforment en îlots totalitaires, j’ai diagnostiqué rapidement l’existence d’un délire collectif dont je décrirai la nature aujourd’hui. En avril 2020, bien que certains signes eussent pu paraître insignifiants aux yeux du plus grand nombre, ils étaient suffisants pour caractériser l’entrée dans une psychose paranoïaque collective, en particulier le déni de réalité, le mensonge, le clivage, la projection[4], l’interprétation, la persécution (ici, d’un virus, ennemi invisible, qui autorise la persécution des individus en tant qu’organismes porteurs d’une multiplicité de virus), la manipulation des masses (terreur, culpabilité et chantage), l’idéologie sanitaire (et la propagande qui la soutient), mais aussi la survenue d’une nouvelle langue pour raconter une « nouvelle normalité » ou une « nouvelle réalité » faisant table rase de l’ancien.

Les individus s’organisent selon des structures psychiques (certains préfèreront le terme organisation, moins rigide), qui traduisent leur rapport à la réalité, à l’expérience, à l’autre, à la Loi, aux pulsions, aux émotions, à la rationalité et à la langue. Ces structures sont évolutives à la faveur des événements, en particulier des charges traumatiques lourdes, et c’est ce qui explique qu’en temps « normal », des individus respectant des tabous moraux fondamentaux (notamment, ne pas transgresser ni tuer), se désinhibent en temps totalitaire (ou plutôt régressent psychiquement), l’idéologie de masse permettant de justifier la levée des interdits anthropologiques du meurtre et de l’inceste (et de leurs dérivés) qui fondent une civilisation. Ce que l’on sait moins, c’est que ces structures psychiques concernent aussi les collectifs. En psychopathologie, il existe des personnalités psychiques au niveau des groupes, des institutions, des entreprises… Les groupes « régressent », lorsqu’ils basculent sur un mode pervers ou pire, paranoïaque. Les pathologies narcissiques graves ont en effet ce talent de créer une unité pathologique dans les groupes, avec des interactions inconscientes. C’est dire à quel point l’individu est pris dans un système, où le tout est d’une autre nature que la somme de ses parties. Ce système contraint le psychisme individuel, qui en retour nourrira le délire collectif. Voilà expliqué en peu de mots le phénomène sectaire et fanatique. Et la mauvaise nouvelle, c’est qu’il semble désormais concerner l’ensemble de l’humanité.

Ledélirecollectifparanoïaqueestceluiquistructurelerégimetotalitaire.C’estl’explicationpsychopathologiquedutotalitarisme,quiselonsescritèrespolitiques,ne saurait se réduire à une dictature, un despotisme, ou encore, une tyrannie : ambition de la domination totale, monopole des médias de masse et du corps policier, direction centrale de l’économie, persécution des opposants et de toute critique, système de surveillance d’individus, encouragement aux délations, logique concentrationnaire orchestrée sur la terreur, politique de la table rase, idéologie mouvante construite sur le clivage entre bons citoyens et mauvais citoyens, sur l’ennemi (visible ou invisible) et la pureté.

Letotalitarismecorresponddoncàundélirepsychotique,celuidelaparanoïa,etcedélireestcontagieux.Il s’agit d’une psychose, qui s’articule sur :

· Le déni de réalité (la réalité et l’expérience n’existent pas, ne servent pas de boucles de rétroaction pour qualifier la pensée délirante dogmatique),

· Un délire interprétatif (un ennemi extérieur ou intérieur, visible ou invisible, nous veut du mal) avec des idéologies dédiés (mégalomanie, pseudo-idéaux humanitaires, hypocondrie, persécution…),

· La projection, la méfiance, le clivage, l’hyper-contrôle.

Cette folie présente l’apparence de la raison, du discours argumenté, tout en s’organisant sur un délire de persécution justifiant la persécution d’autrui. Elle ne nie pas la Loi, mais elle la désosse et l’interprète à son avantage et, si elle en a le pouvoir, elle l’instrumentalise pour persécuter les individus, et non plus les protéger. « Para » (παρά), dans le grec ancien παράνοια, est un préfixe qui signifie tout à la fois « à côté », « en parallèle », comme dans « parapharmacie », ou « contre », comme dans « parapluie ». De même que le parapluie agit contre la pluie, le paranoïaque agit contre l’esprit (νοῦς), contre l’intelligence, contre la logique. Et, pour ce faire, il subvertit l’esprit, l’intelligence, la logique, et leur fait la guerre.

Peu importe le contenu du délire, à savoir son décor théâtralisé, car la paranoïa, « folie raisonnante » comme l’ont nommé les psychiatres français du début du XXème siècle Sérieux et Capgras, obéit toujours à une même structuration des processus psychiques. Nourrie par la haine et la manipulation érotisée des institutions, elle peut être dangereusement collective et psychiquement contagieuse, en revendiquant son action « pour notre bien ». Il convient d’accuser un ennemi désigné comme persécuteur, et si possible, de le personnifier. Un virus « pris en tenailles » (je renvoie à l’expression utilisée par le Président de la France, Emmanuel Macron, dans son discours du 31 mars 2021) est l’ennemi parfait, car il est invisible, et en perpétuelle transformation (« variants »). L’interprétation (déduction à partir d’une opinion subjective) est au centre du dispositif : ce virus est si dangereux qu’il en va de la survie de l’espèce humaine (postulat implicite, qui permet de justifier la destruction de l’économie, des libertés et de nos droits fondamentaux). L’interprétation est à la fois exogène (le virus tueur est à l’extérieur de nous) et endogène (à l’intérieur de nous).

Osonsunequestionblasphématoire:unvirusaurait-ill’intentiondenoustuer? Les virus sont inscrits dans notre ADN ; nous en touchons des centaines de millions chaque jour. Curtis Suttle, virologue à l’Université de la Colombie-Britannique au Canada, indique dans une étude de 2018, que plus de 800 millions de virus se déposent sur chaque mètre carré de terre chaque jour. Dans une cuillère à soupe d’eau de mer, il a plus de virus que d’habitants en Europe ! « Nous avalons plus d’un milliard de virus chaque fois que nous allons nager […]. Nous sommes inondés de virus. » Un article de 2011 publié dans NatureMicrobiology estime qu’il y a plus d’un quintillion (1 suivi de 30 zéros) de virus sur terre ! Environ 8% du génome humain est d’origine virale, et les virus ont été présents bien avant l’espèce humaine sur terre, ils ont contribué à donner naissance à la vie cellulaire[5].. Partir en guerre[6] contre un virus, est-on sérieux ? C’est pourtant ce que propose l’hypocondrie délirante de la paranoïa collective, dans laquelle le corps devient étranger à soi-même et persécuteur. Il faut donc persécuter le corps, dans un Syndrome de Münchhausen de masse, qui consiste à surmédicaliser de façon inadaptée (interdiction de remèdes, couplée à des vaccins expérimentaux, dont les études qui visent à prouver la qualité, la sécurité et l’efficacité ne sont pas achevées[7]) une maladie virale commune (qui mériterait des soins appropriés et précoces), déniant la tempérance, les avertissements et l’expérience des experts, et créant davantage de problèmes et de souffrances qu’elle n’en résout. Laparanoïaestunepathologiecontagieuse,quiérodeleslienstraditionnels[8]poursoumettrelespsychismesàdenouveauxliens,ceuxdel’idéologie[9].

Avec le régime totalitaire, tout doit être subordonné à l’idéologie : lafinjustifielesmoyens. En clair, le totalitarisme invite à cliver les citoyens en deux : les bons obéissants, et les mauvais désobéissants. Les méchants sont ceux qui résistent au harcèlement, ou encore, refusent de rentrer dans la nouvelle réalité délirante, idéologique, proposée par la paranoïa. Mais ces catégories sont évolutives et la persécution peut finir par concerner l’ensemble des citoyens. L’issue de ce clivage est d’exiger une logique sacrificielle : il faut, dans le grand corps social pris au sens littéral, dans lequel les individus sont destitués de leur libre-arbitre et réduits à l’état de cellules, éliminer les parts supposés malades, les sacrifier, pour « le Bien Commun ». C’est la proposition totalitaire. Rappelons que la négation des droits de l’individu, pour le réduire à une cellule du corps social entendu comme corps organique, est l’apanage systématique des régimes totalitaires. L’être humain est rétréci à l’état de cellule biologique malade, de corps contaminé et/ou contaminant. D’ailleurs, ceux qui, d’aventure, chercheraient à s’émanciper de ce grand corps organique sont présumés coupables (de l’expansion de l’épidémie) : la mère-ogre ne saurait laisser ses bébés sortir du ventre, sans angoisser elle-même sa propre mort. C’estdecenœudarchaïquedontilestquestion:laisserl’autresortirduventretue.Etleparadoxeestévidemmentquerestercollédansleventretueaussi.C’estsansissue.

Le totalitarisme, pour instaurer son pouvoir et le maintenir, doit pallier son illégitimité par la terreur. Il faut et il suffit de terroriser suffisamment les individus, et de les manier par le chef d’œuvre du paranoïaque : le harcèlement. Le harcèlement met en place des chocs traumatiques réitérés sur les populations, et vise non seulement la destruction des individus, mais leur autodestruction. Il est donc tout à fait logique que se déploient dans les populations des mécanismes de défense (déni, banalisation, oubli etc.), qui altèrent leur santé mentale, mais aussi des idées dépressives, suicidaires, des passages à l’acte et des troubles schizophrènes. Parce que certains psychismes sont trop vulnérables et sont en incapacité de se représenter la violence de ce qui se passe, ils peuvent se réfugier dans le délire qui séduit par son autre narration de la réalité. Par exemple, comme j’ai pu l’entendre, telle personne non-injectée sera assimilée à un terroriste et traitée de « bombe ambulante », ou encore, on interprètera l’éviction des soignants refusant la piqûre (et se faisant sévèrement châtier pour cela, par la perte de leurs moyens de subsistance et leur réduction à des citoyens de seconde zone), comme un désir de leur part d’arrêter un métier devenu trop éprouvant. La victime est jugée coupable.

Dans l’hypocondrie délirante de la paranoïa, la maladie est partout, vécue comme dangereuse, mortelle, ennemie du vivant. Le malade est opposé au sain, comme l’impur au pur : ordre est donné d’éliminer (et avant cela, d’« évincer » pour reprendre le mot de Jean-Michel Blanquer, ministre de l’Éducation Nationale en France, concernant les enfants non vaccinés[10]) la partie du corps social désignée comme impure. L’impureté supposée est à traquer par la terreur et des méthodes radicales : la fin justifie les moyens. C’est la raison pour laquelle la « terreur est constitutive du corps politique totalitaire, tout comme l’est la légalité pour le corps politique républicain » selon Hannah Arendt[11]. On pourrait tout autant dire qu’enrégimetotalitaire,l’illégalitéestforcedeloi.La paranoïa fonctionne à l’idéal tyrannique pour légitimer l’utilisation de méthodes harceleuses. L’idéalisation est mécanisme de défense très puissant, de l’ordre du fanatisme de l’idéal inatteignable. Cet idéal en soi devient persécuteur, car nul ne peut être à la hauteur. La suggestion de l’idéal sanitaire tyrannique est forte depuis le départ : la santé est conçue comme absence de maladie potentielle (d’où la confusion entre les cas et les malades), et il faut éradiquer le virus. Avec ce chantage de fond (qui est un mensonge) : pas de retour aux temps anciens avant l’éradication du virus. La sophistique change selon les circonstances. Car le « vaccin », présenté dès le départ comme objet fétiche et talisman magique contre le virus, semble ne pas fonctionner à la mesure des ambitions initiales, voire présenter de graves et sérieux problèmes. Insuffisant (il faudrait continuer les mesures sanitaires contraignantes[12]), insatisfaisant (il serait même à l’origine des variants[13]), éventuellement dangereux. Ainsi en est-il des effets secondaires graves, dont il sera fort compliqué de démontrer le lien de cause à effet, et dont l’État se lave les mains. C’est en substance ce que dit le philosophe italien Giorgio Agamben devant des sénateurs italiens à l’occasion des débats sur le passe sanitaire (loi 2394), le 7 octobre 2021 : « Comme l’ont noté des juristes faisant autorité, cela signifie que l’État n’a pas envie d’assumer la responsabilité d’un vaccin qui n’a pas terminé sa phase expérimentale, et pourtant essaie en même temps de forcer les citoyens à se faire vacciner par tous les moyens, sous peine de s’exclure de la vie sociale, et maintenant avec le nouveau décret que vous êtes appelés à valider, en les privant même de la possibilité de travailler. Est-il possible, je demande, d’imaginer une situation juridiquement et moralement plus anormale ? Comment l’État peut-il accuser d’irresponsabilité ceux qui choisissent de ne pas se faire vacciner, alors que c’est le même État qui décline le premier, formellement, toute responsabilité pour les éventuelles conséquences graves ? »[14]

Devant l’échec à garantir un risque zéro (et pour cause, puisqu’il n’existe pas), il est probable que la persécution se renforce : il faudra, pour répondre à l’idéal inatteignable d’éradication du virus, éliminer les individus qui sont supposés potentiellement porteurs du virus (en puissance, toute l’espèce humaine est visée). D’ores et déjà, dans le monde, des troupeaux entiers d’animaux ont été disséminés selon la même logique nazie d’un virus étranger qu’il convient d’éradiquer. Goebbels notait dans son Journal (1939-1942): « Dans le ghetto de Varsovie, on a noté une certaine montée du typhus. Mais on a pris des mesures pour qu’on ne les fasse pas sortir du ghetto. Après tout, les Juifs ont toujours été des vecteurs de maladies contagieuses. Il faut oubienlesentasserdansunghettoetlesabandonneràeux-mêmes,oubienlesliquider;sinon,ilscontamineronttoujourslapopulationsainedesÉtatscivilisés.»Les non-vaccinés seront-ils persécutés puis éliminés pour camoufler l’échec à atteindre l’idéal tyrannique ? Abdiquer l’idéal tyrannique serait renoncer au délire, et signifierait l’effondrement, la chute devant l’ennemi, la mort, la plongée dans le trou noir.

La réalité de l’expérience doit donc être tordue et asservie, pour coïncider avec l’idéal archaïque et sadique, qui la disqualifie.

Il est important de nommer que nous avons déjà eu affaire dans un passé pas si lointain que cela, à une idéologie sanitaire de type épidémiologique, avec l’épidémie du typhus, que les nazis prétendaient combattre et éradiquer. C’est bien le déploiement de cette chasse à l’épidémie de typhus qui désigna une catégorie de la population comme en étant porteuse, et la traita comme des parasites propagateurs d’épidémies. L’épidémie de typhus se propageait car toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour que ce soit le cas (distribution de couvertures infestées de punaises, entassement dans des ghettos insalubres etc.). Je renvoie aux travaux de l’historien français Johann Chapoutot sur le sujet. Car si le délire crée une nouvelle réalité pour remplacer l’ancienne (propos de l’idéologie), avec la paranoïa, il faut faireadvenircette nouvelle réalité. Le discours est un oracle performatif : il produit seul la réalité. Il n’y a plus de réflexivité avec l’expérience pour créer un chemin de vérité. La parole délirante est omnipotente et entend bien le démontrer, en marquant la réalité sous le sceau de l’idéologie. Le meurtreest justifié et justifiable,puisqu’il est désormais permis detransgresser, aunom du Bien Commun.

Levivantestl’ennemi. Le délire paranoïaque fait abstraction de la complexité du corps humain et de son fonctionnement auto-organisé et systémique. Le corps est envisagé comme un objet inerte sur lequel circule un virus, vu comme l’unique facteur d’une maladie, ce qui est une aberration à la fois épistémologique et méthodologique. L’idée d’une immunité autre qu’artificielle est évacuée : le corps est un réceptacle, porteur d’un corps étranger et invisible. Toutcequibouge,toutcequiestvivant,toutcequirésiste,estvécucommetraîtreetdoitêtreéliminé.Le corps de l’autre est coupable, en tant que porteur potentiel de virus, c’est-à-dire de vie. L’éviction dès le départ de la notion complexe de « système immunitaire » oriente la pensée vers un corps dénué de capacités à réagir s’il n’est pas vacciné. Or, c’est pourtant sur la sollicitation du même système immunitaire que fonctionne le vaccin. Mais le délire paranoïaque n’est plus à un paradoxe près. L’ambition paranoïaque est donc de neutraliser et contrôler ce corps, mais cela ne suffira pas. Ilfaudra,dansunparadoxeimplacable,supprimerlaviepourconserverlavie.

Chacunestcoupabledelamaladiedel’autre;pluspersonnen’estresponsabledesonpropreétatdesanté.Celui qui récuse le traitement politico-médiatique de la chose devient donc un ennemi de la patrie, un traître, un collabo au virus, un assassin. L’ennemi est invisible, et il est partout. Les corps de la population sont perçus comme potentiellement malades, infectieux, dangereux, et cette ghettoïsation s’appliquera au départ à une partie de la population, avant de cibler tout le monde, il faut le rappeler. La persécution ne s’embarrasse pas des détails. Est-ce vraiment un hasard d’avoir rencontré, au hasard de mes recherches, l’existence du passeport restreignant la circulation autant dans le nazisme (pour des raisons expressément sanitaires) que dans l’URSS de l’époque stalinienne (le sanitaire y était alors imbriqué avec des motifs politiques de contrôle des individus) ? Les passeports de l’URSS stalinienne avaient aussi une mission « prophylactique », sur fond de nettoyage répressif, délimitant des zones autorisées ou non à la circulation.

Le chantage à la vaccination est le suivant : si vous n’êtes pas vaccinés, vous n’aurez plus le droit à un traitement digne d’un être humain, vous n’aurez même plus le droit à des soins, vous n’aurez plus le droit de travailler, vous pourrez (éventuellement) mourir en marge de la société, en tant que parias, ou pire, vous serez traités comme des criminels dangereux et des ennemis publics qui pourront également être emprisonnés sans date de sortie dans des camps concentrationnaires. C’est en cours de déploiement dans certains pays (dont l’Australie), et nul doute que cette affaire se mondialise si elle n’est pas freinée. « Les camps de concentration et d’extermination des régimes totalitaires servent de laboratoires où la conviction fondamentale du totalitarisme que tout est possible se vérifie. » Peu importe comment ces camps se nommeront : « camps de quarantaine », « camps de soin » etc. C’estlalogiqueparanoïaquequi,siellen’estpasfreinéeouentravéeparuneforteopposition,sedérouleracommelecommandeledélire. Dans le camp, le corps est soumis aux agressions, à la faim, au froid, aux maladies, aux maltraitances sexuelles, à la déshumanisation, aux expérimentations en tout genre. Pour Hannah Arendt, dans Lesystèmetotalitaire (troisième partie de son magistral ouvrage les OriginesduTotalitarisme), « le prisonnier d’un camp n’a pas de prix puisqu’on peut le remplacer ». La valeur marchande sur le corps humain relève de la perversion : instrumentaliser à outrance ce qui en saurait l’être. Rappelons-nous que la perversion n’est que l’instrument du déploiement du totalitarisme.

Lebutn’estplusl’aliénationmaisl’annihilationdusujethumain.Le totalitarisme est par essence génocidaire ; il n’a plus besoin de l’humain, ou plutôt, il prétend le créer de nouveau, à partir de zéro : cet « homme nouveau », à qui il faut supprimer la liberté, pour faire régner l’idéal tyrannique et malsain de pureté. L’apologie du corps puissant, de la volonté de puissance, du surhomme transhumanisé suppose l’élimination des supposés inutiles, des corps malades, des corps souffreteux.

S’agissantdesréactionsdesindividus, il faut d’abord comprendre (et je ne pourrai rentrer ici dans le détail d’un processus psychique fort complexe) que le psychisme tend à se protéger de la violence du harcèlement, de la propagande médiatique et de la terreur. Pour cela, il érige des remparts qui lui permettent de tolérer une réalité insoutenable, parmi lesquels : le déni, le refoulement, la banalisation, l’idéalisation, le clivage, la projection, la radicalisation, l’interprétation, l’isolation, la décharge dans le passage à l’acte, l’automatisation des faits et des gestes, l’anesthésie affective, le désinvestissement[15]… Ces « mécanismes de défense » érodent la lucidité de l’individu. En particulier, le déni est une impossibilité absolue de se représenter la violence de ce qui se passe, jusqu’à rendre hermétique à toute argumentation ou évidence des faits. Je précise que ce processus psychique n’a rien à voir avec l’intelligence, mais concerne les « plus fragiles » psychologiquement, c’est-à-dire ceux qui n’ont pas les ressources internes suffisantes pour résister à une telle distorsion interprétative du monde : la majorité des êtres humains. Car il faut une force psychique hors du commun pour parvenir à garder un raisonnement sain dans un monde qui devient fou, où les repères sont inversés, la vérité travestie en mensonge, et les innocents désignés comme coupables, tandis que les coupables exercent une terreur indécente, au nom du bien du peuple, et de jolis idéaux tels que « la santé pour tous » ou « la protection de nos aînés. » La contagion délirante opère à partir de ces remparts, rendant l’individu perméable à l’idéologie, et désormais adepte inconditionnel de la secte totalitaire.

Il existe une hiérarchie des profils psychiques dans l’accès aux fonctions structurantes de civilisation que sont la symbolisation et la sublimation[16]. Nous pouvons déjà distinguer ceux qui ont structurellement intégré les tabous fondamentaux de l’interdit du meurtre et de l’inceste (et leurs dérivés : calomnie, envie, transgressions sexuelles etc.), et les autres. Ces derniers, qui ne sont plus tenus par une structure extérieure, sont alors « activés » par le délire paranoïaque, qui les autorise désormais à passer à l’acte, sans plus aucune répression légale, pourvu que l’action mortifère et transgressive s’inscrive dans la lignée dogmatique de l’idéologie. C’est ainsi que, sous propagande, des profils pervers peuvent torturer impunément (prenons l’exemple de Klaus Barbie), des profils paranoïaques peuvent disséminer la terreur[17], et des psychopathes, être utilisés comme des mercenaires du régime.

Les névroses ordinaires[18] sont fragilisées, c’est-à-dire qu’en temps « normal », des personnes se comportant de façon respectueuse des interdits fondamentaux, peuvent, à la faveur d’une idéologie totalitaire, régresser, et notamment sur un mode pervers. En clair, le système totalitaire, par sa dimension délirante massive, fait décompenser des pervers en paranoïa, et parvient à faire régresser certains profils névrosés en perversion, la perversion étant une sorte d’ultime digue psychique pour ne pas sombrer dans le délire (je renvoie aux travaux du psychiatre français Racamier). Le déploiement du système totalitaire entraîne donc la survenue de nombreux abus de pouvoir et actes sadiques, commis par des chefaillons qui se révèlent. Et l’on se demande alors comment ce bon père de famille, d’ordinaire si agréable, et connu depuis si longtemps, est devenu capable de tant d’atrocités…

Les autres profils névrosés, plus rares, sont tout de même fragilisés, jusqu’à nourrir des dépressions et des idées suicidaires, ou encore convertir leur angoisse en névrose obsessionnelle grave : l’individu fonctionne sur un mode automatisé, par des attitudes ritualisées, qui l’empêchent de penser sa fonction dans l’ensemble du système, comme Eichmann qui ne faisait que s’occuper de ce que les trains arrivent à l’heure. L’individu préfère en effet être entraîné dans la régression psychique collective, plutôt que d’affronter l’épreuve de la solitude, de la perte et de la séparation (épreuve à laquelle le philosophe traditionnel est généralement aguerri). Ainsi, dans des situations incitatives, hors normes, les auteurs d’actes barbares sont aussi des « honnêtes gens », aux profils obéissants. Je rappelle que la perversion[19] est l’exécutante consciencieuse et habile au service de la folie paranoïaque.

Letotalitarisme,l’idéologie,laprophétiedanslascienceenappellentàunparadisperdu.« La scientificité de la propagande totalitaire se caractérise par l’accent qu’elle met presque exclusivement sur la prophétie scientifique, par opposition à la référence plus traditionnelle au passé »[20], et je renvoie au livre que j’ai écrit en collaboration avec le professeur universitaire de mathématiques Vincent Pavan, intitulé Lanouvellenormalité.Corruptionsdelalangueetdérivetotalitaire. La confusion entre la fiction et la réalité de l’expérience règne, appuyée sur un déni des experts, et la certitude délirante, niant toute objection et doute. Il est même hérétique d’avoir une opinion sur la propagande totalitaire ; elle « n’est plus un problème objectif à propos duquel les gens peuvent avoir une opinion, mais est devenue dans leur vie un élément aussi réel et intangible que les règles de l’arithmétique. »[21] Elle place l’atteinte de ses buts dans unfuturquiesttoujourslointain, une sorte de promesse finale, le retour à un paradis perdu, la fin du calvaire, la pureté de la race, le territoire purifié de la maladie, le retour au monde d’avant etc. Il s’agit de fédérer la masse contre un ennemi commun, censé incarner l’opposition à la réalisation de ce but. L’ennemi, autant extérieur qu’intérieur, sera susceptible de changer, suivant l’interprétation à l’instant T, pourvu que demeure ce que je nomme « la xénophobie dans la pensée », à savoir la notion d’un « étranger organique qui serait un « non-soi » menaçant le soi, au lieu que le « soi » soit « capable de se reconnaître porteur du « non-soi » et donc de pouvoir l’assimiler. »[22] Pour faire vivre cette xénophobie sanitaire, il faut opérer une « gigantesque opération de falsification de la vérité »[23], traduisant tout à la fois une confusion mentale et un défaut d’intégrité. Le scientisme idéologique et sa technique prédictive ne cessent de se mouvoir ; leur dimension « caméléon » les fait perdurer au pouvoir. Le discours n’est plus unreflet del’expérience: c’est l’expérience quidoitse conformer au discours.

Conclusion

En conclusion,la psychose paranoïaque est un délire d’enfermement collectif mené par l’idéologie, à savoir une croyance mensongère érigée en dogme et en vérité explicative d’un réel dont elle nie l’existence, et qu’elle entend remplacer par sa propre narration prosélyte. Il y a bien là une négation fondamentale de ce que les psychanalystes appelèrent le principe de réalité. Dans un article d’Hannah Arendt intitulé « Les germes de l’internationale fasciste »[24], la philosophe notait : « C’est un aspect trop négligé de la propagande fasciste qu’elle ne se contentait pas de mentir, mais envisageait délibérément de transformer ses mensonges en réalité. Ainsi, DasSchwarzeKorps (un journal de l’époque) reconnaissait quelques années avant le début de la guerre que les peuples étrangers ne croyaient pas réellement les nazis quand ils prétendaient que tous les Juifs sont des mendiants et des vagabonds qui ne peuvent subsister que comme des parasites sur l’économie des autres nations ; mais, prophétisait-il, l’opinion publique étrangère aurait en l’espace de quelques années l’occasion de s’en convaincre, quand les Juifs allemands auraient été poussés hors des frontières précisément comme un tas de mendiants. » Personne n’était préparé à ce type de fabrication d’une réalité mensongère. En clair, le délire paranoïaque persécute, au nom de ce qu’il prophétise. Et ce qu’il prophétise, il le fait tout simplement advenir. « Il y aura des quantités de morts ! », dit-il. Et de fait, à force d’interdire les traitements qui soignent les patients et de précariser les populations, il est fort probable que ces morts arrivent. De plus, la narration idéologique justifie la persécution par la légitime défense. Avec la paranoïa, il est autorisé de tuer puisque c’était pour se défendre.

Ce n’est pas la première fois dans l’Histoire que nous avons à affronter une tyrannie pseudo-scientifique, où nous est dictée une idéologie visant à modeler nos comportements, nos pensées, nos paroles et nos actes, nous encourageant à devenir délateurs de nos propres voisins et organisant le fichage et le traçage des individus. Ce projet totalitaire détruit « la vie nue », pour reprendre le concept du philosophe Giorgio Agamben, c’est-à-dire le « simple fait de vivre », la spontanéité de vivre, et dont le rôle des Humanités nous rappelle la sacralité.

Avec la « novlangue » COVID, où j’ai relevé pas moins de soixante nouveaux mots et expressions surgissant dans la langue commune, la personne verra donc la moitié de son vocabulaire disponible colonisée par des néologismes. Comment ne pas supposer que cela crée des narrations idéologiques qui s’imposent à notre représentation du réel et à notre capacité de le nommer ? Ces néologismes sont là pour imposer une nouvelle réalité, qui ne correspond ni à l’héritage partagé ni à la réalité de l’expérience : il s’agit d’imposer une vision du monde en modifiant de force nos pensées.

Le néologisme est souvent un mot « fourre-tout », dans lequel on pourra mettre l’objet de ses persécutions pour désigner l’ennemi à abattre. La paranoïa impose une relation d’objet narcissique paradoxale où le danger de mort est permanent, que l’on vive ensemble, ou que l’on se sépare. C’est bien le leitmotiv de l’idéologie sanitaire actuelle qui, si elle est menacée dans sa subsistance hypnotique, conduira inévitablement à des passages à l’acte meurtriers et transgressifs sur les peuples désobéissants, ce qui est d’ailleurs à l’œuvre dans différents endroits de la planète.

Avec le délire paranoïaque, plus rienn’a de sens, mais tout prétend en avoir. Combiendecrisd’orfraien’avons-nouspasentenduscesdernièresannéesaunomdela«luttecontrelesdiscriminations»?Maislorsquec’est«pourunebonnecause»,«pourlasantépourtous»(dumoinsenthéorie),celachangetout! Il faudra néanmoins attendre le réveil des masses, pour que le totalitarisme s’effondre, ces masses qui réagissent favorablement à la suggestion hypnotique, et se laissent facilement séduire, par le cadeau empoisonné de l’idéologie et son apparente cohérence : la fuite d’une réalité vécue comme désagréable. La propagande totalitaire fonctionne, car elle promet de transformer radicalement un monde dont les masses ne veulent plus, parce qu’elles n’y trouvent plus leur place. Bien entendu, ce sentiment d’être perdu, sans racine, le totalitarisme a pu lui-même en être à l’origine, avant d’en tirer profit. La globalisation offerte par l’idéologie totalitaire rassure ; elle donne l’illusion de la prise en charge totale, peu importe que cette prise en charge soit le fruit d’une mère omnipotente qui peut changer d’humeur à n’importe quel moment, jusqu’à tuer sa progéniture si cela lui chante. Les masses doivent cesser de collaborer et, partant, de croire. Et c’est inéluctable : l’expérience de la réalité totalitaire se chargera elle-même de la désillusion. Cassandre avait bien tenté d’éviter aux Troyens le massacre, en les avertissant sur le cheval de Troie : personne ne l’écouta, et tous continuèrent à se voiler la face jusqu’à la destruction irrémédiable du royaume.

Ilest essentielquecetteallianceprovisoireentrelespropagateurspolitiquesdel’idéologie(décideurspolitiquesetéconomiques/propagandistesetintellectuelscollaborantàl’idéologie)etunegrandepartiedupeuplecesse.Le ballon du délire paranoïaque collectif se dégonfle lorsque le langage trafiqué de l’idéologie perd de son charme envoûtant. C’est pourquoi notre liberté se conquiert dans le Verbe, qui nomme avec justesse l’expérience humaine, et ce fut depuis toujours le rôle des Humanités. Je conclurai par une phrase très simple d’Hannah Arendt, et pourtant si vraie : « Penser est dangereux, mais ne pas penser est encore plus dangereux. »[25] Je vous remercie de votre attention.

Alors même que l’épidémie n’existe plus (en tout cas selon les standards en la matière), que la campagne d’injection génique s’avère bel et bien inutile et dangereuse comme nous l’avions pressenti, que l’inutilité et la brutalité des mesures dites « sanitaires » choquent aussi bien les juristes que les experts en santé gardant quelque bon sens, nos gouvernements restent engagés à tombeau ouvert (littéralement) dans une fuite en avant mortifère.

Comment comprendre que les faits et chiffres, les données probantes, les analyses comparatives, les rappels des bonnes pratiques, de l’éthique et même des lois contraignantes ne soient apparemment d’aucun effet ni sur le psychisme collectif ni sur les cognitions de nos dirigeants ? Si nous sommes nombreux à avoir compris qu’il y a une convergence d’intentions malveillantes derrière l’agencement de cette dérive totalitaire (à quoi accessoirement suffit a minima le concept de corruption systémique sans exclure qu’il y en ait d’autres), comment expliquer qu’autant de personnes ordinairement sensées, éduquées, et capables de réfléchir soient à ce point disjonctées mentalement ?

Comment expliquer que les autorités jouissent d’un pareil blanc-seing auprès des décideur et de la population, malgré la somme d’erreurs, de décisions absurdes, de mensonges et même de violence arbitraire exercée sans le moindre scrupule ? Alors que les rares lanceurs d’alerte se font quant à eux attaquer avec une hargne irrationnelle…

Autant de questions qui deviennent de plus en plus lancinantes

C’est pourquoi je suis aujourd’hui ravi de partager sur ce blog des éléments hautement éclairants nous permettant non seulement de faire cas de ce qui nous arrive, mais aussi de nous conforter dans le type d’action le plus utile à continuer à mettre en œuvre, tout en reconnaissant que la route sera longue et périlleuse.

Car nous devons entendre et accepter de reconnaître ce que les spécialistes de la psychopathologie collective nous disent : nous sommes bel et bien emportés dans une véritable dérive de nature paranoïaque, une forme de psychose collective caractéristique des déferlements totalitaires. Dans laquelle toutes les lois et les fondements éthique de nos sociétés sont dynamités au profit de règles arbitraires et absurdes, qui ne s’embarrassent plus de respecter ni l’ordre juridique ni même un élémentaire bon sens.

Le réel est ainsi devenu pour nos élites en perdition un fatras de fake-news à réprimer et censurer, produits selon leur convictions projectives délirantes par des groupuscules malfaisants de complotistes…

C’est le propre paraît-il des paranoïaques : ils se fantasment auto-engendrés et le réel n’a aucune importance au regard de leur idéologie toute-puissante.

Le tabou de la faillite « vaccinale »…

Pour donner un seul exemple brûlant d’actualité de ce que nous évoquons ici : la campagne d’injections géniques expérimentales vendues comme « vaccins » est une simple faillite. L’inoculation n’a aucun effet de ralentissement de l’épidémie (selon les dernières études), pas plus qu’elle n’empêche les individus de développer des formes graves ni de décéder de la maladie en l’absence de traitements précoces, seule stratégie efficace comme les exemples abondent à travers le monde.

Pire : les effets secondaires s’avèrent terrifiants. Des médecins-légistes allemands, voulant en avoir le cœur net, ont entrepris de réaliser des autopsies systématiques sur des personnes décédées post-injection et les résultats sont flippants. Les décès sont largement imputables à l’injection génique et mettent en lumière une « crise de folie des lymphocytes », caractérisée par :

la réaction immunitaire excessive avec risque de maladies auto-immunes (en anglais, « self-to-self attack »);
la production excessive de lymphoctyes (hyperplasie);
l’apparition de ganglions lymphatiques dans des organes où ils ne doivent pas se trouver, sauf à y exercer une action de destruction (dans le foie, les poumons, l’utérus, la glande thyroïde, les glandes salivaires, etc.);
un « déstockage » (Entspeicherung) des organes lymphatiques, qui diminue les capacités immunitaires externes.

Une autre alerte tout aussi grave retentit de partout : les injections géniques conduisent un nombre important d’inoculés de tous âges et profils de risque à connaître une élévation vertigineuse du taux de D-dimères (produits de dégradation de la fibrine), marqueur sanguin de thromboses (et donc de troubles de la coagulation, phlébites, embolies ou caillots sanguins). Avec une caractéristique troublante : les mesures effectuées sur certains « vaccinés » (de 20% à 62% d’entre eux selon les sources) atteignent des seuils astronomiques en l’absence de tout symptôme habituel identifiable. Alors que le taux normal de D-dimères ne doit pas dépasser 500, et qu’un taux de 2’500 est habituellement considéré comme grave et requérant une hospitalisation immédiate, nombre de personnes testées atteignent des valeurs allant jusqu’à 7’500, provoquant la stupeur des médecins et des laboratoires.

Ce qui laisse redouter des effets graves et même une mortalité importante à un horizon de quelques mois : l’explosion de micro-caillots dans le sang ne peut qu’endommager de manière irréversible les capillaires sanguins dans lesquels ils s’accumulent in fine, en particulier dans le cerveau. D’où l’appel pressant de ces médecins, invitant tous les injectés géniques à tester au plus vite leur niveau de D-dimères.

… pourtant connaissable de longue date

Résumons : le 11 août, le centre de référence des vaccins de l’Université d’Oxford communique que d’après les données récoltées, l’immunité vaccinale n’est plus qu’un mirage inatteignable. Un pays hyper-vacciné comme l’Islande déclare renoncer à la politique du « tout-vaccin », reconnue comme illusoire pendant qu’une multitude d’autres exemples (comme Gibraltar) attestent de cette faillite.

Des hôpitaux israéliens nous informaient concomitamment que 95% de leurs patients aux soins intensifs du fait du Covid étaient bel et bien double-vaccinés.

Récemment encore, l’Université de Harvard a dû fermer des classes alors que 95% des étudiants et du corps enseignant avaient reçu l’injection génique.

On observe par ailleurs à maints endroits une augmentation de la mortalité générale coïncidant avec la campagne d’inoculation, ainsi que des signes alarmant comme l’augmentation (« inexpliquée ») du nombre de crises cardiaques en Écosse ou encore un nombre de cas de myocardites 19 fois supérieur au nombre attendu chez les volontaires de 12-15 ans injectés. Sans même parler du nombre de décès et de d’effets indésirables gravissimes (perte de la vue, handicap moteur irréversible) rapportés par la pharmacovigilance, pourtant configurée pour être peu sensible aux incidents et accidents post-« vaccinaux ».

Tout ceci aurait dû évidemment avoir mis un STOP immédiat à cette campagne délirante. Eh bien non : les autorités semblent prises d’une danse de St-Guy morbide, s’acharnant à l’inverse avec encore plus d’insistance, de contrainte et même de brutalité à ce que le plus possible de personnes se soumettent aux injections géniques expérimentales de toute évidence inutiles et dangereuses. Transgressant toutes les règles éthiques et principes en santé publique et violant nombre de lois, y compris fondamentales. Comme je l’ai souligné lors d’une récente présentation au Conseil scientifique indépendant sur le thème « Éthique, propagande et manipulations au temps du Covid », nos gouvernements se comportent actuellement comme des délinquants ou même des criminels, usant et abusant de procédés iniques et illégaux dans une indifférence quasi-générale.

Il me faut rendre hommage ici à Mme Suzette Sandoz, professeur de droit honoraire et ancienne conseillère nationale, pour avoir, clamans in deserto, nommé explicitement la réalité hideuse de ces agissements. Parlant des chantages et contraintes exercés par le Conseil fédéral, elle a ainsi rappelé :

La campagne en faveur de la vaccination est absolument désastreuse. Tout est mis en œuvre pour contraindre à la vaccination (en particulier l’intimidation de certains médecins, les menaces concernant le personnel soignant, voire certains employés du secteur public, etc…), en traitant les citoyens comme des délinquants, en ostracisant les personnes non vaccinées, alors que les personnes vaccinées peuvent aussi être porteuses des virus et d’autant plus « dangereuses » qu’elles renoncent à toute mesure de sécurité suivant les cas.
Disons-le clairement, la vaccination est en fait devenue obligatoire sous la contrainte et la menace.

Quant à la dernière trouvaille de ceux qu’on appelait jusqu’à il y a peu les « sept sages » consistant à promettre une prime de 50 francs à quiconque obtiendrait d’un proche qu’il se laisse inoculer à son tour, elle exprime un avis que je partage sans réserve :

Jamais je n’aurais envisagé que, dans mon pays, on puisse descendre aussi bas !
Imaginez un seul instant la souffrance morale de la personne qui aurait « acheté/vendu » un membre de sa famille pour qu’il soit vacciné – peut-être même en lui affirmant qu’il ne courait aucun risque- et qui verrait celui-ci atteint définitivement ou même momentanément dans sa santé à cause du vaccin. Maintenant déjà l’indifférence professionnelle règne au sujet des suites ; les responsables sanitaires invoqueraient alors probablement des motifs « humanitaires » pour nier tout rapport avec le vaccin.
On a fait peser sur les jeunes, au début de la pandémie, la responsabilité de « protéger les personnes à risques » – en particulier celles de plus de 65 ans ! Et maintenant, on inciterait les proches à convaincre des membres de leur famille de se faire vacciner, en les payant pour cet effort…
Je caresse l’espoir que les autorités cantonales auront un sursaut d’éthique à la différence des politiciens entendus aux nouvelles ce soir, pour refuser catégoriquement cette déchéance.
Mais le seul fait que des autorités fédérales aient pu imaginer un tel moyen de contraindre à la vaccination détruit toute confiance que l’on pouvait avoir en elles. J‘en ai la nausée.

Comment donc une société entière, que l’on imaginait à l’abri, fermement enracinée dans des valeurs démocratiques qui étaient plus que de façade, peut-elle pareillement basculer dans l’ignominie ?

C’est ce dont traitent les contenus qui suivent

Tout d’abord je ne puis que recommander à toute personne intéressée à penser cette presqu’impensable réalité de fréquenter l’œuvre d’Ariane Bilheran. Celle-ci, normalienne, psychologue clinicienne, docteure en psychopathologie, est spécialisée dans les processus pervers individuels et collectifs, la paranoïa et les dérives totalitaires. Dans mes explorations, j’ai trouvé deux pépites supplémentaires qui constituent pour la première une remarquable introduction à ce douloureux sujet et pour la seconde un approfondissement qui l’est tout autant.

La première provient d’un site de vulgarisation scientifique nommé l’Académie des idées. Dans une animation durant 22 minutes (traduite en français par Rémi Igor de la chaîne YouTube le Grand Réveil), nous y trouvons exposées les principales lignes de force du basculement dans la psychose collective telle que nous la vivons actuellement. J’emprunte (avec mes chaleureux remerciements à son auteur) le résumé qu’en a fait un observateur averti.

Le menticide ou meurtre de l’esprit

« Les masses n’ont jamais eu soif de vérité ; elles se détournent des évidences qui ne sont pas à leur goût. Elles préfèrent glorifier l’erreur si l’erreur les séduit. Celui qui peut apporter l’illusion peut facilement devenir leur maître ; celui qui tente de détruire l’illusion est toujours leur victime », Gustave Lebon.

La plus grande menace pour la civilisation réside dans notre incapacité à faire face aux forces de notre propre psyché.

Dans « Civilisations en transition », Jung démontre que c’est quand la maladie mentale devient la norme plutôt que l’exception que nos tendances de loup rentrent le plus en jeu. C’est l’épidémie psychique.

Il n’existe pas de remède efficace contre les épidémies psychiques.

La plus dangereuse épidémie psychique : la psychose de masse. Elle se produit quand une grande partie de la société perd le contact avec la réalité et sombre dans l’illusion.

Exemples :

1- la chasse aux sorcières en Amérique et en Europe aux 16eme et 17ème : boucs émissaires d’une société devenue folle ;

2- la montée du totalitarisme au 20eme siècle.

Bien des individus qui composent ces sociétés infectées deviennent moralement et spirituellement inférieurs : erratiques, peu fiables, émotionnellement bas. Ils n’en sont souvent pas conscients.

Cause : les déclencheurs psychogènes.

Des flots d’émotions négatives telles la peur qui plongent dans la panique.

L’individu cherche alors un soulagement. Entrer dans une crise psychotique, par exemple. C’est la réorganisation de l’expérience du monde extérieur qui mêle faits et fictions, illusions et réalités de manière à mettre fin au sentiment de panique.

Phase d’intégration psychotique : l’individu assemble les choses en conservant une manière pathologique de voir la réalité ; ce qui lui permet d’expliquer ses expériences anormales. Il voit du sens dans ses expériences, d’où le terme « intégration ». L’intégration est alors psychotique car basée sur des illusions et non sur des modes de vie adaptatifs et favorables à la vie devant des menaces qui ont engendré brusquement la panique. En fait, les délires permettent à l’individu paniqué d’échapper à un raz-de-marée des émotions négatives au prix d’une perte de contact avec la réalité.

Dans cette époque moderne, c’est la psychose de masse du totalitarisme qui est la plus grande menace.

C’est le phénomène moderne du pouvoir total total et centralisé de l’état couplé au retrait total des droits individuels de l’homme. Il y a ceux qui sont le pouvoir, et une masse soumise.

La transformation sociale qui s’établit sous le totalitarisme est construite et soutenue par des illusions.

Car seuls les hommes et les femmes trompés régressent vers des stades infantiles de sujets obéissants, se soumettent et remettent le contrôle complet de leur vie aux politiciens et aux bureaucrates.

Seule une classe dirigeante illusionnée pensera posséder la connaissance, la sagesse et la perspicacité nécessaires pour contrôler complètement la société de manière descendante.

Et ce n’est que sous le charme des illusions que quelqu’un pourrait croire qu’une société composée d’une part de dirigeants avides de pouvoir et d’autre part d’une population psychologiquement en régression puisse mener à autre chose qu’à la souffrance des masses et à la ruine sociale.

Comment les élites procèdent-elles ? Par le menticide (le meurtre de l’esprit).

C’est un système organisé d’interventions psychologiques et de perversions judiciaires pour instiller ses propres pensées opportunistes dans l’esprit de ceux qu’on souhaitent utiliser et détruire : c’est le viol de l’esprit.

On commence à instaurer la peur : l’individu est alors facilement submergé par la folie.

Une technique : instaurer des vagues de peur couplées à des périodes de calme. Chaque vague de peur, étant plus intense que la précédente, crispe un peu plus que celle d’avant parce qu’après une période de calme les gens sont encore plus perturbés par l’expérience précédente. La moralité régresse et les effets psychologiques de chaque nouvelle campagne de propagande se renforcent : elle atteint un public déjà affaibli.

Alors que la peur prépare une population au menticide, l’utilisation ou la propagande pour diffuser des informations erronées et favoriser la confusion quant à la source des menaces et la nature de la crise contribue à briser l’esprit des masses.

Plus la confusion est grande, plus la capacité à faire face à la crise est faible. La confusion augmente la prédisposition pour une descente dans le délire du totalitarisme

Jamais des moyens (@, smartphones, TV, …) aussi efficaces n’avaient existé pour mener les gens dans la psychose du totalitarisme : ils sont associés à des algorithmes qui censurent rapidement le flux des informations indésirables qui permettent aux détenteurs du pouvoir d’attaque l’esprit des masses.

Les personnes prennent pour acquis le monde qu’elles regardent

Isoler les gens et perturber les interactions sociales et normales, isoler et répéter les stimuli sont les moyens de « casser » rapidement et de manière presque invisible la résistance des individus.

L’aspiration à un monde plus ordonné est alors mûre. Les dirigeants peuvent ainsi offrir un retour à l’ordre plus rapidement dans le sens opposé. Cela a un prix : les masses doivent renoncer à leur liberté et céder le contrôle de leur vie à l’élite dirigeante ; elles doivent renoncer et à leur capacité à être des individus autonomes et responsables de leur vie et devenir des sujets soumis et obéissants. Elles doivent sombrer dans la psychose totalitaire.

En imposant une stricte conformité et en exigeant une obéissance aveugle de la part des citoyens, le totalitarisme prive le monde de sa spontanéité qui produit les joies de la vie et la créativité qui fait avancer la société.

Le contrôle total de cette forme de gouvernance engendre la stagnation, la destruction et la mort à grande échelle. Différents exemples historiques (comme ceux synthétisés par le dissident puis président tchèque Vaclav Havel) donnent toutefois un espoir. Ils montrent que la guerre ne se gagne pas sur le terrain des idées (puisque les victimes de la psychose ont perdu l’essentiel de leur capacité de penser) mais en gardant des espaces, interstitiels ou clandestins au besoin, où il soit possible de vivre ensemble des expériences nourrissantes extérieures la psychose de masse.

Quelques actions possibles :

Diffuser la vérité / l’exactitude..
Utiliser l’humour et le ridicule.
Créer des structures parallèles.

Les mécanismes des régimes totalitaires

La seconde pépite (déjà mentionnée il y a quelques semaines sur ce blog) est une audition donnée devant la Commission Corona de l’avocat allemand Reiner Fuellmich par le Pr Mattias Desmet. Celui-ci enseigne la psychologie clinique à l’université de Gand en Belgique et s’est spécialisé dans la « formation de masse » typique des régimes totalitaires.

Dans un exposé brillant, il présente un modèle effectivement éclairant quant aux conditions préalables nécessaires, mais aussi à la dynamique propre des dérives de l’ordre de celle dans laquelle nous sommes.

Laquelle se caractérise en effet par un « état préalable » de la société, fait de niveaux élevés de mal-être et de perte de sens. Soulignant les taux stupéfiants (littéralement) de consommation de médicaments psychotropes dans nos différents pays ainsi que de marqueurs de souffrance psychique comme le burn-out et les dépressions, le Pr Desmet souligne que nous étions déjà des sociétés souffrant de fort taux d’anxiété et de frustration psychique diffuses, amplifiées par la perte de liens sociaux. Il en résulte une société déboussolée, avec des individus en proie à des affects d’autant plus douloureux qu’ils ne savent pas les attribuer à une cause en particulier. Cette souffrance « flottante » est d’autant plus redoutable que tout facteur obvie apparaissant porte en lui le risque de précipiter les deux principaux processus inconscients mis en lumière par Freud : le déplacement et la condensation.

Un agent comme le coronavirus peut ainsi devenir la cible de cette projection massive sur laquelle les individus vont décharger mais aussi investir massivement leur souffrance diffuse : grâce au Covid, ils savent enfin (ou croient savoir bien sûr) pourquoi ils sont aussi angoissés et déboussolés.

La captation de cet investissement pulsionnel par le narratif officiel devient un jeu d’enfant : dans une configuration élémentaire « à la » triangle de Karpmann (que Desmet ne mentionne pas), les gens s’éprouvent victimes ou à risque de l’être avec un bourreau identifié (le redoutable virus, auquel se retrouvent agglutinés ceux qui contestent le narratif officiel -complotistes et antivaxx selon les étiquettes de circonstance- désignés eux aussi comme des « dangers publics » ) et un sauveur qui l’est tout autant (les autorités protectrices et le « vaccin » salvateur).

Dans ce processus, les individus se soulagent efficacement de leur souffrance diffuse, avec de surcroît le sentiment de participer à une communauté héroïque, recréant ainsi le sentiment d’être en liens d’une manière où ils se sentent prêts à tous les sacrifices. Le Pr Desmet insiste sur le fait que la participation à la dérive totalitaire est tout sauf égoïste : elle est à l’inverse solidaire, altruiste et même sacrificielle. Ce que confirme la facilité avec laquelle les peuples renoncent actuellement à leurs droits et libertés.

Une fois cet « engoncement » dans un narratif fantasmatique réalisé, le piège s’est refermé : le risque qu’il y aurait à ouvrir les yeux, à comprendre la réalité de la situation, à mesurer aussi l’étendue et la gravité des manipulations et maltraitances subies de la part de dirigeants en qui ils avaient placé leur confiance implique nécessairement le risque d’être renvoyé à la souffrance flottante, perspective psychiquement insupportable. Ce qui explique pourquoi les « covidistes » (autorités et population) sont si peu intéressés par les faits, les chiffres et les données. A tel point qu’ils les rejettent même avec acharnement et une hostilité marquée envers ceux qui cherchent à les en informer.

Un paramètre frappant de ce processus est que ce ne sont de loin pas les personnes les mieux éduquées ou soi-disant les plus aptes à la pensée critique qui se trouvent être les mieux protégés face à cette dérive délirante. Au contraire ! Les « élites » sont d’autant plus à risque que leur narcissisme social rend difficile pour elle l’admission de leurs erreurs ou dérapages. Les biais cognitifs de confirmation, amplifiés par la pensée grégaire et la supériorité de caste, rend à l’inverse les médecins, scientifiques, universitaires, avocats, psychologues, dirigeants d’entreprise, cadres et journalistes d’autant plus à risque de s’enfermer dans des postures délirantes.

Les chiffres insensés que continue à produire la Task Force scientifique suisse dans ses hallucinations modélisatoires en est un bon exemple : après avoir prétendu à l’encontre de toute réalité que les confinements avaient sauvé des dizaines de milliers de vies (là où la vraie science montre qu’il n’ont pas eu d’impact favorable) sa vice-présidente Samia Hurst est venue il y a peu expliquer aux médias complaisants que le pass sanitaire allait permettre maintenant d’éviter des dizaines de milliers d’hospitalisations, là où les meilleurs épidémiologistes ont montré son inutilité en ce sens. A part aligner les « 0 » après un nombre entier dans de parfaits fantasmes pseudoscentifiques, les élucubrations de la Task Force ne sont rien d’autre depuis le début de l’épidémie de Covid que des productions proprement délirantes au regard des critères de la vraie science.

Symptôme d’un mal plus profond : comme le problème n’est pas intellectuel ou logique, les données véridiques ne peuvent rien pour ces psychismes azimutés. Qui se tiennent parmi hélas dans une grande bouffée psychotique pour le plus grand malheur de la population.

Alors comment sortir de l’ornière ?! Mattias Desmet souligne qu’il y a toujours dans les formations de masse une répartition inégale de la population : à peu près 30% est captive de l’hypnose collective et ne dispose pas de la ressource nécessaire à la remettre en question. 40% de la population est simplement emportée par le mouvement, mais tout en conservant la ressource latente de se questionner et de sentir intuitivement que quelque chose ne joue pas. En particulier dans la présentation absurde des données. Enfin, de 20 à 30% de la population est constituée de personnes qui ont une immunité psychique face à la formation de masse. Elles ont vocation à être des gardiens des valeurs humaines et du bon sens, avec pour objectif principal de garder le dialogue ouvert avec les 40% de personnes « récupérables ».

Cette audition est si éclairante, si fondamentale, que je ne peux qu’en recommander vivement le visionnement. Fuellmich et son équipe poussent évidemment les questions plus loin, notamment quant à la possible « ingénierie » délibérée et impliquant donc une responsabilité pénale de certains acteurs. Je ne supporte plus d’entendre nos « goinfrés » nos confortablement « installés » m’expliquer doctement que « quand même en France nous avons de la chance de vivre très bien ».

Cette phrase est toujours prononcée par ceux qui ne veulent pas voir ce qu’il se passe alors qu’ils le savent pertinemment.

Oui, beaucoup vivent encore bien en France, et nous sommes d’accord.

Mieux vaut-être en train de faire la queue devant la soupe populaire étudiante que dans un camps de réfugiés syriens, afghans ou encore soudanais dans un coin reculé de l’Afrique.

C’est donc un spectacle d’une bien grande tristesse à mettre sous les yeux de tous ceux qui osent vous dire « qu’on a de la chance en France ».

Dites-leurs, que ce qu’ils voulaient sans doute dire, c’est que « eux ont de la chance » ce qui est très différent. N’ayant pas à faire la queue aux restos du cœur je rentre dans la catégorie de ceux qui ont « de la chance », mais ce n’est pas le sujet, le sujet c’est que l’action politique doit avoir pour objectif d’éviter ce genre de situation et que tout le monde puisse avoir sa place dans la société.
